I'm already on Topomax 100mg 1 x day and 50mg 1 x night. Now, I'll be taking a monthly 70mg shot called Aimovig.
Oh. Not sure if mine is the same, But mine is called Topimate or something like that. Sorry that you have to get a shot.heart

Insomnia again? Sorry Momma Bear. So how are you feeling this morning?heart
It's okay. I always have insomnia. 3nodding Some days I can force myself to lay in bed and others I can't. No biggie. I'm okay. Just a bit tired and have a bit of a migraine but at least it's not a huge one right now. *knocks on wood - literally* LOL I'm just glad that I have dinner in the oven cooking so we can eat before I have my appointments. The only thing that I'll have to cook is the noodles. I couldn't put those on just yet. I have a roast, multi-colored carrots, potatoes, and onions in an oven bag on low heat. It will take 3 hours to cook, so it will be ready at 2pm. Just time enough for me to eat and leave but hopefully, that will get me through till I get home. whee I usually have to eat every 2 to 4 hours max.

Yep. Topirimate is the generic name. I take the generic, as well. So much cheaper than the brand name. 3nodding Well...he did offer me botox injections and that is still a possibility with or without this new shot if it doesn't help with all of my different types of migraines (since I have all of the types that you can get).
