 Kitty had run for quite a while, her brother had kept up easily though. A couple of unfortunate men had made the mistake of hitting on her and now were being fished out of the lake. She had cooled down though and was walking slowly towards the Cafe, feeling ashamed of how she had acted. “Kevin...I’m sorry about earlier...I did not...no, I meant to, but I wish I had not slammed the door in your face and yelled at you. I know you only wanted to help. And sorry for not calling to let you know I was staying out later.” She sat at a patio table and buried her face in her arms.

 Kevin had run along with Kitty. He ran nearly every day so he had little issue keeping pace. He had watched with astonishment as the two idiots hit on his sister. Most people knew of him, and it was no secret that he was overprotective of Kitty. He was about to drag them off when Kitty had drooped each with a single punch and threw them into the lake. Now he walked steadily towards the Cafe with his little sister. As she apologized, he smiled at her. “It’s ok Kit, I know that you are going through a rough time right now. I know you were just oversensitive then.” He rubbed the top of her head when she put it down and went to the counter and ordered two lattes.

Kitty grumbled at him messing with her hair. “Stop calling me Kit. Makes me soun dlike a guy.” She then heard Hugo speak and turned to him with her latte in hand. She stood up and grabbed his elbow before he could leave. “Hugo...S-sorry about your foot and the yelling...I...” She then hugged him tightly. “Sorry.”

Kevin chuckeled at her remark about his nickname for her. He then heard Hugo and looked to him. “Dude, c’mon. Relax a bit. We’ve got enough time for a latte.” He then went rigid as his sister hugged Hugo. He did not like it, it meant, in his mind, there was possibility for a relationship, and that meant a possibility for her to get hurt. He managed to keep his irritation hidden and smiled past it. “As soon as we’re done here, we’ll head up there. Get yourself some coffee. They have a special on French Imported.”

Shuya walked in to the shop with his headphones turned on and found his way to the front desk with ease. It took him a second to say what he actually wanted " A small hot cocoa please." He waited there for a moment to receive it, then he paid with the money that he had. Shuya looked for a table to see one unoccupied near a window. Let me finish this and be on my way. He walked to the table and sat down, settling his drink on the table. He then pulled his headphones down to his neck. Sipping on his cocoa, the music changed to a relaxing tone.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━I wish I could seeRiley got up from her seat holding the cup that held some of the drink that was left in her hand. Waiting only for a moment for her senses to kick in, she started to walk heading for the door knowing the cost was clear. The female heard the bell to the door ring and stood still before moving again "so far so good no trips or falls you just need to pay attention". Riley smiled only to have her smile fade as she ran into a near by chair flipping over it "s**t" the girls coffee went flying from her hands, she hoped it didn't land on anyone "so much for paying attention" the female thought to herself sighing. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━What everyone else saw

Shuya turned his head to this girl that fell over. Well I guess it was not her good day. He got up and walked over to see if she was alright. The coffee landed on the seat that Shuya was in, barely missing him. I should not do this but, It reflects on me as the priestess son." He was already next to her and he knelt. "M-miss are you alright?" He slowly offered his hand. He did not look directly at her, but at the floor instead.

Riley was now a little pissed she had tripped, now she had to try even harder to hide the fact she was blind. " My name is Shuya, Shuya Starwind." He put on his headphones and lowered the volume so he can hear people talk. "Well if u excuse me, I need another drink." He ordered a vanilla smoothie with fruit inside of it. Well there goes my allowance for the day. Shuya tasted the smoothie, what he tasted was a sweet vanilla with the combinations of fruits and dairy as one. He walked to Riley. He whispered softly to her, "Get up, people are staring." The crowd staring began to get to shuya and his voice got lower and lower so no one could him.

Riley got up and sat in the nearest seat "it's nice to meet you Shuya, sorry I'm a bit accident pron" the female laughed a little waiting to hear his footsteps come closer. Keeping calm hoping he was close and she wasn't talking to herself like she usually ended up doing "so why are you here in death city?".
