kingpinsqeezels nathan_ngl kingpinsqeezels DarkHalcyon kingpinsqeezels Alright then. I vow never to drink in any country like Russia. Or trust hot girls in Russia either. But I don't know if Hostel took place in Russia. Hmmm...I hated that freakin' movie. Hostel was great! >.> Oh, and shame on those dishonest people in Russia ruining the image of vodka! Haha...agreed But about hostel...It was like an hour and 15 minutes of sex and 15 minutes of scariness...it was ridiculous. Sounds like a commonplace movie... 3nodding . Did you see it? It was horrible. Haven't seen it, but I've seen plenty of movies that the effect was ruined because of sex scenes or overdoing emotions so the movie came out all emo and lame... and some movies over-do religion... Those ones piss me off, because I'm as confused as hell with those ones scream . And then there are those movies that are just plain stupid, with a side dab of plot that usually stinks and makes no sense... Like zulander... I can't beleive I saw that movie... crying

kingpinsqeezels YvetteEmilieDupont it was a big deal here in omaha how the theaters were playing hostel but refused to play such a "disturbing" and "wrong" movie like brokeback moutain whihc by the way, i'm all for gay rights and gay marriage and you know all that stuff, but honestly if you want to make a movie nto about two cow boys, that is just asking for everyone to make fun of you rofl the school newspaper had a feild day when all that stuff was going on, oo and the gay community almost did a protest at our school because of an article a chick wrote, about the movie, and stuff. I hate how people get in such an effing uproar about gays! They're humans too you know, and discrimanating against them is just as bad as racism! The fact that they wouldn't play Brokeback Mountain is almost sickening. I mean, it's A MOVIE! Get over it! Stuff like that actually does happen, and people should just face freakin' reality. Anyway, I'm just passionate and a wee bit obsession about my views on things...if you couldn't tell. I will go to any measure to get people to understand my view points. Like this one time when this girl was trying to tell me Jesus was a Christian. Oh man, you should have seen that debate. It was intense. Of course, girls like her hate to know that they are wrong...Just because they go to Sunday school and crap, and I don't...So I must be a Satan worshipping witch that knows nothing about the bible or God or Jesus.. *sigh* People! rolleyes poeple are stupid, and most christians are retarded. anyway, brokeback sits right next to the passion, as far as i'm concerned.

It was amusing- some Catholic guy, knowing that I was Jewish, asked if I had seen the Passion of Christ, and then insisted that the Jews killed Jesus. When will people learn it wasn't? rolleyes

I still feel the exasperation that Nathan expressed though. I hate cookie-cutter endings, predictability and re-makes most of all. Sex scenes don't bother me too much, but only if they re called for. Like the sex scenes they added in the LotR movies... Totally not necessary, except as a draw for the people who wanted to see Liv Tyler almost-nekkid xp Now I'll stop before I start ranting about art and nudity and other stuff.

I can't beleive I saw that movie... crying Aww...But I loved Zoolander! Ben Stiller is dope! I do agree with you however...Some movies Just don't need sex scenes. Or sex scenes that last for like 4 minutes. A movie that over did emotions- Star Wars 3. I still loved it though. Zonko- I hate Passion before I even decided I wanted to be Jewish. So people would either ask me,"Are you like...Jewish then? Because you LOOK Jewish" or "Was it because Jesus isn't your Lord and Savior? Do you like Satan?" I mean, I respect that some people don't like Brokeback Mountain, but Passion of the Christ was just....ugh. I don't even want to talk about it. DarkHalcyon- I didn't know there were sex scenes in LOTR. *Shrug* I saw Passion at my house, and stopped watching it because it was too disgusting. People would get really mad at me when we'd be at the movie theater and a lot of old people would burst out the doors and I would say,"PASSION CROWD, 3 O'CLOCK" Haha. I crack myself up.

Meh, that's what I was getting at. No one needed to see Arwen's nipples, thankyou. That story was beautiful and never needed sex to spice it up.
