Aeon

User Image

"...They know the laws of this place," Aeon said flatly. "You are mine. If they try to do anything to you, I'm well within my right to kill them. And I would." Considering how strong he was that probably wouldn't be too difficult either, depending on his opponent. "Anyway, you have a nice body. There's nothing for you to be embarrassed about." As if that was her big issue with being seen! Clearly he didn't understand her concerns perfectly.
"Good," Aeon said, grabbing her ear and tugging on it a bit. "I want to see you cry. Look up at me with your tear-stained face, slave." Aeon was a bit extreme, wasn't he...? He released her ear, leaning back a bit. "Who cares? Their thoughts would be correct." ...Yeah that was true.
Then came Hiyori's sudden boldness from out of nowhere. "...No." His eye narrowed, clearly growing irritated. "You're my slave, I'm not yours. Stop looking through my things or else-" He grunted. "..." His eye twitched. "You really need to be taught a lesson." He grabbed her by the arm and...!
...Then Krul's voice came into his mind. What did she want...? Ugh, what a nuisance. "Krul wants to see you for some reason. Come on." He wanted to get whatever this was over and done with. Surely Krul wasn't intending to try anything, but if she did... it wouldn't be pretty.
And soon the two would arrive at the scene, Aeon crossing his arms and leaning his weight against one leg, looking the very picture of bored. Though he did listen to what Hiyori was saying, and it was pretty humorous. She spoke so fearlessly to Krul, as though she wasn't intimidated by her in the slightest. Almost unheard of in this realm, though there were a few such as Samael who clearly had no fear of the Reaper Queen. And soon after Hiyori finished speaking, Aeon sighed. "Krul, you're ******** pathetic," Well, it seemed here was another who didn't exactly fear her. He stood up straight, uncrossing his arms. "I remember when I first was welcomed here, you seemed so strong and intimidating--like you could put the entire world on its knees. Now look at you, desperately clawing at pathetic weaklings like this to give you any sort of chance at victory. Grow some ******** balls. Are you incapable of doing anything on your own? And where's this Ephraim person? Have you still not been able to enslave a single human? A human, Krul. They're almost all ******** worthless compared to us, and this one is giving you so much trouble? Pathetic." Clearly Aeon didn't realize just who this human was--and how strong and capable he was. Aeon himself wouldn't be able to beat Ephraim either, that was for certain. "You even resorted to taking his daughter to try to get any sort of leverage over him. Really? That's honestly hilarious. Why does ANYONE follow a pathetic, lowly ******** urchin like you? Althesa was right about how weak and cowardly you are. You just sit on that nice big throne to make yourself feel more powerful than you are." His tongue was just as sharp as his mother's, it seemed. "Are we done now? In case you've forgotten, Hiyori is MINE. If you expect her to do anything for you, you have to ask ME first anyway. And I have no interest in helping you hide your humiliating weakness. Well... I don't know, you're pretty cute. Maybe if you got down on your knees and begged, I might reconsider. I'd love to see you in such a submissive, lowly posture. Like a little b***h. How fitting it would be for the once great Reaper Queen." Damn, Aeon really wasn't holding back, was he? He found the entire situation to be absurdly pathetic, and the fact that she interrupted him and brought him out here for this? Yeah, that might have been why his sharp tongue was going off on her.

"Sure, but who says they really follow them? I don't think most Reapers here care about staying true to laws, or anything for that matter.." At what he said next, Hiyori's urge to keep that fearless attitude only seemed to increase, she wasn't doing very good at being the so called helpless slave here, was she? "Oh...am I that important to you now? You would kill them just for little ol'me? " She grinned, her tail swishing a little. It was true, Hiyori was an odd one. For her situation, she really didn't seem all that terrified of the stotic, moody elf prince turned Reaper!
Even at the moment he decided to grab her precious little ear. Sure, she did cringe a little, but he wasn't about to see any tears screaming down her face! "...Do you really want to see me cry, or get angry instead??! " She gave him a look. "I'm almost tempted to grab your ear, master.." Elf ears just had to be sensitive too! "...Well, only because you...! You have zero self control, you know...you just jumped into ...things, t-things you failed to tell me anything about before your sneaky claiming." Her face was going red again. "...Never mind.." It was probably better not to talk about their more..personal moments together, for...reasons!
As she began to look through his dresser for better clothing she might be able to makeshift into something better for her own comfort, she turned around suddenly as he was about to grab her arm and....tossed another shirt, directly into his face! Oh yeah, it fell over his head, covering his head and face completely. Then she backed away, snickering oh-so-evily. "Wrong, wrong! I don't need to be 'taught a lesson', I wouldn't learn anything anyway. I told you in the beginning, you wouldn't be able to handle me. I like to talk, I AM playful, and some might say annoying, or the bringer of trouble. And you said I can be however I want! So, there you go. You can't get mad at me, you just have to deal with me. Apparently forever. Can you live with that? " Somehow she managed to get all her thoughts out before they were interrupted by the needy Queen.. What a save!

And so, they would eventually make their way to Krul, and Hiyori once more, proved she wasn't afraid of speaking her mind, not just to her master, but to the Queen herself.

Krul was so not prepared for these two, hero own trusted fierce Reaper, and the ever so irritating but brilliant fox girl, Hiyori. But nothing quite infuriated Krul more then hearing Aeon's use of words against her. "You talk to me as though you aren't having that very same problem?? I know exactly what you are planning to do, and I know how many times you've failed to succeed them. Don't think I don't hear what everyone in this realm is thinking. You work for ME. Don't forget that. You are only using her for your own battle against your once kingdom. Because you failed so many times, you needed someone else to help you do your dirty work. That someone was her, with her well known intelligence...you think with her help you will once and for all, defeat those of the Forest Kingdom. You can't do it on your own, no matter how powerful you are, you are powerless to them, and to take a mere girl to help you win, I would say that is also 'pathetic' as you say. It is no different then what I am doing, you fool. Now, if you think Ephraim is so weak, I will personally bring him here, just for you.. Then we will see just how confidant you are after you've been beaten by his weapon. A weapon that targets those like us.." She looked away a moment, focusing on the fox-girl. "Now, back on the subject of what is yours. " She returned her fierce gaze onto Aeon now. "You are mine, every single Reaper here belong to ME. Do you think you have any right to speak to me that way? I can take anything that you, or any other has claimed. I am the Queen of this realm, and I will take who I want. I can also exterminate those I don't want here, so tell me, will you still be able to talk down to me.." She vanished suddenly, appearing a second later besides Hiyori, her hand tightly around the girls throat. "After i've destroyed your helping hand? You are nothing without her, you will never get what you want if she is no longer breathing. I will make that happen, right now, unless you get down on your knees, and beg ME for forgiveness! "

Aeon

User Image

"..." Aeon crossed his arms, closing his eyes. "I don't have a problem killing them regardless. It isn't "for" you. You're just my property, and I don't want people touching what's mine." Certainly a charmer, wasn't he!
"Go ahead, get angry. Try to attack me. That would be fun to put you down on your knees." Then maybe he'd see her cry regardless! "Don't come near my ears, slave. I will punish you if you even try it." He seemed pretty serious!
But before the two could continue much more, they were called by the Reaper Queen.
...And promptly they began to spit figurative fire at each other. "Difference being the Forest Serenitians are prepared to fight Reapers. Humans aren't, last I checked. They're weak pathetic idiots. Just like you." He certainly wasn't one to hold back, was he? "Besides, unlike you or any of these other fool Reapers, I could kill every single one of the Forest Serenitians with little issue--besides Althesa. She's the only thing standing between me and destroying that wretched place." She was extremely powerful, especially against Reapers. "Go ahead, bring him here. I'd have no issue destroying him." He was so very wrong about that... "Not that you even could. He'd probably kill you if you got too close. Maybe if you had any brains and tried to do it stealthily that wouldn't be an issue, but you have to announce yourself anywhere you go. If you just grab him and bring him here, he'll have no real chance." OR he'd use that Siegmund of his to slaughter literally every Reaper in the realm. Really, it was a toss-up. Could go either way, but it was a pretty dire gambit to play with on Krul's part. "That's not how this works. What's mine is mine. If you try to take it I'm well within my right to kill you." Technically Krul WAS the queen, so she made the rules, but Aeon didn't really seem to care. And right as Krul vanished, Aeon's hand instinctively shot to the side, grabbing Krul by the wrist before she could grab Hiyori's throat. "You started this, remember that," he yanked on her arm to pull her over to him, before slamming his knee into her gut, turning around and swinging his blade--Legion--in an arc, scraping against the ground before coming up to slash upwards at the Reaper Queen, who he expected to be doubled over from the knee to the gut. Raising his left arm, had she been knocked over from the slash, an orb of chaotic energy appeared there, which he tossed towards her. It would cause a rather large surge of energy into an explosion upon contact with anything, and had Krul been in the blast radius, she would be pretty badly damaged. Not killed, but certainly hurt.

"Oh, i'm so in-love. I can't contain my feelings for you! " The sarcasm game was one of her favorites to play. "You must get a lot of dates....just none of them are as fun or cute as me. " Because they all must have been Reapers, if he did in fact date anyone.
She blinked, putting a hand to her chin a moment. "Is that a challenge? You've never had a slave like me, I might just do it when you least expect it. " It was certainly true, he probably had such frightened timid slaves before her, one that actually spoke back, showed little fear and was actually crazy playful was probably something he wouldn't know how to handle!

And in the next few moments, they were having a nice, warm chat with Krul.
"Humans are very well prepared, you wouldn't know that being here all the time, now would you. You don't know what those 'weak' humans possess. Like I said, face Ephraim, you might just face his other friends with their own damned weapons, the only weapons that CAN kill us.You have your mother to deal with, someone you cannot defeat just the same as I do. Your continued tough acts are becoming a bore to me. You want to do something actually USEFUL to our kind? Keep the Reaper numbers up. You have your pet, make use of it. " That was SUCH a normal thing to tell someone. Yeah, it was actually a normal thing with the Reapers, and there were those, like Aeon who didn't follow that so much.
And so, the game would begin as Krul attempted to prove that anything, regardless of claimed status or not, was hers too by making a move to grab Hiyori, only to be stopped as her wrist was grabbed and before she could really think to teleport herself away, the sickening pain of Aeon's knee coming to slam into her gut sent her doubled over in pain. At the very moment his blade came for her, Krul would raise her hand, sending a massive invisible force to slam into him, and hopefully knocking his blade back along with him before he could proceed further! The air around him would quickly become heavy, and he would feel as if his own body were fighting against him to stand, had he been knocked down from her first attack. "Fall..FALL TO YOUR KNEES!!" Uh ohs. She was quite angry now! One of her own attacking her, and demanding things as if she were just another Reaper, it didn't sit well with her!
The force against him would become even more intense with each passing second, and he would feel his body moving against him now, forcing him to position himself to his knees as she stepped closer to him. "This is how you belong..Forever on your knees, begging me for forgiveness. Every single day. You are here because of ME! Do not forget who your Queen is! "

Aeon

User Image

"You sure have a high opinion of yourself for such an annoying fox." Aeon said crossly as she called herself fun and cute. She was right--she was those things--but still, he wouldn't admit it. "No, it isn't a challenge. If you do it I'll punish you. Roughly." Did he mean for that to sound somewhat suggestive? Who knew.
Addressing Krul now as they came to speak to her, he shook his head. "Bring him here and I will. It would be funny, really. I'd take care of the thorn in your side pretty quickly even though you've failed to time and time again." He really seemed to be underestimating Ephraim. But that happened a lot, foes thinking he was weak simply because he was human. And shortly thereafter coming to face defeat. "Why should I create more slaves for a pitiful master like you? You're weak and pathetic, can you prove that wrong? I doubt it. You deserve to be on your hands and knees, kissing my feet." These two definitely seemed to be the best of friends, didn't they? That was proven further as their little fight began.
The invisible force was enough to knock him back. He wasn't really aware of how Krul fought, so this would be an interesting experience. "...??" He grunted as the air around him became heavy, but to his credit, he remained on his feet--albeit he seemed to have a difficult time staying there.
..Until he felt his body taken under Krul's control. "Nghh...!" He let out a passive grunt as he dropped right down to his knees, unable to keep himself from obeying his orders. His blade clattered to the ground beside him. "Nnh..." He seemed to be squirming a bit--clearly trying to fight the hold against him, but it seemed little use. He had severely underestimated the Reaper Queen, and now here he was--kneeling before her like a lowly b***h. After all his talking and insulting, this was... beyond humiliating. His eye narrowed up at her, baring his teeth in what could be described as an extremely intense, fierce and VERY angry look. But that might have been all he could muster against her power--a very pissed off look.

"I do, and I know it's true, after all you seemed to have been searching for me for a while. If I wasn't those things, I doubt a guy like you would have any interest in me!" Hiyori smirked at him. "Oh, you really are making this an easy decision.." These two were something else, both making such obviously suggestive comments at each other as if it was as normal as ever!
Krul couldn't hide the twisted smile on her face if she wanted to. "This will be greatly amusing. And when you have had enough of a beating by him, ask for my help to send him away or be killed by him. The choice is yours. You will see just how very long you are. " She couldn't wait to watch his confidence fall along with him.
"Why should you be here? What do you do, exactly? You do nothing to help in any way, and now you speak down to your Queen. Why do I keep you here? " It was quite the question! But maybe it could also be answered by the fact that she seemed to enjoy him, he was the only one to never show fear toward her, unlike most Reapers here. It was in a way, refreshing to have one she could fight with.
Their little battle however, didn't seem to end in Aeon's favor, with the hold she put against him, it would take a LOT of power within to break through her hold. As he remained to his knees, Krul reached out, grabbing him roughly by the chin. "Yes, look at me with that enraged stare. Look well, to the Queen who rules over YOU,every single person, human,Serenitian and Reaper inside this castle. You are all mine." Her boot made it's way into his chest suddenly, the force enough to knock him onto his back with a harsh, painful impact before that same boot was placed against his chest, and pressed down roughly to cause him even more pain. "Now, say it. -I- Am your master! Your Queen!" Aeon was certainly not looking very tough in front of Hiyori now.

"........" It was all fun for Krul, making Aeon look like such a lowly creature compared to herself, but that wasn't true and Hiyori really didn't enjoy watching her treating him like that. Krul would find that out herself when she was literally drop-kicked into the wall, face first, only to bounce back and trip over Hiyori's out-stretched leg as she stumbled back. Soon, Krul would find herself in the most humiliating situation, as she now laid on her back, with Hiyori's foot against her chest now, which she stomped on terribly roughly, causing the Reaper Queen to gasp out in pain!
She was in such a surprised state, not to mention a little dazed, that she didn't have time to react to what the fox-girl did next. A small blade of silver struck directly where her heart would be, and the pain became quickly sever. Where did this small dagger come from? If anyone looked at Hiyori, it would appear her hair was longer and even more fuller then it already was. A clear indication she had some of it up, and held up by the dagger that looked as if it were only just a regular hair decoration. Sneaky, sneaky Hiyori and her stealthy ways.

And that little move seemed to attract a whole lot of Reapers to the room, as some appeared, while others busted through the door. Hiyori was quickly surrounded, but not before Hina rushed over with her back to her, so that she could keep watch of what might try to attack, while Sora stayed with Marie to keep her safe. "Oh come on. You all should just drop down and kneel before me. It took only seconds to bring death a little closer to your pathetic Queen! You still want to fight with me knowing how useless she's become? Whatever! Try your best..."

Velora

User Image

Shortly after Hiyori's last words, most of the Reapers gathered there would... suddenly drop right down to their knees. Maybe Hiyori was being embraced as the new Reaper Queen! ...Probably not.
"Ahaha... Hiyori, you're such a nice girl." Velora walked into the room, her "older" sister Luella crawling on all fours ahead of her--a leash on her that Velora was holding. Luella appeared completely broken and entirely submissive. "I had intended to wait a bit longer on this, but how could I miss out on such a golden opportunity? It's practically been giftwrapped for me..." She pulled on the leash. "Do it, b***h." Luella wasted no time--the air in the room along with the color began to lessen and become duller--only for a brief instance--before a pink pulse would shoot from the enslaved Reaper. And just like that, Luella's Pressure was applied to everyone in the room, taking away their supernatural abilities and reducing their strength to that of an average human. Everyone except Velora, that was.
Velora dropped the leash, practically forgetting that Luella even existed anymore. "Finally... finally..." She wasted absolutely no time in closing the distance between herself and her mother--Krul--immediately dropping down into a straddling position over her. She grabbed her by the throat, smiling down at her mother. "You're too strong, mother. Only a fool would try to fight you on equal terms. If you had all your strength, I'd already be down, kneeling before you." Her smile turned into a grin. "But I'm one thing you aren't, and that's clever. For all your strength, you are a fool. Luckily, I am my father's daughter. If I can't win against you the old fashioned way, I'll force a scenario where I DO win. Because, what is it that he says? I don't pick fights I can't win. That's it, yes? Ehehehee..." Yes, much like her father, Velora was dangerously clever. And just like her mother, she was power-hungry and wanted to become the queen who ruled over everything. A very, VERY dangerous combination. "We have no need for you anymore, "mother." Would you like to know why? You're a fool. A washed up has-been. In some areas your methods can work--you have strength, but that is all. You aren't clever or resourceful. Your leadership led us to defeat in the first Great War with Serenity, which led to our people being sealed. What have you been doing in the last few months? Or year, even? You continue to ram your head against the unbreakable wall that is my father, and all you're left with is a severe migraine from it all. What have I been doing? Systematically working to bring Serenity down from the inside-out. The primary kingdom will be mine before the year is over, and I already have plans in motion to conquer and subjugate the Forest Kingdom as well. All these things that YOU could never do. Because, for all your power... you are a short-sighted idiot. And I am a genius. I am so much more than you will ever be. Let that be the last thing you think about as you die." Her grin returned to a smile, grabbing her roughly by the back of her hair and pulling harshly, to expose her neck. "Goodbye, mother. Be content with the knowledge that I will be a much better queen than you could ever have hoped to be." And just like that, she lowered down, biting into her mother's neck and beginning to drain away her blood--her life. With Krul's power removed, she had no chance to physically force her off, nor could she teleport away. And had anyone else tried to interfere, they would meet Velora's shield and be knocked unconscious swiftly. They as well had a substantial power decrease, after all. Velora had tipped the scales entirely into her favor--she left no measure untaken. She had to succeed. This was her only chance, for if her mother survived this, she could not attempt it in the same way again.

".....???? " Hiyori was...starting to think she was asending to a much higher light within the Reaper's eyes. Surely they weren't praising her?? Sure, she was incredibly awesome, but probably not enough to have Reapers fall to their knees to her.
Of course not, that was proven by the pink haired pair, one of which was walking on all fours, by a leash and being held by the armored one. It took her a moment to remember who these two were, it had been quite a long while since her last encounter with them in Marvel City. "..What is with Reapers and slave-stuff? I think they must all have a slave-leash fetish." She thought to herself. It was a little weird! But then again so were Reapers.
Her thoughts would come to a close, when the strange sensation came over here, she may not of been anything near the power of the Reapers here, but she definitely felt the affects of her own abilities fading. ..That included her foxy cutesy ears and tail. Oh, the horror. Aeon would lose his mind now!

Krul's enraged crimson eyes did the talking for her, she had..no words, not a single one, not even an insult to throw at her 'loving' daughter. Did she know already, her fate wasn't going to be so good this time? She glared up at Velora with the most hateful eyes she may of ever seen from her. In the next moment, the only sound coming from Krul was the pained gasp as she felt her daughters fangs sink into her neck, and her body quickly becoming weaker. It didn't take much longer until Krul's gasps became silent, and her eyes closed...for good.

Velora

User Image

A loud, almost evil giggling could be heard from Velora, followed by straight-up laughter. "Ahahaaa... who's the tool now, mother? The weak little pawn... Mm... your power flows into me... I am even stronger now..." She could feel it--overwhelming power coursing through her body--powering her even further beyond her previous limitations. "Aahh... this power..." She felt like she could take on all of Avalanche singlehandedly now. ...Not that she intended to test that theory out, but still... She could feel her prior limitations being shattered, and new possibilities being opened within her. "It has been ages since this position has been changed, and now, at last..." She walked up to the throne that previously belonged to her mother, turning around and sitting in it. "At last... I've seized the throne." A wide grin spread over her features as she raised one of her heels, stomping down on her mother's body as she sat there, leaving her foot there as a show of power and supremacy. "Kneel before your new queen, my beautiful pets and slaves. I own you now." She said to the Reapers gathered there, "Historically, when the throne changes ownership, several other Reapers try to fight and dominate the new ruler to try to become the master themselves. So? Do any of you wish to fight me? Hmm? I would love to give you a good lesson. Any of you... Hee... I'd enjoy giving you a thorough spanking." She glanced at Hiyori as she awaited any possible challengers, leaning her head against her fist, her grin turning into a sort of twisted smile. "I must give you thanks, Hiyori. I had plans in place to put her at my mercy already, but you certainly sped the process along. So I guess I owe you a favor. Is there anything you'd ask of the new Reaper Queen, Velora? If it's within my power--and within reason--I would consider granting your request." Plus, Hiyori was just so cute--and so very hot. How could she not grant her a reasonable request? "Don't be shy, cutie. With the power at my disposal, there are a great many things I can do..."

One Might of thought Hiyori would be thrilled to see Krul out of the picture for good, but instead, she seemed...rather peeved. As her eyes met with Velora's own, Hiyori glared at her with crossed arms. "I think I'm owned more then one request. She wouldn't be gone if it wasn't for me starting it, which was my plan forever. So technically, we both killed her. " Uncrossing her arms, she glanced back to Krul's lifeless body, as it began to fade into nothingness. "I don't get it, what are you anyway? You can't be good if killing your mother was so easy. " That was her way of saying, she didn't really trust her anymore then Krul. "Fine, here's my request..My first request...Are you planning on hurting Avalanche? Or those Serenitians you guys seem to hate so much? " If she really was open to tell her all her plans, well, that would certainly be something, or it would mean Velora was incredibly stupid and that probably wasn't going to be the case, considering how smart she obviously was. "My second request... The ability to come here and back to Gaia would be nice.." If such a thing was even possible to be granted! "Third...Clothes. Endless supplies of clothes..." That part was more of a joke then anything, judging by her...clothing she currently wore, it was pretty clear to be a joke. A hopeful joke, but a joke non the less.

Then there was Hina, Marie and Sora, all who seemed..so..quiet during the whole mess, probably shocked of the results so badly, they couldn't speak! ...Until now. "....Um....If she's gone...can we like, go back home now??! I don't think we are needed here anymore!!" It was as if they had completely forgotten they were even there!

"....Um, actually..." Something came to her mind that was important enough not to leave quite so quickly. "...Is there anyone here...by the name of Arsen? He has blond hair, pretty green eyes...He wears a lot of purple and a purple scarf......I mean, if he still does..It might be possible he changed his style...over..the years..." Probably, but who knew. "...Please tell me...I can't find him anywhere...He's been missing for several years, just....vanished, without a word, and I can't stop worrying! It's not like him, Arsen is so kind and truly cares for me. He would not just leave without telling me! So....will you tell me? You don't have any reason to hide him from me if you know anything! Please!"

"Arsen, you say? ....You've got his eye color wrong, they now are a lovely shade of crimson red. His 'kindness' is off, too.." By now, the new Reaper had a sinister smile at her lips as she approached Hina. "He is no where near kind, and I can promise you too, he has no concern or love for you...He is mine. " The look on Hina's face was all that much more enjoyable, she looked completely horrified and torn..just by a few words. She was quite gullible, by the looks of things, to bad this wasn't a joke. "He is mine, and he is one of us...Throw away what feelings you have, because you will never see him again."
Hina would not get a chance to speak a single word before the woman was directly in front of her, and a horrible pain struck through her chest as a sword was stabbed through it. "Let's test just how weak the blood of the demon is in your pathetic body. " As she dropped to her knees, and soon her hands, it wasn't much a question anymore. She really wasn't quite so lucky as the lot of the Wolve family were. "That's what I thought! Anyway, you can die now. Can't have you trying to steal my man away, now can I? Such a risk I'm not willing to take. "

Velora

User Image

Velora let out an amused noise, crossing one leg over the other while she sat there upon her new throne. "The result would've come about all the same--it would've simply taken longer. Don't be so greedy, cute little fox. Keep in mind your master is my slave, now." In a way, that was true. Or at least, he was her subordinate. "Unless you'd like to challenge that, Aeon?"
"..." Aeon crossed his arms, glancing to the side while closing his eyes. It seemed he had little interest--not only because he didn't want the position, but also because he knew he had very little chance against Velora. Even with all his power, she was extremely resilient and clearly extremely clever. She was already considered quite a fear to the other Reapers in the realm, and clearly for good reason.
"Good boy." Her grin widened slightly. Turning her head now to look at Hiyori, her expression turned to a more regular, smug one. "What am I? You've heard of Ephraim, yes? Restoration King and all that? That would be my father. I honestly wonder how Krul managed to get him in her clutches, but I am one of the products of that union. Unlike most of my sisters, though, I am not an idiot like Krul was. I inherited my blood father's cleverness and gift for tactics. Krul was a fool--she was one of the strongest beings in any world, but what she lacked was higher functioning brainpower. She expected to ram her head against any wall she came across and eventually break it through sheer force. But I am not so dull--I know better than to think every wall can break with brute force. No, there are much more... delicate methods to cause some walls to crumble." Velora may have been the one to benefit the most from her mother and father's combined genes, having some measure of Krul's strength and lust for power while also having a good portion of Ephraim's strength and cleverness, as well as his ability to think on his feet. Indeed, she would make a terrifying foe--perhaps more so than Krul due to her mind. Luella was very intelligent but much physically weaker than the others, Hayley was stronger than any of her siblings or even her parents physically, but shared her mother's lack of practical tactics, and Ekoa was very similar to their mother. Then there was Maya, the newest "traitor..." Velora didn't know a whole lot about her yet due to Krul's method of "raising" her. "I bet I'm even more intelligent than you or that silly human you look up to so much..." She grinned, clearly referring to Stark. "He isn't even-"
Hiyori felt her ear grabbed and tugged on a bit, as Aeon looked her in the eyes, a rather blank look on his face. ""He"? Who's she talking about, Hiyori?" He pulled on her ear a bit more. "Am I going to have to kill him?" Yeah, it seemed Aeon might have been the seriously possessive jealous type...
Velora let out a slight giggle. "Hiyori, you're so very intelligent. You use your requests to gather information. I don't mind complying..." She didn't seem particularly threatened by Hiyori getting more information. "I won't hurt any of Avalanche--so long as they submit willingly." Well, there it was. "I don't hate Serenitians, per se... I think they're very cute. Especially when they're in chains." She seemed pretty sadistic herself, similar to her mother. "I have every intention of enslaving your entire world and bringing it under my domain. Is that what you wanted to know? I don't dislike any of you--in fact, I think your entire group is funny--I just like to be the one in charge. And if I conquer everyone and everything, then I can enforce my will and bring about true peace to this and every world. I will end war, hunger, famine, everything wrong with corrupt mortals. I will end it all, and bring about an age of everlasting peace, where everyone is treated equally. Where everyone is my slave, equal." That was quite the ideal world. In a way, it was admirable--if you took out the slave part--but even so, she didn't necessarily mean she would be an oppressive master/ruler. She just expected to be obeyed. In a way, her ideal world seemed pretty good, but needless to say there were many who would disagree. "I can create a utopia for you all, all you need to do... is kneel. Is that so bad? I assure you, it's much more benevolent than my mother's intentions, turning you all into caged animals who would be a food source, and occasionally used to create more Reapers." Indeed, Krul's vision of the perfect world seemed pretty dystopian by comparison."Your second and third request are out of my hands, I'm afraid. You'll need to talk to your master about that one. Those are our laws." She showed her a small smile. "I think he'd rather you have even less clothes if anything, considering your current outfits..." She let out a small cackle. Aeon had no shirt and Hiyori was only wearing his shirt, what ever could they have been doing!
She glanced at the one who addressed her. "Hmmm..." She put a finger to her chin. "I suppose that would be fine. I have no need for any of you, even if two of you are very attractive..." She referred to Hina and Sora, grinning. Then came Hina's inquiry, which was soon answered in a rather violent manner... Velora leaned a bit into the throne, leaning further into her fist as she watched the scene unfold. She raised an eyebrow as the Reaper said she intended to kill Hina, and in the next moment, Velora would be in front of her. Her expression didn't exactly look pleased, as she reached up, flicking the Reaper on the ear. The pain would be... surprisingly harsh for something that seemed so minor--it would sting a LOT. "No no no, hot stuff. We're not just going to go around killing high-profile targets willy-nilly. Serenitians, demons, powerful humans like my father--there's no reason to just kill them outright. They can be useful to us." She raised a hand, snapping her fingers, and suddenly Hina would feel relief wash over her body as she was healed. Velora took a step into the Reaper, bumping her in the chest to knock her back a short distance, as a sort of power play--showing she was in charge, and if she wanted that to change, she'd have to challenge her. "Got a problem with that, slave? Remember, I own you now. I own all of you. Understand? Say, "yes, Queen Velora." Or even better, "yes, Mistress Velora. You're so very attractive, I'm getting turned on just by looking at you!"" Velora's expression returned to her smug grin. "Well? Say it!" She was clearly enjoying this, maybe a bit too much, but one thing was certain: she had no intention of doing things any other way than the way she decided. It was her way or the highway as long as she was in charge.

" Or not at all. If you are so perfect it wouldn't have taken you so long.." Hiyori's eyes fell into an irritated stare. "You Reapers are a whole bunch of weird. What's with the slave master play anyway? You're all kind of obsessed with that, aren't you? " She glanced off toward Aeon, rolling her eyes a bit. He wasn't quite as brave as he let on around her, when it came to Krul or their new apparent crazy Queen II. She glanced back to Velora, thinking a moment. "How about this, then. You drop your so called master slave thing on Aeon.......if I defeat you. Your own Reaper family here is to afraid to challenge you, so i'll do it, but not for a throne, but for your word that you will drop him from your slave category. If I beat you, he has no ties to you but whatever respect you Reapers have for their Queen. So? Will you accept this challenge, Queenie II? " Hiyori must not of liked the idea of Aeon being anyone's slave, to put up such a challenge against one she may actually have real difficulties beating.

"It wasn't very hard to figure that part out. What is difficult to understand is why you enjoy power so much that you treat your sister over there like dirt. She's not your slave, or a dog. " Of course, she was talking about Luella, who hadn't said a word during the whole mess. "If you are as intelligent as you like to think you are, then you would stop treating your family AND your new followers the way you do. Eventually they will wake up and stop following you, and then you will be here alone, sitting in your little throne talking to yourself. " Then she had to go and speak of Stark, not very hard to figure out. He was the only intelligence source besides herself. "...I wouldn't count on it.." She muttered quietly, her ear twitching bit before it was even grabbed, those senses were strong! "..!" Hiyori cringed a bit, looking at Aeon now. "..What? ...No! What is this jealousy from? You don't even like me, or actually care for me, do you? I'm just......something...to you. I don't think you have a reason to be jealous of my friends when i'm nothing more then a piece of trash to you.." At least, that's what she thought, after seeing how everyone treated one another, family even, it wasn't very hard to figure out that she was nothing more then a peasant slave to him, and nothing more..Why did she feel so disappointed about that? He hadn't exactly treated her nice once, yet she felt a mysterious connection with him, maybe it was the bond, or something more. She couldn't know that right now.

Again, she turned to Velora. Giving her a moment to explain what she wanted to know, as surprising as that was. Honestly, she didn't expect to really get an answer from her! After a long moment of listening to what she had to say, Hiyori shook her head with a small sigh. "That's not a good plan at all. You won't bring any good to the world by turning them into your subjects that bow down to you. Not that it would. Avalanche will never bow down to a Reaper, or anyone for that matter. I'm also quite sure the Serenitians would not submit to you, they have a whole lot of powerful ones on their side, you know. Sure you may have some strange good intentions out of this, but making the world bow to you isn't one of the good ones.If you really want to stop wars, end hunger and all that, then do it the normal way. You team up with Avalanche or help out when it's needed against real enemies. The more help, the more we can cleanse the world of the real monsters that threaten it. You can help the less fortunate by buying little things to help them out. It's simple, if you just try things the right way. "

Then came her comment about her clothes, which...made her face glow of a deep red. "...Don't let your pervy minds think to much into that! Ugh.."

Before anything could further progress peacefully, the not so peaceful Reaper would have her first unfortunate wake up call, things were not going to be exactly the same as it was with Krul, who would not of stopped her from killing anyone. The womans hand clamped over her ear as she let out a small scream, a stinging ear was never a whole lot of fun. But top that pain being brought by another more powerful Reaper, and this almost unbearable pain happened. "They are only useful to us when they are dead..Unless you enjoy losing numbers?! " Because that was all they did, was take away their numbers. "....!" Velora was quickly getting on her nerves, just how long would she be able to handle her? By the gritted, angry teeth as she was knocked back, the answer might be pretty clear. Not a whole lot longer. "You just lost your first follower. How many more will follow me? " And before Velora could say another word, the woman made a quick exit, leaving the Reaper realm, it wasn't likely she would ever return.

Velora

"Oh, I am far from perfect," Velora said, showing a surprising side of apparent modesty. "Unlike my silly older sister, I am aware of my limitations. It's precisely because of that that I didn't try to dethrone Krul sooner--I needed all the tools in the right place before I did. There may have been a deviation from the script, but the outcome is the same, is it not? I've won." Krul was dead, so that must have been true. Or assumed dead, at least. She DID seem to die this time, but who knew? Velora seemed pretty certain at the very least. "Being a Reaper is about showing your power. Our people were cast out of Serenity ages ago, and for years afterwards it was absolute anarchy. There were no laws to govern our kind, and we slowly sunk into madness and barbarianism--the strong ruled the weak and the weak submitted to the strong. Things have changed since those days, but the ideals of "master" and "slave" still remain. Our throne is built on strength even still--only the strongest can rule. And for ages, that was my mother. But no longer." It was interesting, Velora had been alive for a comparatively very short amount of time but she seemed very knowledgeable about Reaper history and culture. She must have studied it--perhaps for the reason of being a better queen. "The original Reapers were Serenitians who called upon dark gods to gain more power--there were two, and they proceeded to corrupt several others before being cast out of Serenity into the desolate hellscape you're standing in. Those two Reapers may have deserved to be cast out, but the Serenitians cast out EVERYONE that they turned--including those who were unwilling. This caused deep resentment to stir within those who were cast out, and now Reapers are known to be bitter enemies of Serenitians. Not every "infected" Serenitian was discovered, though--some remained in Serenity, and if they were found out, they were killed in remarkably gruesome ways. Just ask Samael." That's what happened to his mother, after all. "You enjoy gathering information, don't you? So there you go, a little history lesson about my people. You may think we're unreasonable, and that Serenity is filled with nothing but holy, goodly people being targeted and victimized unfairly, but nothing in life is so black and white. The resentment my people hold towards Serenity is well-earned. Some of the first Reapers still live in this place today. ...I just killed one of the original two." That being her mother, of course--Krul. She wasn't 100% certain that Krul was one of the original two that incited the existence of the Reapers, but she was very confident that she was. After the little history lesson ended, Velora leaned her head off her fist, tilting it. Then, she grinned again. "You want to fight me, little fox? ...I must admit, the idea does sound pretty exciting. You're very capable! Even The Beast was afraid of you!" It seemed Hiyori WAS pretty well-known indeed, just like Aeon said. "I'll gladly accept your challenge... the idea of fighting someone as strong as you... it gets my blood pumping!!" ...Well, it seemed cleverness wasn't the only thing she inherited from her father. She seemed like she REALLY enjoyed fighting. "I accept your terms, but I wonder... what do I get if I win, hmmm?" Her grin widened a bit.
Aeon shook his head. "Hiyori... I highly doubt you could beat her." He muttered to her. "I can't even beat her. And that was before she absorbed Krul's energy. She isn't Krul. You can't outsmart her nearly as easily." She wasn't as strong as Krul physically either, but... she was much smarter, it seemed. "..." His eyes narrowed slightly at her words. He let go of her ear, crossing his arms and closing his eyes. "That's right. You're nothing to me."
"Mhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm." Velora sounded very unconvinced. "Hiyori, Aeon is a bit of a tsundere. He's never taken any other slaves because they weren't "worth his time," and he's barely shown ANY sexual interest in any other person. But he really likes you." Her grin widened. "The bond between a Reaper and their claimed "slave" is pretty one-sided, so as someone who can read his mind, let me tell you--he's quite smitten with you. I've never seen him so interested in anything else. He likes you even more than he hates the queen of the Forest Kingdo-"
"That's enough." Aeon said, keeping his composure very well, but... his face was a bit red. "Don't lie to the worthless slave and get her hopes up, Velora." He was pretty good at hiding his feelings, but Velora was even better at prying into minds, it seemed.
As Hiyori gave her input on Velora's plans, Velora listened to her viewpoint, though, as expected, it differed from her own. "I appreciate your opinion on the matter, but our ideologies clash in this. Avalanche has many members, does it not? They all do small things to try to help. But that has done very little to nothing. Several small things will not change the world for the better--it takes the significant action of an important person such as myself to steer this world in the right direction. Conquest is the only route through which this world of discord and chaos will ever see true peace. We will not agree on this, I understand--but I cannot let your viewpoint stand in the way of my ideal world. You and those who stand in my path will have to fall in line or step aside. If you try to stand in my way, you will be trampled beneath my boot in the path to conquest." It seemed she was steadfast and determined. Her ideals were not inherently evil, but they stood in opposition to many so-called heroes, and so she would naturally take the role of the villain, assumedly. She was fine with that.
"Enjoy being hunted down for your mere existence on the other side, then~" Velora said, waving the Reaper off as she left. She had far more important matters than the loyalty of a single faceless Reaper. "I am the future of our people. I will lead us into the victory we've sought for years. The victory Krul could never have reached. You may do that at my side, or you can leave. It matters not." She said that addressing any and all the other Reapers gathered there. Turning now to face Hiyori, she put an arm to her hip, leaning her weight against one leg and raising her other arm, as her massive shield swung around back to her hand. "You still want to fight, little fox? My Reapers are watching--perhaps you can humiliate me in front of all of them. That would be funny." She grinned, clearly not intimidated. "Go ahead--make the first move." She would allow her guest to begin, it seemed only polite!

Hiyori was in for quite a surprise as she listened to Velora explain a deeper history of her kind, a big piece of important information she didn't actually know, and she studied them quite a lot, more so then they even possibly knew. She wanted to know everything she could about her enemies, and as most of the world was coming to see them as just that, it was a good idea to know what she could. In the process, she never bothered to really learn anything about the Serenitian history or why they were at such bad terms with these so called Reapers. The new information she received was hardly what she ever would have expected. "....." It was..a lot to process, but she didn't say a word until Velora had finished what she had to say. "This is the first time I've been lost for words..uh, this is all messed up. Serenitians aren't so innocent as they seem to claim..? And it was all MOSTLY Krul that really made your kind look worse then you actually were? Well, her an her closer followers, like the one who just left.." Yeah, the kill-happy type were definitly Krul's favorites. How many more of them were still here, she wondered. There must have been a ton, just waiting on the perfect moment to surprise Velora with a knife through the heart. "I don't know what to do with this information...this is...a.. first for me...I don't know who to feel more for.." She sighed again, it wasn't often information she wanted to know so badly left her completely confused in this way. Who to trust...The Reapers, or the Serenitians? "Whatever the case, Krul had a hell of a lot of followers, more so then I think you might have right now. If I were you, I would watch your back. How many are going to resent you for taking their Queen's life? And how many will try to sneak up on you? My guess is lots. "

Hiyori blinked, her ears perking up a tiny bit. "..Just how long have you Reaps been stalking me? That was ages ago.......But hey, it's nice to know someone noticed how fearful he was of me! " Her face brightened, even her tail swished rather happily. All this time she thought no one noticed her usefulness against the Beast. Instead, the only one to say anything, or notice, was a Reaper! Was she even alive during the battle of the Beast? So many mysteries in the world! Hiyori took a moment to calm her silly moment of happiness down, she had to be serious! "A-Anyway....Yeah. I do! So long as my request goes fullfilled, I will fight you! " Her question though, was a bit worrisome, mostly due to her wide grin! Just what was she thinking? "....If..you win...uh...You get to live? Good enough, right? What's better then living...!" As if she would really kill her if she did beat Velora.

"..Hmm? " Hiyori glanced back to Aeon, frowning slightly. "That's not the confidence I remember you having when you first found me. Hmph...I'll just have to show you, I will beat her!" For his sake, she really didn't care for the idea of him being anyone else's slave. She would rescue her master from his own slavery!
She was so ready to do this, so pumped and eager to show Aeon just how strong she was...! ....Until his 'confirmation' came, her face immediately fell, along with her ears! She looked so sad it was almost adorable in some strange way! "...But it doesn't matter, I'll...I will still beat her.." Her enthusiasm seemed to have shattered, too.
And then came the shining light of spoken words, again by..Velora. This was getting interesting! ".....What..? ..Really?? " She was almost instantly perking up, it was never hard to tell when the person had cute foxy ears and a large fluffy foxy tail.Turning to Aeon again, she got to witness the red of his face, he may of spoken rudely but his emotions were the give aways this time. "...One day, I hope you will tell the truth...but until then, I'll just wait.." She really wanted to hear him admit his feelings, if what Velora said was true or not. She just needed to REALLY know.
"Oh boy, this is going to be more complicated then it should be.." She said quietly, though Velora would still be able to hear, she wasn't exactly trying to whisper. "It won't be easy, and you will have a lot of people blocking that path, including me. I will protect my family, in whatever way I have to..." Because she knew they would never back down, and so, they would become Velora's enemies, and thus, Hiyori would become her enemy in her attempts to fight along side of them.
As Velora addressed the other Reapers gathered there, Hiyori came to realize something. Her attire. It wasn't exactly fight material! "....So, tiny problem. I still challenge you to this battle, but not....just...yet...I could use a better set of clothing.." Seriously, how completely terrible and embarrassing would that be, fighting in a tshirt? Not quite the show she wanted to put on.

Stepping out of the crowed of Reapers, was ...a young girl, one who resembled Yoshio a lot, even her clothing seemed to look similar. Though her hair was more teal, rather then blue, and her rabbit-eared jacket was differently colored, it was still very obvious similar to her. "I can help! Let me help!" Before Hiyori could even answer, her body was covered in a faint pink glow, and suddenly her previously worn clothes, including her cute white skirt, was all back on her instantly! She was now fully clothed just as she was before ...certain events happened! "Is that better?? " Judging by Hiyori's happy face, she did a good thing. Yay! She wanted to do something nice for what seemed like forever!
"...Hee,he.. Thank you, you may be the nicest Reaper here! " A Reaper who seemed very happy, rather adorable and very out of place!
"Thanks to her, I'm really ready now! " Hiyori grinned, nodding as she was given the first move. "Okay, get ready to feel defeat!" And like a bullet, Hiyori's small body really gave her some advantages, not only was she extremely fast, but also very agile and could move in ways most people couldn't. But she didn't forget about Velora's shield, if at any time she tried to block her body with it, Hiyori would leap up, directly onto it, and flip over it before she could make it move against her. By that time, Velora could feel her armored boots come in contact with her back, sending her face first into the ground! However if she didn't try to use her shield, the same thing would happen, but instead of her back being struck, it would be her chest to which she would send her down to her back.
