Araima smiled and sat closer to Gale. "I know. it's going to be weird. And amazing. And nerve racking. And... too many different thing. I almost can't wrap my head around it." She frowned. "Do you think people will get suspicious when they see me..." she gestured to herself, "like this for an overly long time?"

Gale blinked his eyes. "I...uh...wow, I really didn't think about that. Huh, I suppose they would." Gale began to think about this. Someone might want to rush her to the hospital for some sort of medical condition, and this wasn't something he could just explain to the neighborhood.
"Maybe I should have stayed with my parents. Considering they have no neighbors and all. I think just caused us more problems this way."

Araima shook her head "Oh, no. No... Let's stay here." she said, earnestly. "How far along do I look for your women? We can just stay until I'm "almost due" and them go back to your parents. I just wanted to make sure that we're careful." she said. She loved his parents, but she wanted to live here with him for awhile.

Gale began to frown. Araima seemed like she had her heart set on this. "I don't know..." He placed a hand on her stomach, trying to judge. "Three, maybe four months along?" He answered her, he then wrapped his arms around her.
"I suppose we can do that, see how it works for awhile."

Araima smiled, but tried to hide the majority of her glee. He was right to be cautious. They didn't need exposure. "That's all I ask. I'm pretty sure it will be okay. Most of the people keep to themselves, yes?"

"Yeah, but humans can be nosy at times." He replied with a small shrug. Gale gave Araima a kiss on the cheek. Her request was a small one, just had to look out for nosy neighbors is all. Eitherway, he was so happy just to have her here and liking the house. "All troubles for another day. Would you and our little one like some dinner before bed?"

Araima smiled and nodded. "Food sounds great." she said. She wasn't concern about noise. How much noise could one household make after all? "Do you have something in mind? I could help you make it."

Gale gave it a bit of thought. He felt for fish, but that wouldn't well with Araima's pregnancy. "Well, why not roast beef? I'm sure we can get something else." Glae rose up and helped Araima to her feet. He was more than happy having Araima help him out. Taking her hand, he walked into the kitchen and began preparing their meal.
"Say, Araima, if you don't mind me asking, how big of a family you want?" Asked Gale.

"Roast beef sounds good." she said, taking Gale hands as he helped her stand. In the kitchen she looked through all the cabinets, to get a feel for the place. Upon opening the massive white container, a blast of cold air blew in her face. It was a place to keep the food cold. Much like what they used but she sense nothing magical about it. She looked in with interest. "How do they do this without a spell?" she murmured. She closed the door and glanced at Gale. "How big? I don't know. My mother was lucky to have three children. I guess... as many as I'm blessed with." she said with a smile. "I've always loved them." She said, running her hand over the rise of her belly.

He smiled a bit. "The role of a mother must be second nature to you. You just do it so well, humans tend to have three to five children commonly. I'll do my best to give you as many as we can support, Araima."
Gale took out the roast from the fridge and set it out on the kitchen desk, preparing it with seasoning and the like. He asked Araima for the seasoning and to prepare the oven. The gravy wasn't much difficulty for them together.
"Oh, and we use electricity to make the freezer, well, freeze food I guess." He added on. One of the wonders of science. "Didn't you have one in your house?"

Araima blushed. "Let's just be careful not to end up with more than we can take care of." she teased Helping him it the kitchen went rather quickly. It was nice to occupy her hands. And the work went by faster. At his question however, her brow furrowed in confusion. She shook her head then nodded then shook it again. "Uh.. Well. The house I live in is... very old fashioned. Normal houses are kind of like this. There is a "freezer" as you call it. Most of our light and such is run with magic rather than your science... or electricity or whatever you call it. My brother is always talking about the difference. He would like to combine the two and see what that would do." she shook her head. "You saw that when we had dinner with them. "It's odd. Coming here is like coming to a dimension that's the same with everything... different. It's a little confusing."

Gale teased her back by feeling her ears childishly. He knew better than to not put them in financial distress, even emotional by having more than they could handle. Having her help him made the work smoother, and just talking to her made the time fly by. The roast was already in the oven by now. He had the timer set as they continued on their conversation about the science and the magic.
"Right, I almost forgot that. Here has well, none of that sorts of magic. I hope your brother's careful though, combing magic and science doesn't sound like a good idea. Perhaps combining magic and science is something that's left separated." He replied to Araima. What she said about being confused was pretty much how he felt whenever he was there. "You get used to it, I felt confused in your dimension of sorts. Similar but not quite the same."

Araima smiled. "And you haven't even seen the half of it." she said with a wink. "But your right. I have no idea IF you can combine them." She glanced at the roast before speaking again. It was starting to smell really good. "What do you do for a living?" she asked.

Gale blushed when she winked at him, that was just beyond cute. He looked up to the ceiling, how was he supposed to explain this again...
"Well, my living was searching for you at the time. I was an explorer, but I'll have to get into a new trade now. It's, kinda hard to be with my family with that line of work when I can be gone for months, maybe even whole years at a time. I have other skills, and the money I saved exploring is going to keep us stable for some time, but I will have to find a new job. A job that won't separate the three of us and any more we may have in the future." He answered her, he was thinking of working in a museum. Perhaps it could even help him learn more about Araima's race and why they aren't with humans anymore.

Araima nodded. She remembered him telling her that he explored. Not a great occupation for raising a family. Though it would be interesting to see all that this world had to offer. She walked over to Gale and took his hand. "I'm sure you'll find something. And, if needed, I know a few things we can use to help us stay on our feet."
