Toshi nodded and took a deep breath. Much better... she let out with a nervous giggle. Is something the matter? She asked, picking up on his slight distress.

As beautiful as it was Merryn couldn't listen to Aura's playing anymore, for some reason it felt like intruding on an intimate conversation between lovers. Stepping into the bookstore 'Ryn was overcome with the comforting aroma of paper. Speciffically old paper. Wandering around for awhile she finally settled on a large leatherbound that looked to her like she hadn't read it yet. Finding a quiet corner between a pile of books the small bird-like girl curled up gently with her book; opening it and reading.

Tasi opens the doors, and looks surprised when she saw all the books. She never expected to see all those books, she figured it was just going to be a small collection. She goes towards the middle, and places her finger on each book as she read the title on the spine of the book, occasionaly pulling a book out and reading the first page or so, to see if it was a good book. She goes through about 30 books, and finally finds one titled ''Flowers of Algernoon'' She smiles, and remember reading this book when she was younger. She takes it, and goes to sit at one of the tabes. Tasi opens the book carefully and starts reading.

Grumbling under her breath from the lake of sleep she had been having, Catori made her way to the library. She cursed herself every step of the way for letting a crush effect her so. But she had hoped that settling down with a few dozen dragon books would help her get her mind off of it all. She slowly walked down, not really bothering to look around. She knew where the dragon books would be.

Tasi looks up as she hears the doors open. She notices it's girl. Tasi, now wanting to bother her, doesn't move. She just sits there. 'I wonder she would mind if I talked to her...I know some people come here for peace and quiet...And to escape from the drama of the real world..' To Tasi, the girl looked a bit familar. Not familar enough to know her name. She stared at the girl for a bit, trying to figure out where she's seen her. She kept staring as the girl walked to the books. Tasi decided to go talk to her. 'I have to firgure out where I know her, or it'll kill me!' She says softly to herself. She walks over to the girl and asks "Do I know you? You look so familar..."

Caught up in her search for books, Catori hadn''t noticed the girl walk up to her. She jumped slightly at the sound her her voice and blinked at her, a bit taken back. The girl was rather pretty, blonde curls and sapphire eyes. It reminded Catori just how much she disliked her own basic brown curls and eyes. Realizing that she was staring, she blushed faintly. "Oh...I don''t think so. I''m sorry."

"Oh, sorry..I didn't mean to startle...or bother you.." Tasi blushed out of embarassment. "It's just you look so familar..I think I've seen you somewhere.." Tasi studied her better. Brown curly hair, brown eyes, and pink lips. The girl's complextion looked soft, and clear. Tasi smiled. "I'm Tasi...I'll let you go read, if you'd like..." Tasi stayed there just to make sure that the girl wanted to talk to her.

Catori blinked as the girl looked her over, feeling a bit out of place next to her. She had a beautiful outfit...and Catori had a boring gray school uniform. "Oh..no..it's ok. My mind's just been jumbled lately. I wouldn't mind talking..." She smiled a little then took a book off the shelf. "Oh..um..I'm Catori. It's nice to meet you, Tasi."

Tasi smiled. "It's nice to meet you to...Oh, what's bothering you?..if you want to say. I know people like to keep stuff private." Tasi looks at the book "Dragons, huh? That's cool..I like reading fantasy books. Although I think I like mystery better." Tasi smiles.

Talkative but friendly... Maybe this could work out. She pulled lightly at one of her brown ringlets before answering. "Oh...eh...It's just a silly thing, really." She shifted the book to one arm while picking out another. "I don't think I've read much mystery... Anything about dragons is always good enough for me."

Tasi nods. "I understand...I really read everything. I just tend to read more mystery...Actaully right now I'm read Flowers for Algernoon." She gestures slighty with her head towards the table she was sitting at. "Reading helps me gets my mind of off stuff." She blushes and nods.

Catori smiled a little. "Yeah...helps me too." She looked down at the books she had pulled out then put one back since she had already looked it over. "I don't really like studying, though, unless it's about dragons."

Tasi laughs. "I don't like studying about anything but animals." A book caught Tasi's eye. She pulled it out and looked at it, and holds it. "This looks interesting...It's about dragons, too." Tasi smiles.

Catori picked up another book, her arms growing heavy. "Hm?" She looked over at the book and smiled. It was one she hadn't already looked through and by the look of the cover, it promised to be good. "Thanks!" She took the book and added it to her pile then carefully walked over to a table to set them down.

Tasi nodded and smiled. "I remember seeing it once before...I thought maybe it'd interest you." Tasi followed Catori to the table, and picked up her own book. Tasi put her bookmark to where she had read. Tasi picked up the book and placed it in her arms. She smiled at Catori. "Well, I think I'd better get going. Maybe we can hang out later." Tasi smiled and walked away a bit, and waved. She walked out the doors.
