Yea. Can I get a level of strength and speed on each of Goku's forms. I dont believe it was brought up.

I'll tell you all that I know. There aren't really specific quotes for each level . . .
Base Form: 40 tons, unknown definition of speed
SSJ: Approximately 500 tons (due to the mountain push), unknown definition of speed
SSJ2 and SSJ3 are obviously more in both aspects, but isn't defined.
Also note that Instant Transmission exceeds the speed of light. Technically, as fast as light is, it does travel as a physical form. Goku, however, teleports his entire being to another spot with no technical travel involved, making it faster than light speed.

Is it that in his other forms that only power increases or does his physical attributes increase aswell?

I'd like to argue on Superman's strength a bit more... Just trying to see views on what it is by three things hes done if you guys dont mind. Knocking buildings down while holding back his strength as Superman stated. Casually holding up 200 tons with one arm not actually putting any effort into this. And punching someone through several buildings Also I'd like to Argue Superman's speed. It's very tricky to do and it conflicts.. For instance when we see both Superman and Captain Marvel traveling around the city they are barely a blur and not even on screen for a seconds. You can't even tell that they are human ( in appearance anyway) they move so fast. Yet when we see the two fight they are both very clearly visible. Forgive me you guys. I double checked some of the things in the first post and I got a few of them wrong... sweatdrop I confused the comics with the show. When he raced the Flash neither of them won actually... and I cant find the episode where Brainiac hit Superman with a PBA so I'll withdraw that. So I was thinking I should just do a write up on TAS Superman once we've worked all this out. Here are some of Superman's Strength and speed feats that I've been able to dig up. The building feats don't help him a whole lot. It's impressive, but doesn't serve as a point to be discussed in-depth.
And for clarification, was it a plane which he held up?

Superman's speed - from what you're saying - tends to work in the opposite way of Goku's. As you said, Superman seems to be a blur when flying, yet is always visible in battle. With that said, it seems to me as if he travels faster than he moves during battles.
Goku, on the other hand, is the complete opposite. When traveling, you can see him most of the time. However, when in battle, he moves so fast - and for prolonged periods of time, mind you - that he is completely invisible. Sometimes he moves so fast that fellow Z Fighters can't even track him using ki detecting.
That said, I draw this conclusion . . .
Travel Speed: Superman
Battle Speed: Goku

From the examples given. What would you say Superman's traveling speed is? Also I feel as if Superman. I thik it was A jumbo jet from the size shown. You can find it in Clash part one.

As stated earlier, it would help more in a longer race, yet animated Supes is an entirely different cookie. So Id give it to Goku on both counts.

Instant Transmission is just moving one place to another. I was reffering to Goku actually flying from one place to another... Not using instant transmission. There's no time inbetween so it's not him movin it's teleportation.

As for the jumbo jet, was it with luggage and/or other commodities?

Speed Demons is 22 minutes and you would only need to see the first part of Clash where he handles the plane. There where Passengers and Luggage. It wasnt packed full though. I thought it was before but that was only going off of memory.
