Nyota stabs his staff down onto the ground and the gem at the top flares with purple light do NOT presume to command me mortal. nor any of my crew. he gives a nods to Wraith who grins and draws a very evil looking serrated sword, dripping with some sort of poison

The king makes a small hand gesture and the ten guards grab Nyota, Wraith and Celeste. "Your mistake."

Nyotas eyes narrow and his staff flashes, vaporising all the guards and he steps forward toward the king and gives a small smile, like a shark smiling at its food you are not someone who wants to mess with me. his staff glows a deep purple as he advances

The king also smiles, "you are in my home." He pulled up on the armrest of his throne and the wall turned around to reveal a secret passage. He ran down it, the wall closing behind him. Fifty more guards came into the room to secure the three of them.

with a thundering boom the guards all disentergrate and the king is dragged backward and to Nyota and he grabs the king by the front of his shirt and hauls him up to look into his eyes you are a coward. this much is clear, but i doubt many more guards are going to be willing to DIE for a foolish cause. his staff starts to glow again now then foolish one. tell me why you should live.

The king pulls a dagger from his sleeve and tries to stab Nyota.

Nyota grabs the dagger and throws the king to the ground and he grins bac. idea. he stick the King with a needle and then steps back and tosses a vial at the kings feet that may or may not have been poisoned. that vial holds an antidote. but if the needle wasnt poisoned then the antidote will kill you just as painfully.

The king throws the bottle back at Nyota. "I have my own doctors and no need for your magic remedies. I was willing to bring you into my service, now I will have you killed."

Nyota bursts into laughter by the time any of your "doctors" find out the poison would have killed you! he lowers his voice to a chuckle and then a whisper but since you were willing to kill me before i even got here i guess you must die.

The king jumps up to grab Nyota to choke him out with his bare hands.

Wraith suddenly darts forward and pins the king to the ground and he growls low in his throat, eyes glowing from under his cloaks hood and Nyota lifted a finger, Wraith stilling his hand, holding a knife, inches from the kings throat.
