Kibo runs out of the palace, a rolled piece of parchment in his hand. He dips around a corner, and opens up the portal again, shoving the paper, his rapier, the cane, and the now empty pack. He pulls out his normal garb and katanas, and changes into them within a minute. He closes the portal, and the spirit orb floats lazily back into Kibo's blades. He switches his blades' scabbards, and his wings appear. He hurls himself off a nearby dock, flying close to the water, away from England, sporting a grin unlike any he had shown before.

[Day and a half later]
Storm leaned back agaisnt the rail at midship, boared out of what little was left of her apperent mind. She thrumed her fingers against the rail, restlesly.
"Oh how I wish Hantore was here. Then at least I could play Lafat with him."

[a week later]
Kibo laughs as he sees the shape of the Dagger on the horizon. He flies full speed towards it, and lands on the deck grinning wildly. He runs over to Storm, and hugs her, before running around, shouting joyfully.
Kibo: It worked! It actually worked!

Kibo takes off his hat, and places it on Storm's head.
Kibo: There you are. A big hat for the Commodore. Consider this a promotion. Pick one of my ships. As long as it's not already crewed, it's yours.

Storm smiled but took the hat off and tossed it to Ranu.
"I don't need anymore ships, nor a bigger hat. Give it Ranu. Past time he's done listening to my gripping and oddities."

Ranu caught the hat and looked at it, tilting it slightly with a chuckle, then put it on his head, more to cover his eyes from the sun than anything. While he listened, a thought hit him If this guy can bring back the dead, who's to say the hats not alive...? The thought was too much for Ranu, who swiftly drew of the hat and held it, turnt away from his body.

Kibo: Now, for the good news. The King can be bribed pretty cheaply. For only about a quarter of the gold back at Isla Cruces, I've been promoted. I'm now Admiral Kibo Botch. Sure, he doesn't know I'm actually a pirate, but he'll be none the wiser. None of the ships I mentioned were the actual names.

Storm blinked in surprise.
"So now your legal? That was unexpected. What's the great kingdom coming to, when necromancing pirates such as Kibo become officers?"
She held up her hands to stop the forecomeing denials.
"And I know he didn't know you were a pirate, much less one that controls the dead. Still, it surprised me."
