This particular jokes is a reference to an old joke concerning a man with a speech impediment who chanced upon a genie. One of his wishes was misunderstood by the genie, who granted him a 12 inch pianist.

((random tid bit... and "pianist" over twelve (or was it fourteen) inches... if arroused would kill the owner, because the blood flow needed would basicly drain the body... sweatdrop or something along those lines))
