He nodded. I understand. I'm sorry. Then went over to the tree to graze at some more apples that he had missed that had fallen from the branches.

"you don't need to be sorry. Its just habit...to move away from such conntact by a 'stranger' stallion." she said. "I've been with Racer ever since i came here...and have never really even been around other stallions....or other horses for that matter...so don't be sorry..." Tie said. She walked over beside him and then looked down. When she looked back up she moved slightly closer, and quickly nuzzled him back before scooting away.

He raised his head and smiled at her, then went back to grazing. That was until he felt a nice breeze, And he couldn't resist. He raced towards the side of the clearing, and lept into the air. As he reached the height of his jump, he gave a powerful down stoke of his wings, pushing him higher into the air. He quickly brought his wings up, though mostly furled to not push himself down, and then gave another mighty down stroke. He was now above the apple orchard; the dim sunlight showing dimply through the green transparent membrane that made up his wings.

Tie smiled back a bit, faintly blushing. then, suddenly, she saw him run andtake to the air. "show off." she muttered, her mood turnign foul. But she watched him curiously.

He climbed gracefully into the sky, letting the breeze pull him forward. he didn't fight the current, but merely let it be his guide. He became like a hawk in the sky; a mere black dot to those that were bound to the earth. He called a mocking challenge to the wind, though only the eagles and the gods would have heard it. he reigned here. This was his domain. For a few minutes at least, he needed no disguise and needed to play no roll.
He lashed out with deadly hooves at a cloud as if it was another apponent in the sky; and he a stallion fighting another to defend his territory. Well, the good thing about this entire thing, is he currently had a mare. How long it would be until she bored him was another story. He grinned. It had been fun starting to make her doubt Racers words. And she hadn't even realzied he had been doing it. He had to go a little farther now, and see how much he could break this bond she had to that stallion. Though, it appeared Macha had halped him with this new scheme of his, though she did not know it. But then again, all that stupid mare did was want to be blaring obvious.
He sighed and shook his head in annoyance at the thought of the other mare. That idiot wouln't know how to be subtle if it came and bit her in the flank. Though, that was a tempting prospect for him to come and do to her. See if he couldn't boil her blood a bit. That thought had him biting his teeth in anticipation. But of course, first things first. He already had a mare to capture his attention. Now to see how far he could take it; see what he could do to this relationship that she had going. No doubt about it, she was going to go crawling back to him on her belly like a worm. He could already tell, just by how she talked, acted, and even how she said that other stallions name. Still, he could influct as much damage as possible until they were reunited. And maybe, after seeing her so low down, he wouldn't accept her to the position as lead mare anymore, and he would have a maluable heart-broken husk to deal with as he chose.
That might be worth it. Even though she was bound and ill-fated to have four feet and no way to fly. But it would do. It would have to. And that also ment he could lead her one place, and the mare would stay. Like the cave higher up.... It would house her and make sure she didn't starve. Maybe he would even honor her by giving her the privalege of a foal or two of his. They'd probably look more like thier father. And if he didn't like them, he could always dispatch with them later. And try again until he got one or two he liked. After that, it would be their job to try and impress their mighty father.
He grinned at the memory, and then turned on wing to head back and see her. he knew he had been gone for a few minutes, and she would probably worry; or at least wonder where he was. Schooling his calm and friendly mask on again, he headed back to the orchard. Though, he knew he could not come back empty-hooved. He had to have some excuse for his flight. Looking around, his eyes alotted on a thicket of raspberries. There were still a crop clinging to their vines. He landed and tore a branch away rom the bush, and once more rose into the air, taking his prize to the mare.

Tie had settled into grazing, keeping an eye on the sky for the demon. This...whatever this was, seemed to be progressing. Her mind was confused. Should she give up on Racer? And what about Aku...he seemed nice...and she seemed to open up to him so well. But...well honestly she wasn't sure if he was really...trustworthy. her mind told her he was but her heart told her to run as fast as she could and get back to Racer, and safty. She snorted a bit she shook her head. She would stay and see how things turned out...

He landed on the ground before her, coming in at a gentle glide. As he folded his wings to his side, he presented her with the raspberries. And here is desert, he managed to say around the branch in his mouth.

They are the last harvest of an equisit berry patch on the rocky side of a mountain. Whatever they grow on makes them the best in this entire range. though, they are only accesible to flyers, because I don't even think a goat could make it up that trail.

He watched her, with a smile on his muzzle. Yes. But I am happy to use that advantage for others. Just like it's actually hard or me or others with me to get lost, because up there I can see a long distance.

Tie nodded. "Back with Racer there is an angel who protects us by keeping a bird's eye view on things. then ehr friend, a fox, runs aroudn he ground and keeps an eye out on the ground. its realyl a great security system."
