California nodded eagerly at Parsa’s words. “No, I totally get you when it comes to art!” he assured the older nation. “I’m an artist myself—though not with brushes and that sort, although I could do that if I decided to, I think—and I know how hard it is to put art into words. Words can be so confining sometimes, even if it’s a thousand to one picture. Let’s just stick to the history,” he concluded, nodding.
Though Landon was slightly nonplussed at having been effectively told off, he listened attentively to Parsa's stories, scribbling notes down on his mental notepad along the way. The Iranian's former king intrigued him greatly, and the Westerner perked up visibly upon hearing of the plot. When he finished, sounding on the verge of tears, Landon beamed in an attempt to perhaps cheer him up. "Boring story? Not at all! You're an excellent storyteller--for so many years covered, too! I'd love to find out more sometime! But I suppose I've asked you too many things," he added with a slightly regretful laugh. "Kartlos's house, hmm? Would you really let me visit?" As he said this, he turned to the Georgian, eyes twinkling inquisitively.

Parsa Ariyan  SeniorSalam Iran!Parsa looked at Landon's expression cautiously and felt as if he had talked too much because he seemed to be greedy about finding out every details of his past. "You're really active!" He spoke gently without showing the new view he was starting to develop from the western state. "I bet you've more exciting stories to tell. Why don't you let us hear you for a while?" He suggested as leaned to the wall and watching the younger boy curiously. He had a hunch that he had taken Landon lightly. Just like so many others nations he had layers like and onion which should be discovered one after the other. Yet he was an energetic and interesting guy that could be liked easily. Now both guys were looking at Kartlos waiting for him to have a word.

Since Kartlos never offered up any of his own stories, Landon, bored with the somewhat overlong silence, decided to volunteer several of his own. "Sure! I'd be happy to let you in on my tale!" And off he went. As the three returned to campus, Landon prattled happily on about himself, for after all, he, like most other nations and states, knew more about himself than others and was perfectly willing to share. The state missed nothing, from his birth at Mexico's house to his Amazon fantasies (inherited from Europe's naming him after a mythical Amazon island) to his first encounter with the Portuguese explorer, João Rodrigues Cabrilho, giving only a sentence or two to each. He covered his colonial period just as quickly, eventually settling on his history with photography and national parks. "Some of the first photos ever taken in the country were of my Yosemite National Park!" Landon beamed. "In fact, they even helped convince Congress that national parks are a wonderful and necessary thing in our country. Certainly a good idea, since nowadays everything's been taken over by industry and all." Of course, the state didn't sound all that upset about either outcome, given that Yosemite and Silicon Valley were both among California's most famous. Throughout his entire tale, Landon didn't ever seem to lose breath, and he decorated his tale like a true raconteur. His specific history had given Landon an almost unparalleled ability to tell stories, and such was the breadth of his tale that the three of them had almost arrived at their dorms by the time he was finished.
Finally, the Westerner seemed to notice that the dorms were right in front of him. "Wow, did I really go on that long?" he asked, amazed. "Sorry, you two! I bet I took up quite a bit of your reunion time. It was nice meeting you, Parsa, Kartlos," he concluded, shaking each nation's hand. "Maybe I'll see you around campus sometime!" With that, he was off, hopefully to catch some sleep before the morning came.
