Seeing a surprising kick out at one, Matt would get to one knee with a hand full of Mizdow's hair, trying to get to his feet while picking Mizdow up at the same time.

Mizdown would be picked up by his feet, and begin to try to fight back with punches left and right to Matt's midsection.

As the two were to their feet, Matt would receive punches to the mid-section! for steadying however, Matt would have both hands gripped onto Mizdow's hair!
