Sayo headed up the hardwood steps, up to the second story. A few others were here, checking out this place as well. The hallways had hardwood flooring. She found a linen closet, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a bathroom with the Master bedroom. Walking into the yellow painted room, she was overjoyed, perfect for a nursery. The owner came over to him, "Sure, what do you need?"

"Yes sir, it is. My wife died and I'm trying to get a new start, and that means selling this house of hers. I want to hurry up and sell it, better that way. But if someone asks for more, I'll accept, so highest bidder wins, unless I have cause not to."

"Its alright, I'm getting over it. Feel free to submit an offer. And is that your wife earlier? She is quite lovely." Sayo kept looking around the upstairs. She didn't see a washer or dryer, but they could be downstairs, or even in a basement. She was very happy with what she was seeing. Sayo could picture a life together here.

The man was confused by his hesitation. He got pulled away before he could ask anything Sayo came rushing downstairs and hugged him excitedly, "I love this place. Lets go see the backyard." she pulled and lead him to the back door, a cheerful smile on her face

They got to the backyard. nice sized porch, perfect for BBQs and green grass everywhere. A tree was in the middle of the yard and attached to it was a swing, handmade. Rope tied to a higher, sturdy branch and a thick piece of wood for the seat, "Push me?" she asked as they stopped in front of the swing. She sat down and held onto the thick ropes

Occ:"Sure."Holding onto the side the the swings he pushed her forward then darted back giving her a big lift off as he pushed her."I really like this house.. It reminds me of my grandmothers house in Korea."

"I really love it to. I can't imagine us being anywhere else." Sayo felt the wind tickle her cheeks as she swung. It felt freeing and uplifting. She looked at Cain, "You're from Korea?"

Japanese and Korean so every so often my family would travel over to see relatives i would have to talk to them about how everything was here and everything."Pushing her a bit stronger then before he smiled feeling the breeze flow across his face,Even thinking about them buying this home made him feel almost nostalgic.

"I could throw a really great Christmas party and try to get all of your family here. I'm good at parties." Sayo held onto the swing tighter as she was pushed higher. She really wanted this house and no other, but how to tell him? Could they even afford this, even with the price the way it is? Bidding wars get out of control and expensive real quick. She dug her feet into the ground to slow down and stop. She got off and went to Cain, looking at him right in the eyes, "I want to buy this house."

Occ:"I do too but....I've been thinking about the other potential buyers in front of us. But hey lets try anyway.."Nibbling on the candy looking back at Sayo as she looked deep into his own eyes he stared back out of his pure will."Think about it.. it would seem really fun to have parties back here.. We can grill up somethings have friends and family over and even have a pool around..actually no forget about the pool."
