 "Sora...?"
Demyx tilted his head a bit, watching Sora a moment. Larxene's voice brought him out of this daze though.
"Alright!"
The blonde male hurried over, taking a hold of Sora's feet. As soon as Larxene was ready he helped haul Sora out of the icy prison.

Sora groaned as he was hauled away by the two cloaked audios. "You didn't...want or need me anymore, no one does...so I left...and made this place to stay in." He was still shivering as they took him into the sun, the warmth was inviting, but being outside again wasn't.

 "Who said we didn't need you? Or want you? What are you talking about?" Larxene said as they set him down in a little clearing. She quickly knelt beside him and hovered near his face, placing a hand on his cheek. "Now, what's all this nonsense about no one needing you? I'd still be up in the library by myself if you weren't here! And I would have just drowned!"
The girl glanced up at Demyx, looking a little embarased, but she continued anyway; this was more important than being embarassed. Larxene bent down slightly closer to Sora's face. "Did ... did you change your mind about ... you know? Us? 'Cause you could just tell me. Killing yourself seems a bit excessive."

"Huh? I didn't say I didn't want you around!"
Demyx whined, ears flattening a bit.
"I'm sorry Sora! I just..freaked out...it's not easy being face to face with someone who...killed you...ya know? It's a sensitive subject...."
The blonde male sat back, watching Larxene and Sora.
"I didn't mean to hurt you..."

As the two lay him down, he resumed his curled up position, desperate to warm up faster. "You didn't need to say it, Demyx was crying, you were busy picking up the reports. You forgot I was even there."
When Larxene's words of lonliness in the library and drowning, along with Demyx's rationalization and sympathy, Sora opened his eyes again, finally looking at the two. He now realize just how stupid he had been, running away, locking himself in that ice prison. He would have turned away, he could barely look at them without feeling their sorrow of his actions. But he stared, shocked at Larxene's new words. "No! I didn't change my mind! I would never do that...I care about you to much to let you go. I guess...I just felt alone again when you both were preoccupied with your thoughts that I just wanted to get away...I'm sorry."

Larxene smiled, gently stroking Sora's forehead. "You weren't alone. You'll never be alone with me around, as long as I can help it." She glanced up at Demyx and smiled at him as well. "Or if he's around. You're just gonna have to face the fact you have two friends here who care about you, even if there are some ... bad things in our past. Can't live in the past, right?" The girl chuckled a bit, "Heck, I can't even remember the past, let alone live there."

"I was just upset Sora, didn't mean I wanted you to go away....if anything friends stick by their friends when they're upset, right?"
Demyx swished his tail slightly, grinning over at the other two.
"I might remember parts of the past...but it doesn't matter! Things are different now, and I like them better this way. And Larxene's right, you don't have to be alone anymore with us as friends!"

Sora purred as Larxene stroked his forehead. He was calming down, he still felt very childish for what he had done, but he was feeling better. If he could have he would have just sprung up and hugged them both, however, the cold still had a grip on him. "You're right...as much as I said it before I really believe it now. The past is there, you can't change it. But you shouldn't live in it either."

Larxene fluffed her tail around Sora's waist, hoping to help warm him up faster. "It's true. Remeber the past so you don't repeat it, I guess, but don't et stuck there." She paused and blinked, then chuckled a bit. "Or ... I guess hang around with people who remember the past, if you can't."
She offered Demyx a shy smile, then looked back down at Sora. "And he's right. I think things are definitely better this way."

Demyx fell silent, choosing to observe the other two for the time being. Larxene and Sora obviously cared for each other, and Demyx was somewhat getting that feeling that he should just move along and let the two enjoy each other's company for the rest of the day.
Yet, he didn't want to do that... He liked having new friends, and spending time with them. And it was better than wandering the castle and avoiding Saix.
So, he'd stay silent for now, but offer the other two a grin.

Sora snuggled into Larxene's tail, enjoying the warmth and the feeling of closeness. "Things are better. I guess there are things in the past that everyone has that they don't like, it's just better to leave them in the past and move on." His body was warm again, the danger of the cold was gone. But this had all taken a lot out of Sora. He was beyond exauhsted. Letting out a small yawn he fell asleep where he lay. Still clinging to Larxene's tail.

Larxene smiled as Sora dozed off, snuggling her tail. She looked back up at Demyx and flopped to sit down more comfortably. "I guess I'm not going anywhere for a while," she said softly, not wating to wake the sleeping audio again. "I don't suppose you know any good 'sleeping' music for the sitar?"

Demyx tilted his head, thinking about it.
"I know some soft music...I could play that..."
The blonde male lifted his paw, summoning his sitar with it's usual flurry of bubbles. Bringing the instrument to a resting place on the ground, the sitarist began to play a soft tune.

Sora's sleep was pleasent. The first pleasent sleep he'd had in a while since his adventures started. With the warm embrace of Larxene's tail and the soothing melody of Demyx's music, he smiled in his sleep. Sweet dreams swept over his mind.

With the soothing music and the warm sunshine, and Sora snuggling in her tail, Larxene drooped further and further toward the grass. Before too long, she was resting peacefully beside Sora, cheek mushed into the grass.
