i have a cd player it is almost done, so i need to replace. Up here everyone has MP3 players. Never met someone who liked theirs, but little complaints about ipods. Other than yes the price.

I just figure Im not gonna pay a lot of money for something I can get for cheaper. Why pay for a ninja just to pull weeds in my lawn?

I am a consumer whore too, mate.
Besides, an Ipod is cheaper than a new computer, more useful than a second harddrive, and holds more than a cd.

Koalachan I just figure Im not gonna pay a lot of money for something I can get for cheaper. Why pay for a ninja just to pull weeds in my lawn? true true i see your point. Thing is i have 20, 000 songs downloaded and i hate to then burn dics and carry them around to change music. need more music to download, any advice, i will take it all as music is free.

Devils Dandy I am a consumer whore too, mate. Besides, an Ipod is cheaper than a new computer, more useful than a second harddrive, and holds more than a cd. Justified. A new hard drive i can use to store my anime on. Nothings really more useful than that. Can do that with the cds too. So theyre multi-purpose

A new hard drive i can use to store my anime on. Nothings really more useful than that. Can do that with the cds too. So theyre multi-purpose You can store it on an ipod too. And you can't watch videos on a cd.

Well, I'm out of touch as well, in that I don't listen to much new stuff. If I had genre to work with, I might be able to make recommendations, but I kinda suck at being told 'anything'. You try that and you might end up with a list of my favourite pipe bands and some tuvan throat singing, for the sake of my amusement. XD

True, i did put the cat outside on the balcony but got yelled at, cat might fall, we are on the top floor. Plus my CD player would break. It is such an ambarrasment.

I'm so sad the cat died, I need electronics to cheer me up, and since I cannot listen to CDs anymore, iPod it is! 3nodding
