alright, i can try to play any parts to percussian, but im mostly bells. my BD is always yelling at me because he can hear every mistake i make over the whole band. *sigh* sweatdrop

Runima alright, i can try to play any parts to percussian, but im mostly bells. my BD is always yelling at me because he can hear every mistake i make over the whole band. *sigh* sweatdrop lol. when I play bells I ususlly use rubber mallets to avoid that xd . I don't like the brass mallets cause they're top heavy and I feel like I'm going to make a bunch of mistake when I have them. I'm pretty good at playing quietly which I've been yelled at for (what kind of drummer am I sweatdrop for shame crying ) but you can't be all that quiet on bells. Now I play out more because I'm more confident and I've gotten better and now I can get yelled at for being too loud like the rest of the line sweatdrop biggrin .

Hi fellow drummers! It is so awsome to be in the percussion because " we march to the beat of our own drums" literally. LOL. And I don't care what anyone else says, but I know the drummers in my school are a breed of their own. We might not be all there in the head but we certainly have more fun than anyone else in any other section. And always remember this one little rule " what happens on the band bus stays on the band bus." Those of you in a high school band know what I am talking about. LOL. heart

That's part of being a talented musician. hi im new here i can play pretty much any drum they push in front of me you name i play it (not to be show off-y i just like drums) but it pains me to say that yes i do suck @ bells. I agree with your statement but there is one kid @ my school who thinks hes the best drummer of all time(even though he sux alot the teacher yells @ his mistakes more than anyone else's) and last year he was kicked out bcause he wasnt "behaving properly" aka showing off. but other than that id just like to say percussion is awesome and cooler than the other instruments because you get to play more instruments in percc. than u do any other instrument(DUH!) domokun blaugh rofl ninja idea arrow mrgreen domokun domokun domokun pirate talk2hand rofl pirate rolleyes twisted evil cool whee
