The opening to Stand Alone Complex? X3 I can't remember the name of it, but I love that song... it's in Latin and keeps saying something like, "Aeria Gloreas" right?

Yeah, I have it on a CD along with that 9 minute song from Cyborg 009... Generation of Next or something... I love those rediculously long techno-type songs... like Blue (Da bu de) and such.

I like the Jrock group called Buck-Tick. They've got a lot of songs out, and they're kinda old... but they also have this opera like music they did in one album. *loves Buck-Tick* The lead singer has a voice that just screams 'VAMPIRE'. XD

His group is Buck-Tick... but I don't know what his name is... So I just call him Buck-Tick (althought that's technically incorrect) He's the happy lead singer...

I really liked that line you mentioned... THe blue eyes brings victory, but the red eyes brings possibility. ...But they had Kaiba spelled caiba. Better than seahorse I suppose...
It was cool. I finally have something season zero-ish on DVD. *dances happily* And I don't know what the movie is actually called but when the rumors were going around that there was another yuugiou movie (meaning this one) everyone was calling it the war of the dragons. Which makes sense but... Right, and god Seto is freaking scary. I'd hide in my locker if I got one of those invites.

Oh yeah, I remember the invites. XD Overall I didn't care for the movie, but I did like the quote you just mentioned, the fact that Red Eyes was the main monster (my favorite monster), the art, the scary invites, and how adorable Jounouchi and Yuugi were. (like when Jounouchi glomped Yuugi near the end of the movie and was all cheering in a really cute voice X3) But overall it was more just specific points that I liked instead of the plot and everything... But I was always under the impression it was just called "YU-GI-OH! The Movie" according to the box. That would make sense since it was actually the first movie, and Toei probably had no intentions of making another. (how were they supposed to know that another company would take over YUU*GI*OU?) Never heard of it being called "War of the Dragons" until you though. ^^;; Lessee... the DVD box just says "YUU*GI*OU" in kanji, with "YU-GI-OH!" above it in roumaji, then between the two "yuugiou" in hiragana. There's also three kanji characters off to the side, but they're too small and complicated for me to be able to translate. However, definitely none of them are "Dragon" and I looked up war also just to be safe. None of it fits, so the three kanji characters are probably just a logo or something. Also, on the side of the box it says in English, "YU~GI~OH! Movie" so I'm guessing it really is just called, "The YUU*GI*OU Movie."

Yeah, but if you were to talk to regular eng dub fans and say 'I totally just watched Yuugiou the movie' they'd be thinking of the movie that was called 'The Yuugiou Movie' that came out in theatre's. They don't know it's called Hikari no Piramiddo. *sighs* But I don't know where the nickname of 'war of the dragons' came from. I saw a forum board and a bunch of other things while searching for a place to purchase it.
...I loved how the movie was exaggerated. "BECAUSE I HAVE RED EYES!" *gasp* People spill their drinks, stop talking and look up wide-eyed, yuugi and jounuchi *I think even anzu* All freak out and look over at Shogo. And his freinds are acting like he's got a gun on them. "Oh...okay man... just put itdown...." XXDD

True... that's why I just prefer to call it the first movie or the Toei movie... And that part was so funny! XD And then in the Duel Monsters series, people see Jounouchi's Red Eyes and they're just like, "Oh. That guy actually has a relatively rare card. *shrug*"
