((Wow, this ironic I was going to introduce there step father soon)) "That's good hear!" Chi-chi said smiling. Kana and Chi-chi listened to Rath's story. Kana started to zone out after Rath said that they were related. Her mind was racing, she didn't know what to think but she snapped out of it when the glass broke. "Do you know why he left?" She asked quietly with a expressionless face. "I don't know what to say. I-I'm shocked and happy were kind of related. Your father did visit us..a month of 2 ago.. He would do that when we are in the shop. He loved seeing us miserable. I'm sorry he left you guys for our mom but thank you for buying us."

"Not one clue. He just up and left," the three siblings said in unison, Mimi wiping a tear from her eyes. Rath began picking up shards of glass, ignoring the trickles of blood running from the new cuts.

Kana and Chi-chi frowned. "That sucks." Kana said eating her last piece of Calamari. "Our real father died when we were young, well I wasn't born yet." Chi-chi explained. "Did your father treat us as bad as he treated us?"
((Do you want to play as there step father or should I. My idea was from the result of the letter he try to kill Kana and Chi-chi.))

Rath's fist re-clenched itself around the glass, the amount of blood was beginning to increase as the glass began cutting open the palm of his hand more. Nana walked over to him and began slowly prying his fingers from the glass. "Let go, Rath. You're not doing any good hurting yourself thinking about him." Rath finally let go of the glass, all of it clinking into his empty plate.
"He's softened a bit, but he's still the same," Mimi mumbled before getting up from the table and running out of the room crying.
"He damaged my eyesight before our mother passed away. Mimi hides the scars on her back and legs with clothes that cover them. And Rath... He won't tell us much about his experience with dad," Nana murmured pressing a napkin into Rath's hand albeit his entire body was shaking. "It's why he gets all pissy so easily."

Kana looked at Chi-chi and noticed she was crying quietly. Kana frowned and picked her up. She sat her in her lap and rubbed her sides. "It's okay.." Kana she whispered. She kissed her head lightly. "I'm sorry, you guys had similar experiences with him." Kana said quietly trying to calm Chi-chi. "I have scars on my back as well and he did some unmentionable things to me. Chi-chi has some scars of her own.." Kana said looking at the ground. Chi-chi got off of Kana's lap and walked out of the kitchen to look for Mimi. Kana didn't bother stopping her. Kana got up and hugged Rath lightly, "Thank you..For allowing Nana and Mimi get us.. The thought of what could of happened to Chi-chi scares me.."

Rath nodded slightly as his eyes remained a bit distant. "Just take that as him saying no problem. He's taking his anger out by inflicting pain on himself since he won't hit girls and Kaitou's... Well you get what I'm saying," Nana half-smiled as she brushed her fingers through Rath's hair. Mimi lay on her bed, face pressed into a pillow as she continued crying. Her room was filled with hundreds of thousands of stuffed animals.

((My bad I forgot to reply. Do you have anything you want to happen before daddy dearest comes xD)) "Oh okay. Yeah I do." Kana said smiling a little as well. Chi-chi looked up stairs and passed by one of the rooms she was told she wasn't aloud in. She figured it was Mimi's room, the door was open. She walked in careful not to make a noise. She looked around the room to see many stuff animals, she was surprised to see that. "Can I come in?" Chi-chi asked, her voice was a bit shaky. "I know I'm not aloud in here but I didn't want you to be alone." Her voice trailed off. She was scared of being yelled at, she knew being in this room was wrong but she always wanted to help people. Chi-chi looked at the floor, she looked like she was about to cry.

Nana lightly hugged Rath while still running her fingers through his hair. Rath just closed his eyes and leaned his forehead against her shoulder as his body continued trembling.
Mimi looked up from her pillow, giving a slight nod. "You can come into my room any time, sweetie. I got a faerie on my bedroom door so you can tell it's mine," she sniffed wiping a tear from her face. "You can play with the stuffed animals in here or even the dolls. The only ones not to be played with are the ones still in their respective boxes on the bookcases.You can come sit down on the bed if you want..."

Kana took her seat, she would of tried to help Rath feel better but she knew he didn't consider her family so he probably wouldn't like her rubbing his back or anything siblings would do. "Thanks Mimi." Chi-chi said not in her normal tone. Her tone was very solemn and not her usual happy tone. She hugged Mimi lightly when she saw her tear. Chi-chi smiled a little, "Aww thanks." She said wishing she could forget her step father and play with all the stuff animals. "Don't worry I won't" Chi-chi said sitting on the foot of Mimi's bed. "I'm sorry your father didn't treat you right..You don't deserve to be treated that way, Nana, Rath, and Kana didn't deserve it either."

Rath finally forced a smile as he stopped trembling. "I'm going to take a shower and then head on to bed. Sorry for snapping like I did and all... You can get Kaitou out of his room," he murmured pulling himself out of Nana's hug and walking out of the dining room.
"Any time," Mimi smiled lightly as she hugged Chi-Chi and brushed her fingers through her hair. "No one in this house deserved it nor does your mother. Well, no worries. Even if dad comes back here Rath will protect all of us. He takes the blame for just about everything."

"Okay, have a good night." Kana said with a small smile "You going to bed as well?" Kana asked Nana. Chi-chi cried a bit. "It is my fault.. I should of never told Kana he hit me. Things probably would have been better." Chi-chi said with her head down. "Do you think he'll protect Kana too? They don't seem to get along well."

Nana gave a slight shake of her head. "I'm going to listen to some Enigma and read for a while. I'm sorry you two didn't get your magic lesson today," she said softly.
"I believe so," Mimi said softly, kissing Chi-Chi on the forehead. "He's really quite sweet once you really get to know him. It just takes a little time. Kaitou and him used to get into fights all the time."

"Oh okay, have fun with that. It's okay, it has been a long day after all." she replied quietly. "I don't even know what I'm going to do, I have so much to think about." She said carefully choosing her words. She didn't want to bring up the subject that got everybody emotionally upset. "I hope he will, I can't loose anyone else.. I hate seeing Kana and Rath fight. I hope they get along soon."

"You can go check on Kaitou if you'd like. Rath is in his I-don't-care mood and he won't do anything should you go see him," Nana smiled lightly as the dishes vanished off the table and she pushed her glasses back up.

"Oh okay,thanks. I guess I'll check in with him, I know Chi-chi will ask how he is soon enough. Do you think he's in his room or in the gym?" Kana hugged Nana and smiled. "Good night." Kana said leaving the room and going upstairs to see Kaito. Chi-chi layed down on Mimi's bed. "At least they got along better today."
