2, T: Put a Moral Decay counter on target creature.
Scroll of Moral Decay can only equip a creature with a Moral Decay counter.
When creatures with Moral Decay targets attack, if it would deal damage to a creature or player, the damage is prevented and an equal amount of damage is randomly assigned to any creature or player.
When creatures with Moral Decay counters cannot block.

When Mediocrity Serum comes into play, choose a creature type. All creatures your opponents control of the chosen type get -1/-1 and have "This creature doesn't untap as normal during its controller's untap step."
An opponent may sacrifice a creature of the chosen type to untap all creatures he/she controls that share a type with it. This ability can only be played during that opponents untap step.
