Amnity smiled. Ducking for the first shot it nearly skimmed her hat. The next shot she stepped out of the way, didn't get close. But the 3rd shot wasn't as expected. Amnity didn't anticipate the last shot well, it shot right at her side. It wasn't clear where it hit because of her black gunner coat, but a huge amount of blood that spewed everywhere was very operant . The hunter gave a look of shock and surprise, gripping her side tightly, "?..." Blood dripped down her coat and was splattered all over her clothes.
((OH SH**!!! eek ))

Kuro recognized the scent in an instant. He stopped running and let the case continue forward, which punctured a punching bag. He skid for a foot due to his previous speed, then he turned around and ran ten fold. At first, he wanted to ask if she was okay, but then he realized she was more surprised than in pain. All he could do was stare questioningly at the scene, wondering even if it was her blood.

"DAMNIT!" He threw the gun to the side, and cleared the distance from him to her in less than half a second. "Why... Amnity?"

The stinging filled her body, but it was bearable. She was actually more shocked than hurt. "No! I-It doesn't even hurt! See..." she was scared to see the extent of the damage, what had caused all of the blood, but she had to. Amnity took off her coat, the wound wasn't deep, not even an inch. "....What the hell made all of the blood?..." Amnity dug through her coat....And took out a punctured blood packet....... sweatdrop

"I thought I recognized it." He poked the wound with his finger, for fun, and to see if she had feeling where she was shot. "We got lucky, next time; only shoot if you intend to hit what your shooting at." He grabbed the nearly empty packet, "So, why are you carrying this anyway?"

Amnity was about to reassure Mephlius but stopped when Kuro poked her wound. It hurt like hell but she tried not to show it, for Mephlius' sake. "It doesn't hurt...And it didn't hit anywhere near any of my main organs..." she said reassuringly, "And as for the blood packet, I kept it for...Encase you got Hungry Kuro.." she was speaking to Kuro but never took her eyes off of Mephlius. "....Are you alright?..."

"Sorry, if you didn`t feel the poke, then things would be messy and complicated. Um, you got shot and you ask him if he`s alright? That`s a tad odd." He walked over and removed his case from the punching bag, the bag`s contents spilling into a neat pile. "I`m gonna go to the barracks for the night. Try to get that wound wrapped up soon. You`ll die from blood loss." As he walked out the door, he cruely joked, "One way or another." His laugh echoed the halls as he walked. Too cruel? Nah, but she`ll find a way to get me back.

Amnity ignored Kuro's last comment, she'll get him back for that later. But she thought about the other thing he had said. ..Idiot...This wound probably hurt Mephlius more than it hurt me... She waited until Kuro was gone. "...Mephlius?"

Mephlius had a blank stare. She... she's fine? He realized his mouth was still open, and closed it. "Oh." That's it?! That's all I can say? "Oh."?! "... a blood packet?"

Amnity smiled at him sheepishly. "Yeah... Just a blood packet." And it just skimmed my waist, but thats worth mentioning.

Amnity smile back, holding her bloody coat over her stomach. "Sorry...I'll be more careful next time...Luckily all of it wasn't my actual blood right?" she let out a sheepish laugh.

Amnity rested an elbow on her other hand and tapped her cheek, in deep thought. "Let me ponder the information I have collected so far..." she said, thinking hard. Hmm....Why did he hold back in fighting?... She shifted a bit because she was beginning to strain her wound. ....And when he hesitated before shooting me?.... The hunter bit her lip and rested her chin on her hand, still thinking. And how he always worries about me....
....Suddenly a light bulb seemed to ping in her head. She smiled happily as she turned to him. "I GOT IT!!" Amnity announced, a bit excited. She waited for him to ask what it was she "got".
