(should i have james follow her or what is the plan?)
James awoke with a start, his dreams were not pleasant. He wiped the sweat from his face and shivered. Trying to calm his breathing was not easy, the dream had left him shaken.

A breeze filtered in from the open skylight and cooled James's sweaty skin....of course, he wouldn't know where it had come from.

James looked around at the breeze. His eye caught the sight of the empty couch that Imuyenne was supposed to be sleeping on. Scrambling to his feet James whispered her name. She wasnt in the hiding place, everyone else was sleeping. James looked at the skylight.
"Oh no." He said and dashed silently up the steps.

Imuyenne sat on the edge of the roof, leaned comfortably against the wide chimney stack. She was gazing up at the stars as she breezes gently tossed her hair.

James stepped onto the roof and looked around frantically. He spotted Imuyenne by the chimney and calmed. He was almost afraid she had been snatched and he hadnt woken up. Cautiously he walked to her and sat a foot away.
"You should be sleeping." He whispered.

Imuyenne looked at him and smiled sheepishly. "I couldn't," she told him with a slight shake of her head. She sighed. "I didn't wake you...did I?" she asked him.

James tensed remembering the dream.
"No you didnt wake me." He said looking out over the city, the sky was still dark and the breeze sent a mysterious chill through the air.

"Nightmare." James breathed slowly. His answer could have easily been lost to the breeze. He looked at her, turning his head to study her face.

"Haunting past?" Imuyenne asked, without looking at him. Her eyes were fixed back on the stars.

James shrugged, then shook his head.
"More of a struggle I am dealing with." He said looking away from her. She made him nervous like when he had to command his own mission for the first time. It was unnerving.

"Do you want to talk about it?" Imuyenne asked as she looked from the sky to him. He had saved her life...the least she could do is try to lift the burdens from his.

James chuckled lightly, and looked at her sombering.
"You would think me a traitor." He said looking away again quickly.

"Considering what I am supposed to do, I seriously doubt it," Imuyenne pointed out. "You can tell me," she assured him.

James took in a deep breath.
"Well I dreamt of being back with my squad, we were getting ready for something big. I was in charge of course of making sure whatever it was was accomplished. It turned out that we were on our way to kill bat and the guild...I didnt want to but part of me did. I wanted to be loyal to Bat but then again I wanted to be loyal to my men. Long story short, i ended up dying instead." James said his voice quieting as he ended. Running a hand through his short hair James sighed as his debate started to rip him up again. He was confused.
