Umm. Hello Everyone! I know i haven't been around for while. Still in the process of renovating and moving into my house. (hurray! leaving the dark closet under the stairs behind me!)

I am under the impressions things haven't been moving to quickly during my absence, for many reasons. But since i have a chance now...i think i can offer a suggestion!

The issue with bleach guilds (i find) is they require a massive guild of active people. Most of the long lasting / successful ones have people coming and going constantly. But those guilds also tend to have a huge numbers of one line writers...we didn't want that.

The issue with those writing long posts is time and dedication, which becomes even more difficult when the numbers required to keep a story going exceeds allotted time frame. Additionally, because of the number of forums/topics in bleach guilds even with a large roster of people. you tend to be spread out, so not everyone is involved and up to date.

How to solve this?

We got less people, this can be fixed. But we need to get the ball rolling. Simple.

Find the active people, inform them we are starting. But we are gonna jump ahead little. Why jump ahead?

Katena and Shimigami are supposed to fight right? big war. Have that be the past, its done. OVER! Shimgami lost. Katena take the home land. Why do this? Well its brings a focus. Shimigami need to retake what was lost. Additionally it gives us a chance to remove roles. Yes. Take away Captain roles, they died, Katena died. Roles will not be filled til the world is back to its "original" point. Less people required, more action, more unity.
Now, how do we get people together? Remove/close locations. Forums topics become "broken/destoryed" in the world/arc. We don't access them. Limit people to fewer locations so that they need to come together and roleplay. Less people ignored, more people in one place. More fun for all.

I could go on, but i just wanted to give a little idea of what i felt could help.
