Jason Argos After leavening the cantina he went back to his ship. He warmed up his engines. He got the signal for takeoff and flew into space. Rustlung came from the back of his ship, with his hand on his hilt he put the ship in auto pilot and investigated. He walked around a bit and and was startled by a noise causing him to pull out his blaster and his light saber. He found only a astromech droid that had stowed away on his ship. His grined a bit and look for a owner's chip but there was a label that said R9-B3 on the little droid. He walked back to the cockpit and stretched before ingaging the hyperdrive. He fell asleep but awoke to flashing red lights and a blinking warning light. He was hurling toward Geonosis." those scum someone had sabotoshed his ship. He crashed and the ground caved in to reveal a underground cave revealing a old republic cruiser. Prezerved by the sands he though to himself.

Narr Shadaa- Ancient Akul- Space
Stokhli stared at Davth for a while tilting his head." You've never been to Neimodia have you?" he laughed, shaking his head " The planets known for spitting out a steady stream of deadly diseases. The planet's been quarantined off and on for years. Ever hear of brainrot? I hear Type C is their biggest export." he turned to the screen, and opened the second file "I got you basic quarantine equipment in case we have to land. I wear a respirator and body wraps because I hear my kinds odor can be offensive to those unaccustomed to it, so I didn't buy one for me. Respirators, vaccines, stim packs, the usual. Nothing you two shouldnt be accustomed to already. But fortunately you two might not have to worry about that. If stealing from the neimodian was the first option, then the second is to make sure he doesn't get it in the first place. That means getting it from the smuggler in any way we can. Luckily, due to the Current quarantine, any off world ships will be stuck at port until it wears off, which according to the local readings, should be in a galactic week. During this time the ports oare off limits to locals and natives. No one in, no one out. The delivery should be here." a section of map popped up on the display, and he pointed to the large cluster of buildings and platforms. "this is Koto-si. It's the Capitol of Neimodia, and Kav's current place of residence. While the quarantine is in effect we will basically have free run of the place so it shouldn't be too hard to find what we're looking for. It's basically one big closed off market at this point, so we shouldn't run out of supplies. The rest is just a matter of where to look! " he paused. "... Should I be concerned that neither of you objected to robbery?"

Davth nodded along doing his best to memorize the buildings and the layout from the holograms waiting for Stokhli to finish before speaking. "Well first I thought we were going to board a ship. I'm afraid i've grown rather attacked to my brain and have no intention upon it rotting." he said stroking his left lekku caringly. "What makes you think i'm on stims is it the muscles? Haha I know what you meant little guy, and for the record all natural." he stopped caressing his lekku to bring his hand across his chest. "So instead of stealing it from the Neimodian you suggest we get steal it from the smuggler, unless you planned on killing him or getting him drunk enough to believe it is fake I'm not sure you should care about us not objecting to theft. Unless of course you have a massive amount of credits on you somewhere, our options are really theft, murder, deception." the togruta counted the options out on his fingers. "Also if the place is quarantine whats the plan on getting into the Capitol? Because I just got this ship and I have no intent of loosing her yet."he slapped part of the hull with smile. "Though I do like the free range on supplies we might be able to pick up."

A'kire had been sitting besides Davth in silence, focused on what Stokhli had been saying. Everything had made sense, and the plan was beginning to come together until the Togruta began to open his mouth, and in the most idiotic of ways to boot. She first glanced over as he stroked his lekku, rolling her eyes at the stupidity of his action. The crack about his muscles being all natural made A'kire want to punch Davth in the face, but she refrained. She continued to listen to what he had to say before chiming in.
"Davth has a point...somewhere in that bit of rambling. We're basically relying on either theft, murder or deception to get this holocron, so whether or not he and I are objected to theft isn't something that needs debating. I'm the type who wants to get things done, and worry about minor things later. It's easier. Anyways, what Nature Boy said over here does raise a question. How do we get in there? It may be closed off, but there would have to be some sort of surveillance."

Nar Shaddaa - The Rusty Blaster Cantina
Looking from one to the other, Elyria realized she would get nowhere with these two - obviously there was a blood feud between them. She did not have the time or the inclination to get in the middle of it.
Gentlemen, I see you have you have matters of your own to contend with - I shall take my leave
Frustrated at yet another dead end, she made her way to the door. "Where was this Lan Riso?" She only hoped the rest of the crew was having better luck in the search.
Pushing thru the double doors she made her way out into the evening air breathing deeply it was refreshing after the scent of sweat from man and alien - smoke-filled ,liquor scented aroma of the Cantina..She spied the 2nd the Nagi Bounty hunter as he rounded the corner coming from the alley. Looking back at the doors and back at him she sensed the kinship between them.
"You're brother if I am correct, may need your in assistance in there" indicating the Cantina with a jerk of her head "Do you have the Devorian safely in hand?" She chuckled and made her way past him.
Turning "You wouldn't know the wear-a-bouts of the Smuggler Lan Riso, would you?"

Mustafar4 years ago
Jayul slid into the hallway on bloody feet. He was panting heavily as he pressed his back against the wall to peek down the corridor he just arrived in. When he spotted no one coming he took a moment to attempt to center himself. Bis breathing slowed rapidly, his heart rate dropped, and the bleeding from various cuts was staunched. He looked down to the lightsaber in his hand and cursed the last droid. It's armor must have been laced with cortosis; why else would his weapon have deactivated. A sound caught his attention and Jayul peeked around the corner again. A large multi-armed droid was skulking across the floor examining the bloody footprints that Jayul had left behind. He tried his lightsaber again, but it only sizzled; definitely cortosis. A moment later the droids head turned the corner getting a full view of the spot Jayul had been hiding only moments before. "Come out vessel, it is time to finish this. You don't even want to be the vessel anymore. You don't want to fight anymore. Remember? Come out vessel, I'll find you if you don't!"
Another taunt, from another droid. Jayul's next stop was to his calander. He'd found a wall in a vent that he was small enough to squeeze into. In there he had been recording the days as they passed by. He counted quickly and then added a twenty-sixth strike. The Lords said I only have to survive for twenty days. Why is it still chasing me? The sound of metal ripping ended his brief pause. The droid was ripping the wall out to get at it's target. It cleared a hole and acquired visual confirmation of the target. Before it could lift the lightsaber that the droid wielded, a kick came out from the hole. The foot caught the droid full on in the face, and with the strength of the force behind it, the kick sent the droid crashing into the opposing wall. It's face plate had been dented, but that didn't register in the slightest.
Before the droid could sit up another kick connected with its chest. The impact created a crater in the stone wall around the droid and cracked it's chest plate. Jayul held his lightsaber's emitter against the droid's eye. "E chu ta!" He said and activated the ignition switch. There was the familiar snap hiss of a lightsaber igniting. The blade burst from the back of the droid's cranium and then fizzled out again. The droid lay motionless after, and Jayul slowly stood to his feet. He expected his masters to arrive and disciple him for passing where they were sure he would fail.
Then the sound again, Jayul pulled himself forward as the force screamed out in his head. He moved in time to save his life, but now Jayul had a burn scar seared across his back, from left shoulder to right hip. He turned trying to click on his own lightsaber but the cortosis left it disabled still, and it would be for several more minutes. The droid started to rise, one glowing red eye looked down at the vessel. "Did the vessel think my only processor was in my cranium? It's time to end this vessel. The master's have ordered, they've found a new willing vessel."
Then the droid reached into the tattered robes that shrouded it and pulled a second lightsaber free. Both ignited, and the assault began. Without his lightsaber Jayul had to rely on his reflexes to keep him safe. But it had been a week since his last meal, even longer since he last slept; he was wounded, and highly fatigued. Using the force to lead him away from the strikes saved his life, but his movements were sluggish; and the droid's were not. Tag after tag connected leaving seared pock marks in his flesh. Then the droid trapped him.
This was the end, both bolts of light were coming down at either side of him. He grabbed the force; gripped it and built it up in his hands. Jayul reach out and grabbed the blades of the lightsabers. The smell of ozone filled the air as the vessel had stopped the attack. Smoke rose from his hands as Jayul channeled the force into his grip, and inch by inch he pushed the stronger droid back. Then once he had earned himself some distance, Jayul yanked one of the lightsabers from the droids hand. Then he grabbed the empty arm and with a scream of fury, and a ripple through the force, Jayul ripped the droid's arm free with his bare hands. The second lightsaber came in, but the Zabrak ducked the swipe. He grabbed the other arm, ignoring the kicks that not came from the droid. Again he guided the force, used it to fuel his muscles and augment his strength. The sound of tearing metal heralded the separation of the droid's second arm.
Fury dripped off him like sweat. They replaced me? How dare they replace me. My life has been this shrine! I am the vessel! Only I am powerful enough. He hoisted the rest of the droid up and drove his fingers into the cortosis weaved chest plate. In a spray of sparks, and shattered components Jayul ripped the droid in half. Only then did he release his grip on the force. The weight of his injuries, and his level of fatigue tried to drag his knees to the ground.
"Vessel! It's time to end this!" The same voice called out to him again, he could hear it echoing from across the shrine. Another droid... the masters were serious...
Five days later.
It had taken him far too long to find the real cause of his trouble. Jayul was missing his right eye, his entire body was covered in a mural of fresh and dried blood. He stood at the edge of a lake of lava. Behind him was the wreckage of the third cortosis laced droid. This one had found his lightsaber and almost killed him with it. Shame the weapon had fallen into the lava below. It was about to be done, his masters were set on being rid of him. After all they had a replacement. Well not after today. Jayul held the bundle out over the lava and looked the infant in the eyes once more. This child was a better vessel than himself; his flesh was red, and he was born to a nightsister.
Something called to him in the back of him mind, a small speck that whispered that he should take the infant and run.
"Jayul, put the vessel down. You have passed the test, we will repair you and release you. There is no more need to fight." There was concern in the voice of his masters. The three men appeared behind him silently, they stood beyond the destroyed remains of their droid. "Bring him back to us and you're free to go. It's over."
"No it isn't over... I am the vessel!"
"So you are. Now we return to the shrine and continue your training." Jayul collapsed at their feet, and for the first time in his life he received something close to mercy. A repulsorlift stretcher was used to bring him back into the shrine. "Before we drop you in the bacta tanks, you must reconstruct your lightsaber vessel. Then you will be repaired, and training will commence."

Stokhli laughed. "Heh, actually, getting into the quarantine is the easy part. All we have to do is land. They may make us fill out some paper work, but I don't think it should be too difficult. Just have to wait out the quarantine and we can leave. Because they don't want any outsiders infected, the councilman won't be able to meet up and get the holocron till after the quarantine is lifted, which means we have a strict time limit to get this done. That's where the difficulties lie. We have to find a single person in a large port full of ships. Then we have to convince him, swindle him, whatever it takes, and get the holocron. Any questions?"

A'kire Grinned to herself. This whole mission was going to be easier than she had thought. Stokhli's plan seemed as if it would flow with ease as long as no surprises were waiting for them when they arrived. However, waiting out the Quarantine might get on the Twi'lek's nerves, but as long as they wouldn't be stuck inside the ship, she would be able to manage.
"Yeah, With this Quarantine and such in place, we can still roam the port we're stuck at, correct? Well If we have about a Galactic week to find this guy and get the holocron it shouldn't be hard. Each of us scours a specific area a day, and at night, report any findings. Seems like it could work. This way we're not all grouped together. I assume you two have comlinks, right? If we all integrate them into the quarantine gear, or whatever we cans till keep contact. If you don't, I always keep extras just in case some nerf herder loses theirs."

Davth was arching his brow at A'kire's previous comment about him having a point and somehow being a nature boy when Stokes started to speak again. "I like to keep a point hidden, no one see's it coming. However which ever way we decide to go about obtaining the holocron we are going to have to make sure no one sees us. If we have to land and fill out paper work that leaves a trail right to us and i'm sure the esteemed councilman will be very curious as to what happened and I doubt it will take him long to make the connection. I suppose we could lie about our names and I happen to know where my old friend kept other registry info for the ship." He was tapping one of his cheeks as he spoke. "All that aside we are still tasked with finding one man in the entire space port, but I feel if he truly knows what he has he is going to have some hired muscle or at the very least be keeping an extremely low profile. If we are going to split up are we going to use the ship as a base or? the togruta was full of questions, but he liked having some sort of plan in place. 'If we split up I might be able to get a message out, no way they can ignore this. Ah but for now I must change some data so know one will be able to trace my ship.' He stood up rather slowly and looked at his companions "Let me know what you guys decide, I'm going to go make a few tweaks or two so once the job is done they will be chasing a ghost ship." with a smile he started to make his way back towards the cockpit picking a name at random for the landing.

"Good point Nature Boy. Of Course Stokhli has the upper hand cause most Jawas look alike It's the clothing. It's like the Sand People. They all look alike. Besides, there's probably going to be at least a few other Jawas, Togrutas and Twi'leks on this port, so blending in and making sure you get lost in a crowd is a definite plus. It's the kind of thing you learn while living on Nar Shaddaa. We tweak the name of the ship, change our names and bam! We can successfully walk around without having ever existed. Using the ship as a base will work, but we need to be cautious. Nobody can follow us."
She thought to herself for a moment while Davth headed off to alter the Ship's ID. There was a possibility of added muscle, but A'kire wasn't worried about that. She had the skill and power to take them down, but she was also trying to hide her true nature from Stokhli while simultaneously attempting to turn Davth. Maybe if they split up, she would get the chance to use her skills and talents to her advantage.
If I manage to get this holocron before the others, I can hightail it out of here with Stokhli stranded at port and if I play my cards right, have Davth with me on the ship. If I can't get Davth on my side, I'll kill them both and take the ship for myself.
"Davth has a pretty good plan. If it's sound with you, Stokes, then we can head on down."
A'kire stood up and glanced around the ship, taking note of where everything was before making her way to the cockpit. If Davth was to be hers, she would need to turn him quickly and without Stokhli finding out.

Stokhli grinned. "So? Sounds like a plan, huh?" he plucked the chip out of the holotable and placed it back in his pocket. He didn't want to lose this chip, it might come in handy later, for his inevitable escape. "As long as nothing goes wrong we should be leaving the planet in a couple of days, with credits in our pockets and smiles on our faces!" he looked at A'kire "Well... most of our faces....." The jawa snickered quietly, showing his bucked teeth. So, he would be stuck at port with these three for a week. Shouldn't be too bad. As long as they stuck with the "split up and look" plan, he should be able to keep in contact with his master fairly easily. he hopped of his stool and looked around. "Well, as long as theres free time, I'm going to raid the kitchen. We may as well start our raid on a full stomach huh?"He laughed "Don't worry, I'm actually a pretty good cook!"

"There is more you should know..." he whispered into a small communicator as the sounds of foot steps began to echo towards him. Sliding the communicator back into his pocket he smiled as he rubbed his hand together and looked at his handy work "A new serial number, new name, and an incorrect model number. I must say I will be a bit heart broken when everyone in the galaxy is chasing the mysterious Silver Simian. Then again I could always acquire another ship do the same thing and collect what ever is offered for the ship." he chuckled as he thought aloud leaning back in his chair. The footsteps had stopped and he turned to face who ever had been making them "Ah if it isn't the beauty of our operation. It's amazing how much money we stand to make from this job." he smiled pretending count objects on his fingers "But there is surely a reason you have come to see me my dear?"

A'kire smirked slightly as her eyes met with the Togruta's own. He had a silver tongue to some extent, but any attempts to charm A'kire would be wasted. She took the compliments at face value expressing just enough gratitude, but quickly erased them from memory once she was able to be alone. However it was cute that his charm and wit was as much of a rouse as her so-called attitude from living on Nar Shaddaa for so long. The Twi'lek nodded as she sat down in the seat across from Davth, her eyes meeting his once again.
"I've been thinking. Once this mission fully goes underway we need to keep our eyes peeled for any suspicion coming from Stokhli. He says he wants to sell the holocron, but the way he talks about it makes it seem as if he has an underlying motive."
As she spoke, A'kire carefully began to use the mind trick ability her previous 'master' had taught her. She spoke clearly and slowly, with just enough seductive tone in her voice to truly push the issues home to Davth. Hopefully a man like him would be lured into what any beautiful, mysterious woman might need to tell him. Of course if you get those rogue types hopped up on Juma, they'll do anything to get lucky.
"I need you to keep an eye on Stokhli for me. I'm giving you this comlink not just for three-way communication between us, but to keep me aprised on his actions. I don't think he trusts either of us. if he's so excited about this holocron, he probably has plans to ditch us once it's in his grasp."
A'kire sighed as she stared into Davth's eyes. Her own face filled with desperation and worry. She quickly glanced at the floor before she spoke again. This time her voice was softer and had a hint of uneasiness to it.
"Please believe me, Davth. I want to believe we'll all get a share of those credits, but I just can't. I don't want either of us to turn against one another because of Stokhli. He's just using us to get the holocron. He's lying. Stick by me. Trust me. I won't betray your trust, Davth. I've...grown rather fond of you to be honest. Once this all pans out, I will remain by your side. The holocron will be safe in our hands. I promise you. Please stay by my side Davth. You're the only one I can trust."
As she uttered those last words, A'kire stood up and walked over to where Davth was sitting. She smiled slightly as she reached out to place her hand on top of his. Smiling softly, A'kire slowly leaned in towards his face and planted a soft kiss on the Togruta's lips, her eyes closing as she did so. If all had gone according to plan, Davth would soon be hers, and Stokhli would be history.
