╫Background Information╫

Asami hailed from a small village. Both of her parents had been extremely poor, and sent Asami and her twin sister to a nearby temple of monks. At young ages, it was discovered that both of them had the ability to bend certain elements. Asami had control of Air, and Ayami could control Earth. Asami and Ayami grew up in the temple, learning the ways of living a humble life and honing their powers. Around the age of 9, the temple was attacked by a pack of raiders. The temple monks fought back valiantly, but in the end could not kill all of the raiders.

At that young age, it is rumored that Asami managed to kill enough raiders to cleave herself a bloody path out of the temple. Her sister did not survive the raid, and it is not entirely sure what happened. When she arrived at the small village not far from the temple, the people there said she arrived with nothing but a "light breeze". The name stuck with her throughout her time spent in the village. Now wanting to find herself, Asami set off into the world.
