"Hey tall has its advantages..." He said with a laugh as he grabbed a carrying tray from atop of the fridge without any effort. Bringing it over to the counter he placed the plates on the tray as well as the bag of chips and the two glasses. Picking it up he smiled at her and said, "want to get the pitcher I got the rest..."

She smiles and nods, grabbing the pitcher off the counter and leading the way out, her tail swaying behind her, happy to be eatting outside this time.

Abaddon followed her out the door keeping an eye on where he was going even though he found he much be watching who was walking in front of him. "So where outside do you want to eat?" He asked her curiously as he approached the door that led outside to the balcony and winding staircase.

Holding the front door open for him, since his hands were full, she closes it with her free hand and leads the way down the stairs, "Hmmm...how about on the beach? What do you think?" she asks, looking over her shoulder at him.

Miranda smiled and nodded, heading towards the balcony. Maybe they could even play around in the water when they went to the beach, her tail wagging at the idea.

Finding a good spot on the balcony Abaddon set the trey of food down and then sat down against the wall. "So we'll eat here head to the beach... then a bit later we can head to the ferry to the mainland... because I'm sure you want to talk to your family..."

She sits beside him, grabbing the glasses and pouring them each a glass of lemonade. Then she starts to fix their plates, nodding her head, "Yea, I think they will understand. I am pretty sure they will fuss, but they'll understand I want to live with you now." she says with a smile, handing him his plate.

Though nervous about asking he smiled and took his plate, "thanks...and do you want me to come with you?" Even though he wasn't sure how that would go over he thought it would be best to at least ask. Looking over to her he noticed she wasn't wearing her necklace and frowned a bit, "Don't forget to put your necklace back on... don't want you to loose it. And better not forget the clothes if they were borrowed..."

Miranda grabbed her own plate and placed it in her lap, but pauses when he mentions her necklace. She puts her hand up to her neck and rubs it, already missing the weight. She nodded at him, smiling, "You don't have to come with me if you don't want to. But...I'd really like it if you did meet my family!" she says, a hopeful look in her eyes.

He smiled over to her and picked up one of his sandwich halfs and took a bight as if to take time to ponder over it. Once he swalled he took a sip of his lemonade and then nodded, "I'll go with you..." He said smiling at her still though it might get interesting he could see the hope in her eyes and he knew he would have to go sooner or later afterall.

She smiles happily and wags her tail, leaning up to kiss his cheek in thanks, "Thank you Abbadon..." she whispers. Then she turns to her plate and grabs a sandwich half, taking a bite.
