It's probably a good idea to NOT post your band names on a thread
Imagine this:
You and your band "The Wal-Mart Shoppers"(watever), just get done practicing. You go up to your room, log on to Gaia, and enter this thread and tell evreyone your bands name.
At the the same time, 300 miles away in Tampa, Florida, some punk is reading the thread, and STEALS YOUR BANDS NAME(the horror).
Two weeks later your Girlfreind invites you over to her place to check out music form some nerw artists and at the top of her playist is your bands name. But its not your band.
If you don't have a copyright on it, maybe you shouldn't just go around telling everyone your super cool band name. I know it feels good to brag, but it can be consequential some times.

alchemist_ikemo I have 2 bands right now and 1 that split up... My First band was called DB?NC (Dazed But Not Confused) That split up because we found out the bassist was gay and none of us were into that. The other guitarist also didnt want a new name so he split My Current Band(s) are Exit 99-Same guitar (me) and Drummer as DB?NC and Amethyst-Same Guitar's and Bass as Exit 99. Its a really screwed up situation and if you want to know more (our band has been through alot of dumb stuff) feel free to pm me. Also check us out at www.exit99band.bravehost.com That's bogus. You disbanded cause they guy was gay? Why not just tell him that if you catch him starin at your a** then you'd beat him up or something. If he was a good musician, it certainly wasnt splitting the band up over. That's so sad if he was good...

I was in a dynamic duo kinda thing for a bit. I was guitar and he was drums, and he really did carry us. I could play something simple but he could change it up with his skillz and make it something completely new. We were called RBG because... we were random black guys. It was fun, had a few basement jams, but then i went off to college. This summer we're gonna expand our duo to include a bassist and a lead singer who doubles as a drummer, so that way they both get to drum and sing. Im gonna put out the names Oh the Noise, Dedicated noise, or maybe change it to RWG, since if the lineup is what my drummer wants it to be, we'll have one white guy in our band. It would be a nice change up.

my band is at a stand still between biohazard(its a name that was been done to death) and fist full of bubbles(my idea). i am lead guitar, keyboards, backup vocals, and song writer, some of my songs is posted under capsfan001 in the arena if you want to go check them out
