Rep nodded weakly, there probably were things he wanted or needed, that Jordan did too, but he could never manage to buy them or get them because in his hands they always felt small and petty. Everything was open to misinterpretation. He clung a little tighter to his hand. "Sort of, aye. I figured if I couldn't give actual things I could have made sure that the wedding had everything. That it was amazing and the best. But I think like, I think I could settle with something efficient, simple, if I had some other way to say it." Putting words to things was always the toughest to do.

Sherry decided she didn't want to be standing there, while the two talked. Especially when Gale confirmed that Stormy was not entirely well. Of course she wasn't, not after what had happened. Sherry stood there, eyes moving back and forth between Gale and Jake, telling herself... Nothing. She didn't even know what to think. Which was why the mission briefing felt like a godsend. Even if their initial instructions were slightly vague. Alright then. Standard motions of grabbing equipment and making for portals.... Sherry could be counted among those excited by the proposition of this mission being on a cruise ship. She'd always wanted to go on a cruise in a pretty dress. The excitement was also a favorable distraction from everything else. "Well, let's get going?" If Jake thought he was getting rid of her, he was wrong. Gale was certainly welcome, too, if he wanted. Saya stared blankly at her cruise id, squinting at her name. She wasn't picky about it, considering hunters were going on a cruiseliner. It was a experience she didn't have even in her past life, never expecting such a lavish experience in the life of an hunter. Her mouth had dropped to the floor at this point, both hands covering her shocked expression.
All of a sudden, Saya realized overdressed was far better than underdressed. (But Ryan, you were still great. Wilson, tucking in your shirt was a smart move. Sin's jacket and Kat's dress was perfect.)
"A-Are we still going.. together?" She turned back, to address Ryan, Kat, Wilson and Sin.

While Saya looked at her ID, Ryan was doing the same, wondering just who was capable of thinking up these god-awful names. Fortunately, he hadn't gotten the worst and he could make do with it. It wasn't like it would be permanent anyways. As for the clothing, well... He would just have to try and not draw to much attention to himself. His clothes weren't that shabby, but not quite up to their ah.. standards. But he was still a teen, so maybe they'd cut him some slack?
"I think so. I don't really want to wander around this thing on my own, that's for sure." He really didn't. Not to mention, with his sense of direction... he'd probably get lost anyways. It was probably wiser to stick with a group. Especially if they happened to run into anything.

Not bothering to look over her ID, she instead spotted a certain someone hiding off in the distance. A small smile began to spread across her features as she looked to the others in the group. "I'll try and catch up to all of you after. There is someone I have yet to talk to, tonight." She paused a moment. "Sin, Alaska, it was very nice to meet both of you, and I would be happy to meet up with both of you again later if I don't happen to bump into you guys again tonight." Waving to the whole group, she began to weave her way through the crowd of hunters until she finally arrived at the death hunter still.. doing whatever it was he was doing.
"Well hello, Mark" Before he could get a word in, Kat linked her arm with his and began to lead him off towards the cruise. "I'm kidnapping you for a while."

Covering his ears at the sudden loud and painful noise, Jason looked to the front and listened at the debriefing. It was the standard stuff, though it did leave him a little interesting in what they would be doing. He then went to his division lead, or in this case the assistant, picking up a fancy headgear and a cruise idea with the name Richard butts
He carefully hid it away and entered through the portal

Sin was definitely interested in the cruise ship aspect of this mission. In fact, he didn't seem to think anything strange of the name tags -- no, no, they were quite amusing. As evidenced by Sin's chuckle. Straightening out his white jacket (that had been taken off early in the party), he brought his arms to dress properly in the sleeves of his jacket. Although really.. even with that, he still didn't look very much like the proper gentlemen.. but more like a gigolo.
In regards to Kat's good-byes, Sin bowed respectfully. "See ya." He waved to Kat. "It was good meeting you~" He had no idea what she was planning to do but with that devious smile on Kat's lips -- he was glad that he wasn't her target. He had the feeling that being a focus of her attentions would be bad for his heart.
In regards to Saya and Ryan's question, he let his head fall back to stare at the two. Staying together as a group wasn't a bad idea. Especially since he and Alaska were both trainees on their first time missions. "Hmm. It would be good to stay together for you two. Who knows what ghastly men could hit on such an innocent girl like Saya?" These cruise ships were always full of rich, but sleazy men. Sin was definitely talking from experience.. "Why don't we meet up later?"
"I just want to play around for a bit." By playing, he meant the casino. Despite Sin's grin, there was the feeling that he was up to something entirely no good. "See you in a bit." He pointed to his phone, having Saya's number. He would text Saya later to see where they were. Before anybody could chastise him on his future actions, he slipped out.

Heidi's giggling cut off when he said it wasn't funny and the girl sobered up quickly. Oh dear...he was actually bothered by this..this was bad. "Tuck, I was just kidding. I only had my first kiss like..four days ago," Heidi reminded him with a frown. He would know. He was kind of there. "That kind of thing isn't something really high on my priority list. On a numbered list of things to do by the end of the day of one to..I dunno...a hundred, that's like..I dunno...number eighty. Right above five notes of 'don't die', and fifteen other terribly embarrassing things I need to not do in the day." See, Tuck? It was just a joke. Just a joke. Was this one of those things he meant about her scaring him? Crap. She threw her arms around Tuck in a tight hug. He had nothing to worry about, it had only been a joke. A stupid joke. Heidi leaned back to smile up at Tuck until there was suddenly a loud screeching noise oh god Matilda was that you no it wasn't you jesus christ what is even happening?! She let go of Tuck to listen to what the angry dude with the glasses had to say, rubbing her ear with a quiet noise of annoyance. That'd hurt. It wasn't until she received a boarding ID for a cruise ship that the girl suddenly let out a squeal of joy. A cruise?! They were going on a cruise?! She'd never been on one they looked so fun holy crap best mission ever! Heidi practically danced with joy as she headed toward the portal. Going on a cruuuuise~. Going on a cruuuuuiiiiise~. Unlike the overjoyed Moon trainee, Candace was not as thrilled. Caelius' "briefing" did not come as a surprise to her in the slightest, she would have to go to Aria or Lance later for an actual briefing. One that better explained what the hell they were looking for.
An artifact could look like a damn spork for all they know.
She also wasn't dressed for a cruise. These things were important. She sighed, wondering if they would notice her slip away to change or grab her wallet.
Candace never got the chance to try, she was ushered out with the others before she could even take a step in the direction of the dorms. Damnit.

And now they were going, and no Eva was in sight. Not only did he not get to see her, he didn't get to see her dolled up. With a worried nervousness not normally seen on the teen, Otto hid his cell under his desk to text his wayward girlfriend. Kaiyumi Text From Otto: mission is leaving soon. hope u r safe. Otto pocked the phone, gathered his gear (and only now regretted not trying harder to find something more formal), and headed to the training field portal. Jordan listened to Rep awkwardly trying to explain. He understood. It should've been perfect, but it wasn't going to be; but they could still make it theirs, and when he thought about it, that was enough. He squeezed their hands briefly, reassuring. It probably would be better not to give Rep too much time to overthink what he wanted. The briefing was mercifully brief, and then there was equipment and portals were being opened. He nodded his head to indicate the portals. "I guess we're going to have to talk more about it later," he said quietly.

Rin gave Melvin a playful swat, "Don't curse us you." But she still allowed him to lead them onward. It was the gentlemanly thing for him to do after all.
Al was lost in the crowd, unable to locate any of the guys before he moved on as quiet unnoticeable fodder. Fodder in a kilt.

"Hey, I'm just saying. This is still a mission." He reminded her, and let his hand rub her back a moment, glancing behind her to check how low the back did dip before stilling his hand back at the small of her back. "Doesn't mean we can't have a bit of fun before." And with that he lead Rin across the grounds and into the portal.
