saxophone
The saxophone is the coolest of all instruments. You often are kicked out of situations because you are deeper and smarter than others. Think Lisa Simpson.

Funny, I was going to play the saxophone whe I started band, but I had to play clarinet and then was moved to oboe. I don't regret it, though.

I play bassoon, and clarinet in marching band but i occasionally play clarinet in concert when my BD finds it in his heart to let me play!

Your ego so overshadows your personality that no one really knows the real you. Even at your most modest moments you are obscenely annoying.
Though the description does fit me well (just a bit), I'm a saxophonist!!! Saxophones rule!

Xylophone
You require a true master to get to know you. You are difficult and frustrating to deal with; but, when dealing with the right person, you are an incredible asset to any group.
The funny thing is, Im a clarinet player in MB and a bass clarinet, and just recently i was thinking of trying Front ensemble....
