Ha. When you're working the late night drive through at Taco Bell and you say, 'Hi, how are you? Welcome to Taco Bell, did you know Tony Danza cuts in line?'

I kinda literally laughed really loud at that. I just practically screamed out laughing. (I didn't know it was possible to scream out laughing -_-)

HARDCORE xx PUNK
You listen to System too much when someone says they're gonna make a pie, you suddenly shout out "OOH, is it Terracotta, or Banana?"

Oh, I've done that.

When you are teaching yourself how to play the 12-hole ocarina and through playing some chords, you find some familiar notes, and start playing

:O

So i wasn't going crazy!

I just bought Toxicity the other day and when i listened to the end of Aerials, i heard all this beautiful music. xDD

Um, System is the beautiful music. But don't worry, of course you're going crazy.

lol
Nice display of crazyness, people. I'm sure I've been there for a few. XD

You're obsessed with System Of A Down wheeennnn.....

You try to secretly take pictures of a guy on the bus on your phone because you think he looks like Serj.

You buy System merch for a friend's birthday despite the fact that she doesn't actually like them that much..
...then you keep it for yourself and tell her the gift must have got lost in the post. ninja

Your boss tells you to wear your best clothes for work on Tuesday and you turn up in your favourite SOAD shirt.

You're flat on your back in the middle of a wet field after chasing the Absinthe fairy, and although you can't get up, or focus, you CAN sing every word of Vicinity of Obscenity and still get all the terracottas and bananas in the right order.

You're proud of this fact.

All 25 of your "25 Most Played" Ipod playlist are SOAD songs.

You rush to point out Armenia on all maps and globes in stores and classrooms. If you can't find it you freak out and complain that the stupid globe is broken. Demand a new one.

When you rent a computer at your local library you spent all the time on it watching SOAD videos and interviews on YouTube, and if anyone so much as looks in the direction of your screen you insist on telling them all about the band and reccomend your favourite albums.

You're also too obsessed with System when you decide to boycott your favourite kebab shop (and ALL kebab shops, in fact) when you realise that the family who own it are Turkish. In fact you feel you HAVE to stop yourself going in there because if you do you'll probably ask them awkward questions which may result in assault.

LOL ive boycotted things cuz they were Turkish too sweatdrop
and at Folk Fair Armenia wasn't there and i asked the Turkish people where the Armenians were....my friends with me told me that i was trying to get shot...
oh! and then there's these drums that are made in Turkey and i glare at all drum sets made by them...

It's really bad... I mean, I have a friend of a friend who is Turkish and from what I hear she is a lovely person, neither she nor any of her close family deny the genocide, and she's even a SOAD fan.
It makes me sick to think of myself as a racist, but I can't seem to help it. The other day I noticed that on the label of one of my favourite shirts it said "Made in Turkey", and I'm slightly ashamed to say that I haven't actually worn it since. sad

(Although I actually thought the World Fair story was hilarious. XD)

I'm not Armenian either... ha, not even close. I have a couple friends with Armenian blood in them but even they sometimes don't seem that bothered about the issue.

I worry I'm making an arse of myself and turning into a racist over something that has nothing to do with me. sad

LMAO that Folk Fair thing was amazing!!! I ate a Lebanese pickle and Katy even ate some even though she hates pickles!!

The look the Turkish woman gave Katy was hilarious, it was "I know you know and unless you want to be killed you better back off"

We planned out what Katy was going to say like way before hand. All these people were wearing these semi-cool hats, but then we found out Turkey was selling them and we didn't think they were as cool anymore.

I kinda feel bad about how Katy and I give the Serj's Evil Glare of Death to the people wearing the Drum T-Shirts and just different things relating to Turkey. There are a lot of Turkish people who live in Armenia and a lot of Armenians who live in Turkey, but it's the country as the thing I don't like, not necessarily its people. sad

I guess the thing we have to try and do is hate the lies. Hate the government and the cover-up, not the innocent people whose only crime is being born in a country that lies to it's people.

Heh, I kinda derailed the whole topic. eek

...And now back to our featured programming! mrgreen

Umm....

You're obsessed with System when you care so much about their views and beliefs that you lie awake at night thinking about how to be a better person.

i think its the government from 1915-ish that we hate...that they let something like this go on and not think that anything was wrong...well i guess we also hate their government today for trying to cover it up...not necessarily the people as a whole....
make sense?
