Wanda gathers her things and, with a last glance at their make-shift camp, heads into the woods away from the sea. The woods form a dim, greenish canopy with cool breezes ruffling hair as she walks. Occasionally she glances behind her to make sure whoever is following her is ok, but no one seems to have trouble with the undergrowth or the slanting rays of golden sunlight that drifts through the boughs. They finally arrive at a cave entrance where Wanda waits for the group to gather in. The cave is very large and extends beyond the faint light's limit to reach. While it looks untouched, it smells odd. There is a metalic tinge to the scent inside.

Eve sighed a little bit at the fact that there wasn't anything going on; not that she wanted it to mind. She began to twind her hair back up qith eligant grace that could only become those of expirance and a liquid motion that said she might be older than she appeared... maybe. She readied herself and began to palce some things onto a rock that had been near the base of the fire, and its coals all night so it would act as a skillet (yes this acctually works irl). As the food items cooked she took some large leaves off the trees themselves and as the food was done she added some other things to them and placed them in a leaf to act as a holder apparently. She handed one to both the girls, sylia got hers after Eve gently woke her, there were of course more considering one of the girls could eat her weight in anything given the chance. though that thought would rais question: which girl did that, who was real now?
"We should hurry and finish eating, we need to scout them out here pretty soon and the smell of food always brings animals from down wind as you know." Eve said more or less addressing both of the girls as one.

(( *blushes* blaugh )) Jr. had watched the whole show. he was already a wiz at typing and through everyones sudden actions his fingers had become a blur. but dispite the fact that he was already so detailed with his work he still had enough time to add comments like, 'after the hot air bag (Priss sylia) regergitated her dinner, the scaredy cat (Catsue) tried to heal her, but then the lady who paints her face to hide her old age (Eve) just teleported the scaredy cat over the big fuzz ball (Cael).' when things had quieted down and part of the party had dissapeared, he was able to finish his profiles and journals. by this time wanda and everyone else had fallen asleep besides Cael. he closed his computer and put it away when he was finished. then he got a small bite to eat and went to sleep, or seemed to at least. he didn't trust the fact that two new members of the party were m.i.a. he felt like he should look for them but then he thought that they oviously wanted to be alone...together...and that eve would be able to teleport their way back, should she choose to do so. Jr. also didn't like the fact that wanda seemed to be so trusting. she seemed to be a good judge on character so he would tolorate the newest member of the party. after jr. heard wanda wake in the morning he went into a deeper sleep untill they set off on their journy again. as they walked through the forest if any of the brush came up to the regular people's knees, the brush would reach up to around his mid thigh. so to avoid this problem he walked behind Cael, the biggest member of the party. he made sure to give him lots of room so that he wouldn't feel nervous. the party arived at the cave still two (or so) members short. not that he really cared, much, although he thought that Eve was...valueable...? (maybe that is not quite the right word but cool, interesting, well liked, pretty, are just not words that he would use with her yet. so we will go with valueable) but he thought that he would ask anyway, 'Shouldn't we find Eve and Priss Sylia before we continue on?'

Eve and the other two had been following the other group for a while now they didn't know where they were but only that Wanda was their way out and someone had tried to poison Priss. And for some reason, eve thought, priss sylia was... were now two different people or rather in two different bodies; maybe one of them would be able to fix what they'd done or maybe make sure it was forever.
It was rather easy to track them as they were an odd group and their tracks were really unique. But aside from that Eve just telaported herself from spot to spot making sure not to be seen, like a goul in the wind she was, her hair placed up tightly again her garments tied tightly to her she peered behind trees and back again as Priss and sylia continued about following at a safe distance. Eve was rather careful not to stay in one spot too long.

Wanda turned to JR. "Find Eve and Priss Sylia? Why? They left us to follow their own path, and I had the impression they knew the choice they made and felt competent to make it." She turned back into the cave, adding over her shoulder, "They're of course welcome to rejoin us whenever they choose, if they can still find us. This way. Now that our eyes are starting to adjust to the dimness in here it should be easy to see ... ah, yes, there it is."
They make their way into the cave, into the shadows. While the floor remains flat and relatively free of debris, the walls are still in their rough natural state. Then the cave, which seems more like a tunnel, turns to the right and starts to slope up slightly. Footing is still easy but the light is quickly nearly gone until Wanda does something to the wall around the corner. Pale red lights spring to life hidden behind rocky outcroppings in the walls at intervals. There is not much light, but enough for even Wanda's normal human eyes to see the tunnel turns yet again, this time to the left, after a short distance. As soon as they turn this second corner, the first set of lights go out. There remain only three or four lights lit in this new tunnel that quickly seems to end in an archway that is set into the wall. But here the wall is smooth, and next to the wall is a lit panel. Wanda steps confidently to the panel and presses a complex series of buttons. To JR it seems almost as though she were typing on a strange keypad where the figures are unfamiliar symbols. The smooth wall slides to the left revealing a small room, perfectly smooth like marble with mirrors set into each wall. Wanda steps in and waits for the others to follow.

Catsue follows Wanda on soft feet, trying not to be seen by watching eyes even though she knows that is impossible. She looks around for whoever is watching but can find no signs of anyone other than the people in her party. She jumps at the red lights, but follows Wanda with the confidence born of relief at being rescued by this strange human girl. When Wanda enters the room, Catsue follows, pleasantly surprised to find the mirrors in the room.

Jr. was kind of suprised at wanda. he didn't expect her to say such things but he could sense that she was probibly agitated with them. He looked behind them as they entered the cave. he couldn't see eve or priss sylia. they must be further out then eye sight. he usually didn't care about who was around him but he actually half hoped that they would come back. they had some usefull talents after all. as they walked through the cave Jr. almost without relizeing walked onto the celing. he was about to put on his infarred goggles when wanda turned on the lights. he just shrugged and put them away. he watched very carfully as wanda typed on the keypad. then as the doors opened and they entered into the room. 'an elavador perhaps?' he thought. he gracefully jumped down and he paused for a moment before entering into the room. he had problems with tight places. he slowly breathed in as he waited for the next move. he didn't want anyone to notice his fear, but he knew that he would be okay if they got out of here soon. he just took another slow breath in.

Eve felt a little trapped in the small spaces her telaportation could only be sneaky for so long and tight confined spaces were not the most... wonderful of places; but she took her time and when Wanda turned on the 'lights' it made it a little better since she could now telaport behind the rocks where the lights were, just out of the way. The little motion that might of been seen by her movements hopefully most would just play off as the cave's walls playing tricks.
Another problem she ran into as they tracked where they were going was the key pad; from her position Eve could only tell about where they were not exactly where they were or what symbols they were, it might prove more difficult to follow them than last thought. She stayed however trying to make sure she knew what was pressed the best she could. She thought that the little red headed Cat thing might be on to her lurking but it was worth the risk, if they were to ever see who these people are working for... and why they wanted Priss Syllia and Eve dead.

As the group filed into the small room, Wanda sent one last telepathic probe to the missing members. Recoiling from Eve's certainty of danger, she closed the doors and the room moved. Lights danced in the mirros around the party and soft music slowly grew to fill the room with delicate harmonies.
Wanda addressed the people on the elevator. "When the doors open, we will be in daylight. Give your eyes a moment to adjust before stepping out. The Oracle we seek will be to our right, through the village. As you pass people, incline your head a little like this," demonstrating "and smile. Say nothing unless you are spoken to, which will be unlikely until we get to the Oracle. Watch your step, as the roads are uneven here and people in mobiles may not see you in time to avoid running over you. Any questions?"

'any questions?! she says,' thought a bitter Jr. he wanted out of the elevator now and she said wait till you eyes adjust?! no way...and then he want him to what...? smile? how...just how was he supposed to do that?! he usually smiled with satisfaction, whenever he broke through something hard on the computer or whenever he gained victory against an enemy, that was about it. smile...bah....she was asking for way too much...then again, right now everything sounded hard in this small room...that seemed to be getting smaller...with all of these giant people in them. his breathing became slightly harder as he shoved his hands into his pockets. this was to hid them from everyone at the fact that they were starting to shake. then he pulled out a pair of sunglasses and placed them upon his face. there, then he wouldn't have to wait so long in order to get out of this box. he looked at himself in the mirror. he was a little pail. his small chest rose unevenly with each breath. he placed one hand on his gun and gripped hard. he made sure that his trigger finger was anywere near the trigger and that the safety was on. it gave him small comfort as he gripped it. it helped him steady himself, hopefuly it would be over soon, then he would deal with figuring out how to smile.

The room rose for some time, machinery sounding behind the mirrored walls. Finally the doors opened into a courtyard bustling with "people" of many kinds going in every direction. Exiting the room, Wanda demonstrated again the slight bow and smile greeting everyone expected as they passed. She turned right and made her way through the crowd across the open space. Voices of many types filled the air as they bartered. Booths lined the courtyard and in the center a fountain sprinkled rainbow droplets into a moat around the statue of a child throwing his hands up in celebration. There were few trees, but awnings of the booths extended well beyond the counters, giving shade to buyers. Wanda steered clear of the awnings, walking in the bright morning sunshine to the far edge of the courtyard. She didn't glance back at the rest of the group until she reached a gate there.

Eve stayed still behind the rock for a while unknowing what t do just yet and waiting still for a thought of if she should port into the compartment. Eve waited for a while and decided she would walking closly to where they'd gone into eve pressed her ear to the 'opening' and listend hard waiting for some sound of life... or lack there of.

Catsue stayed very close to Wanda, eyes wide as they crossed the bustling marketplace. She looked at as much of everything as she could but touched nothing and no one. She totally forgot to smile and bow until a person smiled, bowed to her, and then looked at her strangely. Quickly she smiled and bowed back, twice! Then scuttled around to the other side of Wanda nervously. Too many people!

Wanda moved quickly across the marketplace and the gate on the far side. She turned and watched to make sure they all made it through the gate before closing it behind them. Beyond the gate was a garden, blessedly quiet after the previous area. Only birdsong, insects humming and water burbling disturbed the silence. Trees and bushes and flowers of incredible variety covered nearly every square inch of ground into a distance hard to determine for the number of trees. A stone path led into the garden a short way, ending in a T with a bench facing them. No one else seemed visible in the garden.
