I was going to give my Secret Santa a letter for this month, but that' is over budget >.<... but I donated and technically got it for free... so am I allowed to give it as a secret Santa gift???

Perhaps saying something like:
"Yeah, sorry about that, I meant to say 'Try to keep within budget.'" would have been more appropriate? But what do I know, I'm just the one who you reacted to in the same way you react when you feel someone is making an a** of themselves. -.-
