Kira stopped running at Parth and stomped the ground collapsing it all around Kazuma and Lily. He then turned back to Parth and the aura around him seemed to glow darker in the storm. When light struck the ground Kira had a giant pair of wings.

*lucy's barrier held up during the fall preventing more damage*
don't worry kazuma, parth is just building his power till he can release it all at once.
*parth got up from the rubble with some dust on his face. the flame on his sword grew a little bigger*
i dare you to hit me with your strongest attack now!

"Perhaps it is time to use one of my newest tricks"
*from his hiding place, Azrael formed a few small, hollow orbs of diamond from the coal dust he held in his pouch, spoke into them, then sealed them up. Then he sent them flying toward away. One went into parth's ear and opened up.
it began to speak to him. "Parth, I know you are planning something. No way you would take that much hits so easily. You are taking them on purpose, are you not?"
The orb awaited his response, so as to relay it back to Azrael.

Kira got even angrier and an ominous darkness enveloped the city. Kira then charged at Parth aiming to kill him. Kira's hand blades grew even longer and he aimed them for Parths throat.

only certain attacks.
*as the sword was a mere inches away from parth all he did was teleported behind kira and shook his head*
aiming for the throat is so wrong. try somewhere else...i don't let enemies kill me that easily anymore.

Eh lady....you'd better move....
*Kazuma got his wish. The lightning traveled through the barrier and down the blade of his sword and into his body. Kazuma screamed as his body tried to absorb the immense amount of energy from the lightning bolt. It was a long shot...if it didn't work the process could kill him, if it did it would provide him with an almost infinite energy source. 5,4,3,2...1. The strike ended with a massive discharge of electrical energy. Kazuma stood there shining a deep yellow and discharging a current.*
Meet my newest invention, Raijin form. It was a risk, trying to pull off...but it was completely worth it.

"You don't think I didn't prepare for something like this did you?" Right at that time Kira clones popped up all around the two and a about twenty from above. "Kazuma don't think that that will be able to defeat me. Only one has the power to kill me but he doubts himself and his sensei is hiding somewhere near here. Thats right Azrael I know you're here. COME OUT YOU COWARD!!!!"

That maybe so...But I've got to try my best to hold you off.
*Kazuma rubbed his hands together to produce a negative electric current, he sent it through the ground to affect the earth's natural gravity and magnetism. Everything went out of whack and Kira began to float in the air. Kazuma laughed as it continued to rain.*

As Kira began to float he flapped his wings and regained his posture. "Kazuma you really don't want to make me even more mad than I am now. My true power has yet to be unlocked." Kira then flew towards Kazuma shooting earthen balls as he went.

*Just what Kazuma wanted him to do, he switched the polarity and the earth attracted Kira back to the ground. He turned up the force in that area making it about two hundred times the earth's natural gravity. The force was so strong that the earthen balls were crushed into oblivion, theoretically Kira's body should have been pulverized as well. But Kazuma knew that wasn't the case.*

Kira hid his presence by covering the area in darkness then holding back on his power so he couldn't be found.

*Seshiro stumbles into the darkened city* Takara?! Takara?! I can't sense you.... AAAAARRRRGGGHH!!!! *Seshiro rushes blindly through the darkness and falls on his face.* "So weak...need something..." *Seshiro feels himself starting to melt into the shadows* "Yes..take me to the shadows...heal me...destroy me...i don't care any more.." *Suddenly Seshiro feels the battle going on, feels the enormous amounts of chi and stops melding* "Maybe someone can help me....HELLO?! Anyone?!"
