Still though, it wasn't something to be too disappointed over and the man's expression brightened just a tad as he recalled his pokemon. Faulkner the ever positive. Avikna accepted the tm and badge in silence, quickly turning to leave the gym without another word. They were now going to head to the cave south of here and then onward to Azalea Town, home of the second Johto badge. She'd find that challenge just as easy as this gym had been. Zelda followed in silence, happy with herself for being the victor. Even if it was an easy match for the Skrelp, she still felt stronger taking out those two birds with one shot.
Heading south, Avikna entered into Route 32. The cave they had to reach met with a dead end, leaving it the only path available to reach Azalea Town. An oddity not all that rare in the world. Most caves were pathways, though it would be nice if some were a bit more straight forward and not as maze-like as some tend to be.

Falkner had held his own against yukie who for his credit was a trained and seasoned martial artist. It was a struck of utter bad luck that yukie had gotten caught like he had. Falkner held him in a head and lock and found his grip nearly impossible to brake. He lost conciseness before the police had gotten there so by the time he awake he was already handcuffed. It seemed his reputation had gotten ahead of him because they made sure he couldn't escape by binding his legs as well. Joltic silk covered his hands too so he was surely trapped. He had at least been smart enough not to keep anything that would link him to Team Royale on his person. So they wouldn't come after him for this. They would know better then to kill him behind bars considering the length's he'd gone to protect himself and the family. If anything they might send the money to bail him out but that was highly unlikely considering his family situation. No relatives would make faking a blood relation or a relationship in general to him hard. No he would just need to site and wait for the right chance to escape himself.
Rahvok had been smart and quick enough to snatch up his pokeballs and bag and make an unseen escape in the chaos that had followed. Yukie couldn't hold a grudge against her. Had he been in her place he couldn't say he would have had the foresight to snag the pokeballs before making his escape. He was sure she would return to the aircraft where she would be safe under Sakiko's watch.

Rahvok having escaped during the chaos had made short work of getting back to the safety of the sky machine. In her human appearance she had easily slipped through the crowds that gathered to watch Yukies arrest after the police had arrived. Snapping the belt she had snagged off yukie while he and Falkner struggled for dominance. She knew what she had to do. Get back in touch with Sakiko. She was the only safety net around. Surely she would have an idea what to do next.
Finding the air machine wasn't hard, it wasn't well hidden considering it was larger then a bus and chromatic white. Anyone wondering the forest in this direction would spot it sooner or later. The air machine wasn't a big deal in the end though. Sakiko could have it moved and plus the crew still maned the thing. Yukies absence only meant they had a limited connection with the king, or father as Yukie refereed to him. Rahvok wondered the real relation to Yukie this King might have to her trainer.
Problem was Sakiko wasn't around and neither was anyone else for that matter. They might have gone back into town to search for them. It had been several hours sense Yukie had last been in contact with anyone. But if she was in town then she probably would see the flashing lights or at least hear the sirens as the police cars escorted Yukie to the police station. At this point he was on his own and nothing Sakiko did was going to help him.
"Stupid girl, Yukies right she is an air head. At least shes not a total dunder head though. she'll be back. just gotta wait for her here i suppose." Rahvok said to herself shifting back into her pokemon form no longer able to maintain the illusion.

As soon as Rahvok arrived at the ship it would open for her and a light would signal her. Porygon Z would buzz for Sakiko nearby and recall her. "Huh.. whats this camera feed? Yukie? Though what Sakiko hadn't realized about her ability to tell them apart was that it wasn't actually the ear itself she'd used to tell them apart but something about the way it interacted with the things around it and lighting she'd instinctively seen without actually seeing it. Science freak super eyes!
Sakiko would quickly make her way back attempting to contact Yukie somehow with her pokephone or pad.. through an encrypted connection she'd made. Due to the nature of the crime and his past, five years was a portly punishment compared to what he could and should have gotten. Assault of a league official, attempted robbery, Braking and entering just to name a few of the list he payed little attention to during the court proceedings. He didn't care how much time they gave him he had little intentions of repaying his "data to society". It was all just a part of the same old same old. He'd been through this before after all. The only part he disliked was rather then how in the Unova he would be sent to a specialized women jail, here in the Johto he was being sent to an all men's prison. Just lovely. He couldn't event count on one hand the problems he would encounter day one never mind a full five years if he was somehow forced to spent the full term behind bars. Which was unlikely to begin with. It wasn't a total lost though. He would still be given some special permissions and rights no one else would have. Attire was one such privileged given, within reason of course. It would make him stand out sure, not like he already wasn't going to but he could think of a few ways to use it to his advantage for an escape. But when he actually got into the place he found out to his dismay he was only getting a bra. It would complicate things considerably.

Yukie was being bunked with a boy who went by the name Veerka but was called Vor by the very few he interacted with. He wasn't very social and refused most anyone's company. Not that company was what anyone here really wanted. Vor for the longest time seemed to ignore Yukie all together which wasn't a problem in the end. Yukie kept to himself plotting his escape and Vor left him along, That was until an inspection less then a week into his term resulted in him getting two days worth of solitary for contraband Vor had been hiding, stashed on Yukies side of the small five by ten room. When Yukie had been released he was returned to his cell to find Vor waiting for him. He nearly lost his cool in front of the guards who had refused to believe that it wasn't his.
Once the guards where out of ear shot Yukie turned ready to punch the guy's teeth down his throat. Vor was ready and quickly restrained Yukie's arm behind his back and held him in a head lock. Shuved into the wall Vor crushed Yukies face into the wall and held him until Yukie stopped struggling. He could have quickly overwhelmed Yukie and dealt enough damage to have sent him to the ER for a week but the boy simply held him until Yukie had exhausted himself. "Good you done?" Vor said calmly. "Listen im sorry ok, i didn't mean for you to take the rap." Yukie pushed back attempted a headbutt but failed. Vor pushed him harder into the wall a knee now pressed into his thigh keeping him from geting any leverage at all. "Im not out to make anyones stay any harder then it has to be alright." Vor hissed "Can i let just you go and we can talk or you gonna keep at me?" Vor's voice was some calm and though Yukie wanted to ram a fist down his throat could sense the honesty in his words.

Another week pasted before Yukie and Vor spoke to one another again. Vor had returned to the cell from the yard, sick with the flu. Yukie was coming back from the yard. Not being sociable himself he never payed Vor any mind for where he was or what he was doing. Vor normally stuck to himself even in the yard. The other prisoners walked about the ward freely for a while as the guards let them have a little recreational free time. Most would play cards, poker. Once Yukie was back in the cell block he made his way to the cell. Yukie pushing the cell door aside and paused. Vor was laying on the bottom bunk, his back to Yukie curled up and shacking and sniffling.
Vor shifted to see who had come in. He was flush white and looked like death. "Yukie, can you see if the guards have any Advil of some cold med's please ?" He asked lightly before a coughing fit. Yukie paused considering telling him to ******** off, still holding a grudge, but knew had he been in Vor's shoes once he felt better he would go after Vor for sure. Plus he would rather spend his time with Vor, who stayed out of Yukies business, as appose to anyone else here he had encountered so far.
"Yeah sure." Said Yukie and he stepped out returning shortly with a guard holding a plastic cup of water and two white pills. Vor sat up and swallowed the pills showing he has swallowed them before the guard would leave then laid back down. Yukie climbed into the top bunk where he had a book stashed away. "Thanks." Vor whimpered as he shifted under his thin covers. "No problem." Yukie remarked with a wave picking his book up to read though he kept an eye on Vor for a while longer, why he wasn't sure. When Vor fell asleep he began reading.

When Vor awake the next morning he didn't look much better but seemed to feel better at least. He eat his breakfast in silence. Yukie and him stuck to a table in the back of the commons room so as to avoid the bulk of the crowds. For yukie it was also to keep his back to a wall though he suspected the same was true for Vor. In the two weeks sense his arrival he had seen him attacked at least twice. Winning both fights and with no repercussions from the guards which only served to aggravate Yukie to no end. But he was starting to suspect some other reason as to why he could seemingly got away with murder. The day passed as the others had without incident but still no sign of his escape or work from the outside. Returned an half hour later. Yukies shower wasn't for nearly another hour. The other wards had to go before him. He hated to wait because it singled him out and while no one had asked questions and he had been able to continue hiding his secret he know it was only a matter of time. Sooner or later he was sure someone would let split or he'd be backed into a corner. Vor seemed ready to help him find that corner today.
"So why DO you get a private shower?" He asked sort of mater of fact like. Yukie cringed at the question. "Its none of your concern." He remarked coldly. Vor shifted off his bunk to the sink to look at his scare. Running a finger down its length. "You know i got a pretty good feel that time i pushed you into the door you know, I could make a guess." Vor said still unconcerned with Yukies possible response to the question. "Plus rumos has it your a d**k chick." Vor didn't seem the least bit insulting in the way he said the words but Yukie took it as one none the less. Had he not already been aggravated he might have ignored the insult but not today.
In an instant he had turned from content to enraged. Reaching out gripping the boys should and turning him only to slap Vor so hard he stumbled back over himself. Catching him off guard in the extreme it seemed. Yukie advanced going in for the kill but Vor protected his face with raised hands blocking a clean strick. "Don't you ever call me that again !" Yukie screamed. The guards outside rushed to the room but Yukie ignored them. "What i am is no ones buinsess but my own, you understand me!?" His voice cracked showing the more feminine tone he had been hiding. "Stay out of my business or else Vor!" Vor had picked himself up off the floor and was backing into the corning of the room ready to counter a second attack.
Vor swallowed hard realizing he had actually been right, it wasn't just a rumor. why else would Yukie react this that. He went to say something but the guards where upon them both. Yukie turned to face them, breathing heavy only now realizing what he had done. He back up a step knowing the guards would tackle him to the ground so instead he stepped to the wall and raised his arms in surrender. Looking back to Vor sniffling and breathing hard as he fought not to lash out again.

Sometime later the ship was warmed up and ready to go and look as though it were ever really going anywhere though it would simply circle around. Sakiko would release slowpoke and get to work on having it study the pokeball to see exactly how smart it was. "Study the pokeball slowpoke" Maybe it was just slow but smart which actually did seem to be the case.. it slowly crawled on top and rocked.. slowly. Maybe it was just playing a very slow little game....
She'd watch this for ours until slowpoke later began pushing it around demonstrating a possible capacity for play. She'd take notes...
Slowpoke seems to show a capacity for play but seems to remain oblivious to anything it isn't intensely focused on at any given moment. I theorize slowpokes attention span may actually be very long while its ability to notice change is well... very slow. In theory this could mean that slowpoke actually battles by anticipating moves! The science!!! More study needed!
It would be time to go check on the local pokemon types soon. The gym trainer here was a bird trainer apparently. Porygon might get into it if its for a gym badge. What could she teach slowpoke to get him ready for this. She'd have to get herself ready for it as well though. From what she'd seen birds seemed to be agile and rely on rapid striking strategies for critical hit based damage boosts so she'd need some sort of difficult to evade control strategy.. or just good defense. While she was at it she'd want to get a bird pokemon as well probably for study.
