when train you post to 12-or 15- do you level up everytime you reach 12?

You level up at 12 if your Pkmn trains there at 12. You level up at 15 if your Pkmn trains there at 15. Check the begining of each training thread if you aren't sure what trains in 12 posts and what trains in 15 posts there.

Save it. I'd kinda like users to post up how much they have in the Pokétrack thread I have in the mall subforum just so people know if you have enough funds. Then spend it on items in other's shops. Or spend it in Poképrizes thread, if it ever starts running again.

You get PP from doing contests/or picking up items that the mods release that might give you PP, like a nugget.
You pm a mod, doesn't have to be online to evolve and give your Pokémon new attacks. Lastly, there is a list of mods. Check the bottom of the guild's homepage.
