Karthin shrugged. He walked over to Angela and kissed her cheek.
"I'll be in your room if you need me." He whispered to her before taking off towards the main building. He wasn't entirely sure what he was supposed to do in this situation. So he listened to his instinct and left Angela with her sisters.
He felt in his gut that he should give them some time alone.

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Angela and her kin sat vigil the whole night and the dawn of the next morning was like a lifetime away.. she had been up over 48 hours and now it was time to rest... She rose slowly stretched her tired wings and flew back to her room upon that she began to remove her armor in a slow motion exhaustion taking over with every step... until she crawled into her bed and lay there in moments she was fast asleep... It wouldn't be til later that afternoon she would wake she blinked slowly and sat up in her bed trying to wake her body to move.

Karthin woke up not too long after Angela fell asleep. He looked over at her and gently pulled her closer so that her head was resting on his chest. He then decided to go back to sleep so that he didn't wake her. He only roused from his own slumber when he felt Angela start moving. "Is it time to get up already?" He asked as he stretched out his arms.

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Angela turned to karthin nodding,"Yes I do believe so I have slept long enough", she told him standing up she went to dress quickly and make her way toward the door,"I'm going to check on my people we have endured a lot in such a short amount of time", she shook her head sadly,"If only it weren't this way..", she then explained,"I will also be taking part in the judging of the competition so I will have to see who is Qualified before they can enter", she told him.

Karthin stretched out and sat up. "Do you want me to come with you? Or am I even allowed to be there?" He asked her with a thoughtful look. He ran his hands through his hair before looking over at her. "If I shouldn't be there I can always help around somewhere. There are still a lot of young ones that want me to teach them how to use a bow, and I can always help out making clothes and medicine if I need to." He told her as he got out of bed and walked towards her.

Angela turned her attention back to Karthin she wished her heart wasn't so heavy but she managed a small smile for her love and kissed his cheek,"Yes go to the younger ones teach them", she told him,"You know of our customs enough on who is allowed to be using weaponry I will be down there later to assist you we must continue to build my home to make it great to replenish what has been tooken from us" .

Karthin kissed her softly. "I'll be waiting." He told her as he quickly got dressed. He decided to mess with her a little bit. "With the whole rebuilding thing. You're not going to turn me into a breeding machine are you?" He teased her.

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Angela smiled at him kissing her but when he turned to tease her she scoffed and threw a playful punch,"Now now you rude man go on shoo shoo!", she scolded shoving him out of the room before she turned to her balcony,"I'll be seeing you later Karthin!", she called as she took out the window and into the skies.

Karthin laughed as he waved goodbye to her. He took a minute to fully wake up before he left the room fully dressed. He walked down the hall to grab some food. It seems like it's been forever since he had been home, but in reality only a few days have passed. He quickly made his way to the island the younger Valkyrie used for training. He watched as some of them sparred and others set about doing random things. He moved through the building to his old teaching area. He set up the bows and targets again. He cleaned up the area to make it presentable. He then left to go make the announcement that his archery class was open again. He stepped out into the courtyard and cleared his throat. "How's it going everybody. My archery class is back up if anybody would like to learn please follow me."
He called out as loud as he could.

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Angela went about heading to the elder and they all had a conversational meeting on how the competition was to take place and who was allowed to attend. She finally having the information went back home to send out word they would have to spread across the way when competitors could come in to compete for the position. Angela finally have spread the word knowing the conditions of the rules went to the meeting place of such conditions and waited for candidates to show up; She spent the rest of the day observing older valkyrie older than herself and finally after a very long day she went home to have dinner in her room while she sat infront of the fire waiting for Karthin to come home....

Karthin started teaching archery early in the morning. Most of the Valkyrie were naturally talented. He gave out very few tips to any of the Valkyrie there. Near the end of the day the Vlakyrie who attended wanted him to show off a little and he reluctantly indulged them. He had three of them line up. He placed apples on their heads and told them not to move or flinch. He then notched three arrows in his bow before turning his back to them. He too a deep breath and exhaled before running at the wall in front of him. He ran a couple of feet up the wall before kicking off. He turned mid air and without a seconds hesitation he drew back the bowstring and let loose his three arrows. They sailed through the air and hit the center of the three apples perfectly and with enough force to pin them to the wall behind the three women. He then landed with a roll before getting back to his feet in one fluid motion. He accepted the applause of the women there before escorting them out and cleaning the arena. He made it home a little past nightfall.
He went to Angela's room to find her in front of a fire. "How was your day my love?" He asked as he sat beside her and kissed her cheek.

Angela blinked found herself smiling as she heard Karthin coming in and she took up his hand and kissed it cradling it in her own before she turned to the fire,"I had a wondrous day though It was very busy...", she informed him returning his kiss with her own on his cheek she asked,"How was yours..?", she cuddled up next to him as her wings sheltered around the both as she snuggled her head into him.

Karthin smiled as he held her close to him. He leaned back against the bed and stroked her hair. "It was far from uneventful that's for sure."
He told her. The Valkyrie at the training island were better than I thought they would be. I was kind of hoping they would be worse at archery than they actually were." He said with a chuckle. "I only had to give a few of them some pointer, but it was nice to see the competition that arose between some of them. They even wanted me to show off for them before I closed off the arena." He told her.

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Angela smiled,"yes our women are very skilled at a young age we begin training at the year 300", she then gave a slight chuckle,"Did you my darling? Amuse there taste", she said turning to him,"I have been told that Elves are skillful archers and that skill rarely gets exceeded in any other race except on rare occasions with particular individuals".
