Herryk had not been expecting this. He had not been expecting to be herded and caged like nothing more than an animal. Herryk stood frowning at the scene laid out before him; the dim, flickering bodies of fear-based creatures. It was terrifying. It was not as simple or uncomplicated as pure, unrequited killing had been.

Herryk approached one of the beings, a dour looking boil. "What time is it?"

"The time now?" The prisoner rolls their eyes. "Does it really Jacking matter? How about several hours before they feed us to their little Fear-eating contraptions? How about several years too late from stopping their Jacking Apocalypse?"

Herryk paused, brows lowering in a confused frown.

"Stopping the Apocalypse?"

The prisoner merely shook his head and fell silent, dropping his gaze back to the ground. His reaction only left so many more unanswered questions, questions that Herryk wasn't sure how to put to words.

Perhaps it would be best to keep speaking to the boil, encouraging him to answer more questions. Herryk would never admit that he was starting to feel his own terror rising, threatening to choke him off. What had he done? What had they done?

"Tell Herryk who this boil is? Where is this stranger from?"

The prisoner sighs a little bit. "It's going to be a long wait till my final dissipation isn't it? Fine I'll humour you, I was called Eis, from a place once known as Halloween Town. It's gone now, like most of pretty much every other Jackforsaken thing the Four Clans took. There's nothing now, they took everything. First the Humans, then us, and now well, the rest you can see for yourself." They shrugged, falling silent again.

Herryk forced himself to swallow. No, this couldn't be? This.. this couldn't be? What was happening here? Why was this happening? If Herryk had been a man of flesh and blood, there was little doubt that the blood would've rushed from his face at that inexplicable moment. Killing the humans, helping the Clans? This was what had been wrought?

For what? What purpose had it served?

Herryk suddenly felt like the world was spinning in place around him.

"Where... what is this place? Where is this place?"

"Aren't you a rebel, like one of us? Pro-Human World, saving what remains of Halloween against the Four Clans and all that. I recommend you keep your voice down though, there's no use attracting unneccessary attention."

No. No, no. He wasn't a rebel. He wasn't .. Pro-human world. Squeezing his eyes shut, Herryk slid down to sit on the floor, his back pressed up against the bars. This? This wasn't what he'd wanted.

Kemnebi turned back to her cell mate and asked another question. Her fountain of information simply turned his head and repeated the answer to a previous question. The cat-girl backed away, figuring their lucidity was at an end.

Still, the two questions she did get answered left her with plenty to think about. The ghoul pinned her ears to her head and wrapped her tail around herself in comfort. She couldn't believe the Clans had brought about an apocalypse. What was the point? Now everyone was going to starve or get fed to those FEAR eating machines. Nebi shivered and drew herself further into a ball before a twinge of anger hit her. She didn't know what she was going to do about it, but she definitely didn't want this future.

"All paths lead to the same result my tail." She growled under her breath.

The last door, door number three was not what he had expected. It was grim nothing about it appeared to be happy or at least filled with joy instead it was a bitter a taste of metal and dust. It reminded him of a skeleton stripped of its organs and flesh and bare left to dissipate in a fading memory. Joachim didn’t want to lingering, taking the moment of following the horseman as a sign of joy however where they were being led to as not any better as he had hoped.
Further they went deep underground the more and more the pit in the bottom of Joachim’s stomach started to grow. There was something wrong, there was something wrong even fear itself felt as pitiful of a whisper of dying note fading out on a last breath. What made it worse was the emptiness of the cages, the pits, there was nothing there but at one point they must have held something.

Or someone.

When they reached the warrior-queen Joachim cringed, she was beautiful in a very haunting way, a way where you could admire her and fear her and her voice rung out like loud brass instrument. She spoke not to them, but to someone else someone who wasn’t familiar but was one of them and when she didn’t get her way she killed them.

Joachim looked away he didn’t want to see the body fall to the ground, it was wrong very wrong to kill their own yet she did it so swiftly and without remorse. Was this the true color of the clans? And what about the humans? What did the Halloween member mean when they said that all the humans lost the will to live and that fear itself had dissipated?

Was this all they had to look forward to?

He had far too many questions to ask but before he could he utter a word he was shoved into a cage.

Wiggling over to the closes unfamiliar face he could Joachim whispered to them, keeping his voice as low as possible, “who are you?”
The prisoner looked at him his eyes darker than Joachim and sighed."It's going to be a long wait till my final dissipation isn't it? Fine I'll humour you, I was called Eis, from a place once known as Halloween Town. It's gone now, like most of pretty much every other Jackforsaken thing the Four Clans took. There's nothing now, they took everything. First the Humans, then us, and now well, the rest you can see for yourself." He shrugged, falling silent again looking at the dirt underneath his feet.

Halloween Town was gone? Joachim stared at the prisoner his mouth wide, this was worse than being in prison. His home was gone… the school the familiar things that he knew were all just gone. All because of the Four Clans?

What jackforsaken monstrosities did the clans do?

He was still in a state of loss, no what the prisoner said couldn't have been right. It must have been nothing more than a mistake or he didn't hear him right.

No it couldn't have been true.

Shuffling his feet in the dirt Joachim looked over at the prisoner and asked again this time louder, "Who are you?"

The prisoner looked at him as if he was a complete idiot, or maybe a little in shock that Joachim had asked him the same question again. "It's going to be a really really long wait till my final dissipation isn't it? Fine I'll humour you again, I was called Eis, from a place once known as Halloween Town. It's gone now, like most of pretty much every other Jackforsaken thing the Four Clans took. There's nothing now, they took everything. First the Humans, then us, and now well, the rest you can see for yourself." Shrugging he looked as if he had little to no interest in repeating himself again.

Moving away from the prisoner Joachim repeated the words in his head again over and over and over with a puzzled look stuck on his face.

Halloween town gone.... Halloween town gone.... gone...

He shook his head, no this was wrong horribly wrong.

He was really not comprehending what the prisoner had said, there was no way that after everything that had happened so far with visiting the Isle's that the Death Clan's class would show what would happen.

What kind of class was this?

Tugging on his clothing Joachim scooted back to the familiar prisoner keeping his eyes to the ground asking the same question, "Who are you again?"

The prisoner looked at him as if he was going to smack him straight up side his silly little head, or stab him through with a blade if he had one. "It's going to be a really really long wait till my final dissipation isn't it with your around? Fine I'll humour you again FOR THE LAST TIME, I was called Eis, from a place once known as Halloween Town. It's gone now, like most of pretty much every other Jackforsaken thing the Four Clans took. There's nothing now, they took everything I MEAN EVERYTHING OK. First the Humans, then us, and now well, the rest you can see for yourself." Shrugging he walked away keeping as far away from the reaper as possible.

Moving away from the prisoner Joachim's face was pale his knees shaking. It was true Halloween town was gone, the humans were all destroyed and there was nothing left for them. He never thought that without the humans that they wouldn't exist, there was always this worrisome fear, the weapons, the electricity, but maybe that was what they all wanted it to be.

Nothing left but the pitiful prideful Four Clans who end the end got what they had wanted.

He wanted to leave, Joachim wanted to leave as he clutched his stomach in pain.

Roll 1 - "What time is it currently?"

As the feeling of bloodlust slowly ebbed away due to some strange effect, Lou returned to his slightly intolerable state of schadenfreude as the scenery grew somehow... Darker.

All paths lead to the same result? Lou stood silently as he looked at the dismal post-apocalyptic scene, hands tucking into his pockets. "Whelp. At least we won't have to worry about rush hour traffic anymore." But where was this? As the trend went, it seemed that each vision took place at a later date, which would mean they were possibly somewhere in the future? Maybe? Future of what?

The sounds of people halting them made the boil glance over. "Oh boy, here we go again." To the vampire, it was really no big deal. He followed without resistance, figuring this would lead to yet another delicious slaughter.

Boy did he have it wrong. Hundreds of empty cages, pits, and an almost disgusting FEAR. "Jeez guys, way to be a bunch of buzz kills." He called with a smirk.

And as they all stood in front of the queen b***h, he folded his arms. "What crawled up your underwear and died?" He only mumbled that, considering she had jewelry made out of the dead decorating her body.

Lou sighed as the scene played out. Oh, so now humans were a dying race, right? That's what the carnage was for. So they'd learn the moral of a whimsical story about not killing what you feed off of even if it was killing you. Nah, that's cool. Oh look. Now queen b***h was cutting the other student down. He was suddenly relieved that he hadn't been chosen for the isle of war.

"Well then, into cages we go, huh? Since this is the apocalypse and all, why don't we all have a party?" The vampire called out, receiving a few stern glares, but nothing more. Oh, party poopers.

"So uh." Lou marched up to one of the sad sacks of prisoners strewn about the floor. "What time is it currently?" It would lead up to one of his many corny lines, of course.

"The time now?" The prisoner rolled their eyes. "Does it really Jacking matter? How about several hours before they feed us to their little Fear-eating contraptions? How about several years too late from stopping their Jacking Apocalypse?"

Lou blinked for a moment. "Ah, well." So that's what those inscription things were. "I guess you really wouldn't appreciate my humor."

Roll 2 - "Who are you?"

Eventually Lou got bored and sit down next to one of the strangers, twiddling his fingers idly in an effort to not be bored. Maybe he should start hitting on the ladies before they dissipated? Yeah, he should get to that.

Leaning over to one of the ghouls, he smiled his vampire smile and waggled his eyebrows. "So, what's your name pretty thang?" Not that she was very pretty, but better than some of the ghouls around.

The ghoul sighed a little bit. "It's going to be a long wait till my final dissipation isn't it? Fine I'll humour you, I was called Eis, from a place once known as Halloween Town. It's gone now, like most of pretty much every other Jackforsaken thing the Four Clans took. There's nothing now, they took everything. First the Humans, then us, and now well, the rest you can see for yourself." She shrugged, falling silent again.

"Oh, lovely. I was also going to follow that up with an amusing anecdote, but you've sucked the fun right out of me. Thank you for that." So the horse people took EVERY ********' THING. Well that was very selfish of them.

Roll 3 - "Who are you... Again."

Well, this was going swimmingly. Lou kept looking back towards the ghoul, then forwards. It was hard to think of something funny to say when you were about to die at the hands of your oppressors.

"So uh. What ARE you?" Lou figured it would at least be fun to meet one more species of halloweener before their ultimate faux demise, but it seemed that his little parrot was a broken record. "I was called Eis-"

"No, no. You don't have to repeat it. I'll shut up now."

ROLL 1

Thanatos had watched everything with a rather neutral expression on his face; the fact that the first setting reminded him so much of his home was the thing that kept his interest, although the content of what they were being shown was rather... Intriguing. Simple illusions? Not so much... He had a feeling that they were being shown something more than just a random scene. The fact that they were now in a scene out of what he assumed is the future - just one of the many futures that might come to be - confirmed his guesses about the content of what they had seen previously.

Probably scenes from the past. Possibly present? Not-so-distant-past? But this was definitely future. A little ironic that even now, although this wasn't his own vision, he couldn't quite piece everything together. It's almost a curse. He would be upset if he cared a little more.

"So," He turned to a prisoner who was already weaving in and out of existence, "Who are you? You have a name right?"

The prisoners' answer received no reply from him; he had gathered that much from listening to what that other prisoner had said before he was 'dealt with', and from looking around; it just made him curious about what Death was thinking, showing them something like this... After all, this wasn't going to garner the Four Clans any support from the student body, right?

ROLL 2

He stayed silent a little longer, idly stroking a on-the-verge-of-a-freak-out Biskoto to keep her calm as he looked around, then back at the prisoner from before - Eis? Sure, not the most talkative soul around, but it's not like he couldn't understand why.

"So, what happened here, Eis?" He asked, although he could already guess, by the looks of things; it's just that the prisoner's reply confirmed his suspicions; again, he had to wonder why exactly they were being shown something like this... What had Death planned for them? Or rather, what exactly are the Four Clans hoping to achieve?

"Quite ironic how when humans were around, we were hunted by them, and now that they are gone, we are still being hunted, just by different groups of people. We're really always stuck in the middle," He cooed at his familiar, although that just seemed to make the snake look even more worried and closer to freaking out; he was never the best at this 'comforting' thing.

ROLL 3

Since he was starting to feel a little hungry, "Don't suppose you know what time it is, right?"

The prisoner just glared and then snapped at him, and he raised an eyebrow; Fear-eating contraptions? Apocalypse? Those things certainly were pretty new; did the Fear-eating contraptions cause the Apocalypse which led to the extinction of humans and thus, the Fear that they needed to survive? That made sense. In his head.

He sighed; he wished that he had some nice, warm popcorn right about now.

Through the last door and Lucien almost gagged when he saw it. The sky was no longer the beautiful blue he was fondly finding, and instead it was a dark mixture of greys, black and smokey browns. It did not lack a bit of passiont to it, roaring with the colour red perpetually as if it were burning. Lucien frowned, a sign from his lips as his eyes drifted down past the skyscape and onto the background. There were rusted vehicles and toys of sorts and even items that Lucien couldn't quite describe. It was ruins, the world here crumbling and dying.

"I wonder what happened here," he pondered out loud before two Four Clan members disrupted his thought as they approached him as well as the other students. They didn't seem too happy, and Lucien shifted a bit uncomfortably at the unknown language they were speaking in as they pointed toward them and then demanded that they come with them.

There was no room for Lucien to object, heck, there was barely any room for Lucien to breathe in this tension. He went along with it, his eyes very sadly looking at the sky as he walked. They remained there until they made it to the stairs and the large crevice that lead deep into the ground. It was then Lucien's eyes moved to the walls, a shiver falling over him as he realized a familiarity.

"No, no, no, no," Lucien began spurting out like a mad man.

The large cavern was filled with the Fear, and Lucien began to look around wildly. His eyes looking up and down, his eyes freezing on the empty cages with a very sick look on his face. This didn't make any sense, why were they here? Were they going to... where they...

He couldn't even finish his thought and before he knew it they descended even further, passing large empty pits of nothingness. The realization finally dawned on Lucien completely when the strange inscriptions and then those familiar buzzing runes echoed lightly through Lucien's ears. He shuddered, looking around wildly for any kind of exit. He didn't want to be here again, this was the not the same but at the same time it was definitely the same. He didn't like this, not at all. He wanted to go, he didn't want to be in this class anymore.

He looked at the figure who spoke from behind them, his thoughts mildly curious about their familiar appearance. They looked like a student but they looked so worn down. They seemed faded, and it made little sense to Lucien. Everything slowly seemed to blend together for Lucien while the strange words he didn't quite understand filled his ears an mind, only ending when the blade was thrust into the one who had spoken. Soon enough, they were gone. Gone like the humans? Lucien didn't understand what it all meant in a sentence, but he understood gone.

Silence reigned once again as they were all shoved into one caged area.

He stood there unable to understand for a moment and then finally he looked around. Hm, what time was it? It didn't seem like the most important thing in the world but for some reason Lucien just really wanted to know. He just had to, and soon he was wobbling over to one of the prisoners.

"What time is it currently?" He asked.

"The time now?" The prisoner rolls their eyes. "Does it really Jacking matter? How about several hours before they feed us to their little Fear-eating contraptions? How about several years too late from stopping their Jacking Apocalypse?"

Huh.

Lucien simply nodded his head.

"Yes." He said simply. The time was obviously very important.

Lucien twiddled his thumbs quietly for a bit until it simply became too much for the air spirit. He was anxious and found it very hard to sit still despite the current situation. Sure, they were caged up and in a place Lucien really didn't want to be in but he felt like knowing the time would just make it all better. It would answer just one question, it wasn't very difficult. He didn't need to ponder why they were being forced to live through all this or even have to wonder what was going on. He didn't care, all he wanted to know was what time it was!

He wouldn't look very impressive, but Lucien very slowly wobbled his way over to the previous prisoner with a light smile on his face.

"Please, just tell me what time it is?"

Please, Lucien really just needed to know.

Unfortunately, the response he got wasn't anything like he wanted. Apparently time wasn't very liked here. However, hearing it twice did help Lucien sort of absorb it. He thought on it, looking around and looking out into the cavern. Is that what was going to happen? He didn't quite understand but the thought of those skies were awfully sad to think about. They weren't really going to feed them to the Fear eating machine, were they? Well, Lucien shivered, his body definitely saying: you know the answer to that.

The answer caused Lucien to jump back, his body pressing against the cage bars. On purpose or not, it had happened to Lucien prior.
