Outside - Safely Across and Supporting Ace
Now this wasn't a sight that one would come across every day and Kyle would hate for anything to happen to that young male hunter (Ace) who had emerged from the cave carrying not one but two people in tow. Seeing that he was quickly approaching his side of the giant mouth thingy, he hurried over to help steady Ace as the other trainee made it safely to the other side.

Outside - Safely Across and Supporting Kimberly
Looking up, Kyle saw another hunter, a female one (Kimberly) this time, who had emerged from the cave while carrying another person much like Ace had.
Were there more of these emancipated people in there? Who were they anyway? Hunters like them or ordinary people?
No time for questions now of course since they needed to get as many people across the gigantic mouth creature before it was too late. "Right this way. Don't look down! You're almost there!" He called out as he stretched his hands out towards her to lend a helping hand.

[ OUTSIDE ] - SUPPORTING Sherry frowned at the chatter coming over the headset. They couldn't just leave someone down there. Though that was a good point about casualties. Sherry would do what she could to make sure most people were safe, then head back down to drag up stragglers. Help as many as possible. Finding herself someone else that looked like they needed a hand, Sherry offered one. "Go," she said, "go! Don't dawdle! Watch your step and be safe." [ OUTSIDE: Using Pendant ] The first attempt at using the pendant, made after her first step out of the (rather literal) mouth of the cave, failed to transport them anywhere. Mimsy's focus and confidence faltered, teetering on the edge of plummeting into shame and anxiety. This couldn't fail. She couldn't fail. All of this was far too important to lose, and nothing could repair the consequences of being unsuccessful in completing her task. Shifting the sister in her arms, she thought of Alice in search of the strength to continue, and pushed forward to take a few more strides beyond the cave and towards the teeth surrounding it. Eyes closed, breath held so tightly that her lungs began to ache, she tried the pendant again, pleading for the ability to return with news that all was well-- And it worked.

Kimberly crossing
It seemed that two kindly hunters had came to help her. She blinked and waved slightly before looking again at the death maw below. "Lots of teeth...". Like the idiot she was she smiled and snapped a selfie with the mouth from hell.. Cause.. Why not? It was just her life on the line and all...
She readjusted the girl she was carrying gave a weak salute and noticed Ace on the other side. "Uhn.. How dyou get over so fast..."
In true foolhardy I'm immortal sun style she attempted to jump the last of the way to the other side.
Like a gracefully plummeting albatross she hit the ground on the other side with a majestic thud. Amazingly she made it with the girl.
"Taa daa" She said moments before flopping limply on the ground. How heroic....

[Traveling to Dissection Room]
Joy halted in her tracks at Melvin's suggestion of a trap. The trainee hadn't had enough encounters with the Horsemen to truly be able to say whether or not something was within their ability. And Melvin was a senior hunter. Her grip on her weapon tightened so much it was a surprise that Bert didn't whine about it.
But then there was approval and confirmation and permission to go and help. Joy had never really seen Caroline in person, and hearing her declare being a trainee limited her ability to help. Judging by Joy's own stature, yeah she wouldn't be able to do s**t on her own.
"You heard them, we need to go help. I, I can't do anything on my own." It was taking every last bit of her will to keep herself from just bolting to go and held, lost cause or not. "Let's go."

While Terry waited for a response, he set about mimicking the other hunters in helping them cross. He himself still needed help but wasn't proactive enough a person to actually ask for it.
Aggy chided him for it but seeing as she herself couldn't do anything about the situation, Terry found it easy to tune her out.

Safehouse : ??? Mimsy suddenly finds herself and her burden in dimly lit padded room. There's a bookcase on one side, and through the door, a tv. The soothing sounds of a cooking show fill the area. The clone begins to stir. Outside the cell a voice abruptly yelps, and suddenly there is a face peering through the cell's single window. "Um. Is this a new LARP? Like a magician one? You guys never fail to amaze, like seriously. Oh..." The heavyset man looks confounded as he takes in the sight of Mimsy and the clone. Reaching up, he fondles the well manicured beard. "Wow...I didn't know...wow. Like, is this what those two get up to when nobody else is here?" He's suddenly a little cagey, "If they're not here yet, could you like, not tell them I was here too? I'm not really supposed to know how to bypass their weird ******** fantasy glowy security s**t. Hey is she related to Professor D? I mean, not because some all Asians thing but like...the...nose..." He looks ready to apologize and also explain all the ways in which he is not racist. The clone lifts her head.

Crossed & Supporting from safety
Sy was never an attention seeker. He is perfectly fine being the forgotten one or not so memorable one in this group.
But the thing he does best is observing everything around him. While people were busy trying to cross to safety and even helping others out, he never said anything to anyone to cheer them on or said anything out loud. Instead, he just casts support like a superhero not expecting a thanks in return. He was trying his best to help others out.
The boy doesn't even know how many of them were in this current mission that had to be aborted. He had arrived late and jumped through the portal without knowing what was in store for him.
Waving his hybrid staff/scythe weapon, he had his focus on Terry, since he was the newest member to have gotten out of the cave. But this time, his aid completely flopped. The other hunter girl (Sherry) was so good at giving support for others that he felt defeated.
Sy kept watch of the other member (Terry) and forced an awkward smile on his face.. It felt odd but he did it just in case Terry needed something to focus on while crossing to safety.. He had a feeling he would regret it later.. Thinking about it, he wondered if that would creep people out...

[DISSECTION ROOM]
Waiting was never really Joy's strong suit, so she may have gotten ahead of Melvin and simply chose to trust the senior hunter had her back. The path to get there was long and twisty and the trainee was a thousand percent sure that she'd only gotten herself lost along the way. Eventually she did come across a creepy-a** room (it was on another scale of creepy that she couldn't properly compare it to the orchard) with the bottles Caroline mentioned.
This had to be it, right? She didn't need to search long, Caroline wasn't kidding when she said it was a big guy. And there was a lot of blood.
She made her way to the body to check whether he was still breathing, and Joy felt her stomach plummet when she recognized him up close.
s**t. It was Kai and Kai was huge. Thankfully she had Melvin for help, yes? Glancing up that was when she realized she was actually alone in the room. While Joy knew people could lift several times their weight during times of crisis (hello, moms lifting refrigerators during a fire, anyone?) getting out of here was going to require more than running in a straight line.
First thing's first, she had to stop the bleeding. ********, she didn't have any bandages on her and resorted to using her scarf to try and staunch the wound. While putting pressure, Joy sent out a distress call over the headset.
"Hey, this Joy. I'm in this creepy room with the bottles and the almost-murder victim. It's one of the new trainees, Kai, and I cannot carry him out on my own. I, uh, think I also lost Melvin. Need help."
Joy focused on applying whatever first aid she could while she waited for help. She wasn't thinking anymore, just letting her body move by rote. And it would be later that she would notice she was whispering a fervent prayer at the same time.MoonKitsune Yes, Melvin, Joy thinks she lost you. It's totes not because you accidentally on purpose wandered off.

Taking the assistance as further incentive to continue helping, Terry did just that. Aggy was pleased that her bonded wasn't simply idling about and was being a useful, contributing member of hunter-society. At least for this mission.
He did hear the broadcast about Kai and was tempted to go back in to help the man who helped him during his most vulnerable time. He was, after all, a support character in his own life story. Why should he deviate from that?
