"Books, books, books..." Catori yawned as she opened the door to the coffee house and nearly purred as the smell of warm coffee swirled about her. She came in fully and walked to the counter, ordering just something random that was hot and frothy. She wasn't really paying attention much to anything else as she got her order and took it to a small table. On her side hung a small red dragon keychain, an accessory that she had grown rather fond of over the years. Catori leaned back in her chair and enjoyed her drink as she glanced around.

After sipping at her drink and finding it to her liking, Catori glanced up to see who else might be around. She hadn't been here before so she wasn't sure who were the regular crowd and who was new like herself. With a small shrug, she sipped at her drink again then noticed a girl sitting at another table by herself who appeared to have a slight pink tint to her cheeks. Maybe her drink is too hot? Catori then noticed the blue and silver tie she wore. Ah, a Ravenclaw from Hogwarts. With that thought in mind, she waved a little to her.

Jescobe yawned again, feeling more awake now that he'd gotten some caffeen into his system. Amusedly did he look at the empty cups that scattered his table, there was 5 of them, and the half full one in his hands. He heard his mothers words echo suddenly in his head, 'This is what happens when you stay up so late! Honestly, resorting to things like this just because you couldn't find your bed at a decent hour.' He chuckled, and sipped at his drink, not so desperate to stay awake now. He looked around, and picked out two Hogwarts students by their uniforms, and absently smoothed down his Gryffindor red and gold trimmed vest. He'd never noticed the two before, probably because both of them were girls and his eye was set on the guys, but still. He was a poor excuse for a man if he didn't at least harmlessly flirt with them.

His gaze continued to wander and fell upon a boy who was sitting by himself, seemingly staring off into space. His short red locks fell into his eyes, obscuring them from view. Jessy blinked, and swallowed, wondering why his heart had sped up upon seeing him? Was it an automatic crush? Love at first sight? He didn't believe in that, but...he was cute.

"H-hello." Jescobe said in return, quickly stacking his cups so the other boy could put his cup down. "My names Jescobe, but everyone usually calls me Jessy, or Cobra." He offered, runing a hand through his messy hair and forced himself to act normal, and not like a lovestruck idiot. "What's your name? I'm new here, so I don't really know anyone except for my brother. Please excuse my lack of, well, knowledge about this place and the people. I haven't really gone exploring much." Lame Cobra, really lame. Why don't you just go and babble about Hogwarts while your at it? He probably thinks your a loser now.

Sophiel looked up curiously as the girl at the counter gave a small wave in her direction. Blue eyes widening, she quickly glanced around her to see if she was waving at anyone else. Then she turned back and smiled shyly, lifting a hand and twinkling her fingers in greeting.

She looks like she's from Gryffindor, she thought, lifting her coffee to her lips and taking a careful drink. I wonder what year she's in. Her thoughts were broken when another Hogwarts student entered, and she suddenly realized that there were more wizards and witches in here than she thought.

Jescobe shrugged, "Tell me about the Library. I know I'm bound to spend my summers and evenings there." He said, sipping at his drink, it was a little too sweet, this cup. He has pretty eyes... Mmm, I wonder what they'd look like backed by strong emotions...do they change colors?

"Really? Wow. The library at my school is big, but not that big! Cobra said, eyes wide. "I mean, you can't get lost in it, even though there are spots that no one has found, because of the books that are there, but still...a map?" He listened as Alaric went on about the fantasy book, "Fantasy huh? I like the ones with the anti-heros in them. It's always amusing to read their thoughts about their situation. And food, in a library? It must be some non-crumby stuff then. My schools librarian would have a fit if someone brought food in there." Yes. Books. Safe topic. Can't touch him or flirt with him, because I don't know if he likes guys or not, but he does seem to like my hair... a plus maybe?

Sophiel blinked up at the girl who approached her, still not sure that she was talking to her. After a moment, she smiled again, that same shy smile, and saif quietly, "That would be fine. Please, sit." She gestured to the chair next to her, sliding her books to the other side of her coffee cup.

"My....my name is Sophiel. What's yours?"
