▂▃▅▆█▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ After reading a few books Julia decided to head out of the library when suddenly the doors swung open with an angry looking man emerging from the other side. Julia froze in front of the man who had taken her by surprise and couldn't help but glare at him from a weird angle since he was way taller than her. She then noticed that this was the same man she saw in the streets talking to a rabbit. Julia then decides to put the knowledge she just learned from reading all those books into use, and starts to think on how to strike a normal conversation with the man ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄█▆▅▃▂

Not knowing where to begin, Khasim begins his search with the nearest bookshelf. He hastily pulls out a book, not even glancing at the title, before quickly browsing through the pages. After several seconds filled with furious page turning, Khasim's angry face turned into a disappointed one and he grudgingly returns the book. Once more, he takes out another book from the very same shelf, hoping that his previous attempt would not repeat itself. As he immersed himself with the book, Khasim paid little mind to his surroundings as he stood mindlessly infront of the shelf, occasionally glaring at murmuring passersby.OOC:

▂▃▅▆█▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ After a few minutes of frantically trying to create scenarios on how to talk to the man, Julia notices that the man she is trying to talk to is in a bit of a dilemma as he seems to be looking for something. Knowing a little something about how to find something in the library. Julia then approaches the stranger, something that she would rarely do, but she had to try out the methods she learned from the books to avoid further missed opportunities. "Hi there, I noticed that you're looking for something and just getting books randomly that's not really gonna get you anywhere perhaps I can be of assistance?" she says to the man in the friendliest manner she could, in hopes of not invoking his wrath as everyone she had passed by walking around town seemed to have aggressive tendencies toward other people. ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄█▆▅▃▂

As Khasim was fully absorbed in his actions, he was unware that somebody was addressing him. He finishes browsing through his fourth book and upon placing it on the bookshelf, he returns to reality and is surprised to see that a girl was able to approach him without him noticing. As a testament to his shock, he flinches and takes two steps back and his faces distorts his face into a scowl. "What the heck do you want?" Khasim slowly moves his hand toward his back pouch, hoping to grab a small bomb should the girl prove to be a threat.OOC: Sup mah nigguh

▂▃▅▆█▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ Julia felt like she had failed to understand on how to introduce herself to new people, but she wasn't giving up just yet, she needed to learn on how to talk to people she didn't know, else things would be a lot harder on her part. Julia noticed the man slowly moving his hand toward his back as if preparing to strike, she made no reaction she though that if she reacts it might give out the wrong signal, instead she carefully watched him as she repeated what she said earlier. "I said that you probably won't be able to find what you're looking for by rummaging through random bookshelves." Julia explained to the man, keeping her guard up. ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄█▆▅▃▂

Khasim takes notice of the fact that she didn't even blink, much more flinch, at his statement. He finds this intriguing and immediately returns to his default pose. "Hnn?" Before Khasim could say anything further, he realizes that this person had a strange air around them. He believes that she may be one of "those" he has encountered in his home country. Intrigued, yet wary, Khasim sees that the appropriate way to proceed would be to continue the conversation. After all, if she was one of "those" she would've killed him on the spot. Since she was offering to assist him, he might as well take her up on her offer, if she proves to be trustworthy he may have a potential recruit for his cause. "Are you...a worker here?" Khasim asks in his most accommodating tone.OOC:

Success! A conversation! Julia said to herself as she was delighted to see that she was able to strike a conversation with a complete stranger. Although still feeling nervous since this is the first time she has done this.
"No, I am a student here." she says to the man "Nice to meet you my name is Julia" she says as she extends her right arm toward the man.

Khasim lets out a sigh, clearly disappointed. Regardless, an insider may still have information regarding what he is looking for. "I see. It's only customary to introduce myself as well, right?" He tries to appear as friendly as he could, but knowing that he is interacting with a girl adds a slight tension to Khasim's actions. "I'm Khasim. I'm looking for information on meisters and weapons. I'm also hoping to apply in the academy. If you would be so nice as to assist me, I would appreciate it." He then finishes with a forced smile, hoping for the girl to buy it.OOC:

He didnt shake my hand, I wonder what I did wrong.
Julia lowers her arm seeing that the man wouldn't shake it.
"They have a whole section dedicated for that right there" Julia says as she points toward a corner in the library.
"As for applying I'm not sure about how it works really, I had a friend whom I traveled with who took care of everything, he said he knew someone here.
Realizing on how different the difficulty it is to start a conversation and how to maintain one, irritated Julia a little. She clenched her right fist and she accidentally transformed it into her battle gauntlet to which she instantly reverted back to normal once she noticed. Embarrassed about what had just happened. She apologizes to Khasim.
"Sorry about that, it happens from time to time" she says as she facepalms herself in her thoughts.
"Great job, idiot". clearly, Julia has a long way to go until she can control her anger.

Khasim turns his head in the direction pointed by the girl. He then promptly faces her again. He forces a smile once again before addressing her. "I see. Thank you." Slowly, Khasim turns and walks to the the bookshelves pointed by the girl. However, in the corner of his eye, he sees a bright light and a glimpse of the girl's armored fist. Khasim acts as if by reflex and quickly spins around to face her, grabs a smoke bomb from his back pouch, and throws it infront of him. This results into a large explosion, mostly harmless, only emitting large amounts of smoke, enough to seclude him from the girl's vision. Khasim then quickly navigates around the room, with his scimitar in hand, and launches a surprise attack on the girl the moment he sees her back is turned. Khasim manages to subdue her on the floor, he then points his scimitar at her neck. "Who sent you!?!? Are you one of those terrorists!?!?" Khasim reaches into his pouch once more and retrieves a small phial containing a greenish liquid. "Talk or else I'll melt your flesh and bones!" Khasim shouts in an angry tone.OOC:

Confused on what is happening Julia panicked on what just happened and why Khasim suddenly became aggressive and asking all these questions.
Julia wanted to ask Khasim what the hell he was doing.
"Wh-what..." despite her anger from Khasim's sudden hostility this was all she could mutter.
Still coughing from the smoke bomb, Julia instinctively transforms her arm and quickly grabs hold of the man's scimitar, brushes off her attacker and rolls away from him.
After she composes herself wiping the dust off she demands in an angry tone with a furrowed brow "What the hell do you think you're doing!? I know nothing about any terrorists!"
"I should've known better, trying to talk to strangers, nothing good would come from it what a stupid idea". she said to herself.

Khasim accidentally drops both his scimitar and the phial of green liquid. The scimitar hurls a few meter infront of the girl while the phial falls directly behind him. "NO" He yells as he quickly drops down on the floor, catching the phial before it hit the ground. As he stands up, he turns and yells at the girl. "You're one of those terrorists!" Not wanting to cause further damage to the library and its inhabitants, Khasim dashes to his scimitar's location and continues on, closing the gap between the girl and he. "You're not satisfied with killing innocents so you and your people follow me here!" Khasim punches the girl in her stomach and tries to drag her along with him out of the library.OOC:

Still out of breath from inhaling all the smoke the punch to her stomach made Julia flinch but was still able to maintain her ground. Outraged that she was attacked by someone she tried to talk to. Julia planted her feet on the ground grabbed the man's arm and headbutted him on the bridge of his nose.

"This is bad, if I don't break free from this he might end up killing me".
"Why are you doing this?!". Julia exclaimed as she struggles to break free from the man's hold.
