Litha smiled and grabbed his hand, standing and taking him to the dance floor. There was a fast-paced dance beat playing and she wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling him close and tossing her hair over her shoulder. She pushed herself against him, knowing exactly what she was doing. By now she could feel the alcohol smudge her senses and blur her judgment.

Litha frowned, following him back to the bar. "Kiyoshi? What's wrong?" she asked, wondering why he suddenly stopped dancing. She hoped it wasn't her - just her luck that she would go out with a guy who ended up not even liking her. She put her hand on his back and tried to catch his eye, waiting for an answer.

Litha smiled, beside herself at his innocence. He's a good guy, she thought, kissing his cheek lightly. "We don't have to, then. We can even leave, if you want. Whatever you feel like doing," she said, happy to be with someone who treated her like a human being and not an object. Her past boyfriends weren't quite so honorable.

Litha smiled. He really was a gentleman. She took his hand and swung it back and forth a little, guiding him along the edge of the park. "Sure, now that we're here," she said, smiling and looking up at the sky. It was starry for once, which was unusual for the city.

Litha felt sick. She was mostly surprised that Meizu had been following them and that Kiyoshi and Meizu were fighting so intensely, but all this talk about vampires didn't even phase her - she knew it had to be true. It just seemed too obvious. Though she'd forgotten the dream, everything that had happened when she'd first met Kiyoshi... it seemed too eerily accurate to what she thought she knew about vampires. Kiyoshi had seriously hurt Meizu, and Litha knew she had to help him no matter how much of a jerk he seemed to be initially. She knelt next to him, frantic. "What the hell did you do that for?!" she shouted up at Kiyoshi, upset that he would do something like that to anyone. "He didn't do anything wrong..." Tears sprang into her eyes and dripped onto Meizu's face as she looked down at him, worried. God, what do I do... He said he had to feed...

It hit her suddenly. She once again scratched at the scabs on her next that never seemed to be able to heal and let the blood flow, looking down at Meizu desperately and hoping that Kiyoshi didn't interfere. Oh god he has to drink it... How the hell... She scooped him up in her arms and suddenly felt so close to him, like she had never lost her memory. It was like this was where she was supposed to have been the whole time.

Litha looked down at Meizu again, feeling the anguish that he caused her once more. He did hurt me... She stared at him for a long time, conflicted. Could she let him die? Or should she save him? She looked back up at Kiyoshi, scared. "I can't just let him die," she said, doing the same thing she'd done for Kiyoshi before. She wiped a bit of her blood onto her hand and stained his lips, standing up and returning to Kiyoshi's side. "You hurt me, and you never loved me," she said to Meizu. "I'm doing this just because I don't want to be responsible for your death," she said coldly, turning back to Kiyoshi. She didn't know if she was doing the right thing, but she leaned up and kissed him gently, half to make herself feel more comfortable and half to spite Miezu for hurting her.

Litha's ankle almost gave. It wasn't where she was used to being bitten, and it hurt like hell. On top of that, she was feeling incredibly lightheaded and drowsy now, and eagerly drank Kiyoshi's blood after Meizu was done. Annoyed, she glared down at him, feeling herself become stronger. "What the hell, you had no right to do that!" she shouted at him.
