What is this? This isn't my spirit dagger, but I can tell it's Musenda....
*He looked at his new Spirit dagger, this time it had a green hilt with vine-design carvings in it, the blade was curved and gold*
No, this is my spirit dagger...it's in a stronger form now, which means Musenda and I have both unlocked new power...

Suddenly Ryu's left arm began to pulsate. "s**t." He grabbed it with his right until it stopped. He took out his hip flask and took a large gulp from it.

Ryu yawned and laid down again staring up at the ceiling of the dojo which changed to allow a skylight.

He kicked all the dummies and they fell apart, their pieces sent flying to the other side of the dojo.

Musenda appeared in his dragon form, his original form from before he died. Musenda the Blade, one of the Grand Dragons. "What happened to your confidence kid? I taught you one of my original jutsu, the one man army, and here you go losing all your confidence. I won't stand having some underconfident whimp use my jutsu!!!" He punched Mazarith and knocked him over, enraged.
"I'm sorry Musenda, but I'm too weak to protect thousands of people. I'm too weak to protect my whole clan."
"Bull s**t. I watched over you when you first came here. You talked tough and didn't back it up. You COULD have backed up what you said though. You COULD have kicked a** like nobody ever has! You fought, you fought hard, but you always held back. If you don't get that confidence back you can't use my spirit dagger form to it's full extent if you ever need to. If you power down so do I while in that form, because it's linked to you."
"I don't know how to get it back though, I tried just saying stuff like 'I can do this' and it didn't work."
He got up, pale chakra around him.
"What is this weird chakra? I've never heard of Lion Chakra being able to use this colour..."
"Because you're the first Firin to lose confidence."
"Darn it, I feel so weak...It's so freakin' frustrating!!!"
He ran at a lead practice dummy and punched it, but it wouldn't break, and his fist was bruised.
"DARN IT ALL!!!"
He kicked the lead dummy and it cracked.
"Ow..."
He kneeled and clutched his foot.
"Why can't I do this?!?!?"
Tears rapidly flowed down his cheeks.
"I CAN'T DO IT!!! I'm such a failure!!!"
His chakra turned completely white, and suddenly made a chakra explosion, shattering a bunch of lead dummies.
"Whoa...Did I do that?"
His chakra turned bright yellow, and his tears stopped coming.
It was the colour for happiness.
"I CAN do it!!!"
His chakra danced around, then went back inside of him.
"Okay, I fixed my problem, but I STILL need to get stronger."
"You just did you idiot!!!"
