Jaclyn thought for a moment. "Eloping. That's not a bad idea." She mumbled out. It would at least mean she didn't have to deal with the idea of a fancy wedding and having to be a 'perfect bride'. She then turned to Noctis and looked at him. Remembering all her friends who were mortal and doomed to die and leave their lovers to age slowly or not at all. "You're really smart Noctis." She commented.

Claire nodded and said “That I can say is a possibility but with the way things are going humans will just kill everyone/thing with a global nuclaur war.”

Claire was in a sideways fetal postion for some odd reason she was shivering, but managed to keep her voice straight and said “That to or they could screw up genetic engering and give us all a disease that would kill us for example the movie contagin is a good one.”

Noctis had heard what she'd said, but was too focused on the shivers emitting from her body to really pay any significant heed to it. There was no way he was just going to sit there without offering something."I could give you my jacket if you really need it." He offered.

Claire shook her head as she said “I`ll be fine, its just a slight chill but no matter how cold I am now it can`t compare to Chicago in the winter”

Jaclyn was curious if she was just saying that so Noctis wouldn't get cold. The girl then offered the blanket she had used to sleep on. She wasn't heartless even if she didn't care for Claire one bit. "That's what I like about my home town. There are so few people. It kind of sucks at the same time because you have to travel if you need a new tv. Beds were always custom made at the shops."

Claire smiled politely at Jaclyn but even if she was freezing she wouldn`t take a strangers blanket thats just rude, so Claire just curled up a bit more and said “I`ll be fine but thanks for the offer.” Claire then smiled as she rembered going to Chicago asshe said “I love that city though despite how cold it may be I had the most fun in my life there.”

He was still cautious of Claire's struggles, but prayed his mind away from it reluctantly, trying his best to he impassive about the stressful situation. Being who he was, he stressed over everything."The streets were crowded back in my homeland." He murmered quietly.

Noctis reflected back on the last time he could remember being home."Well... despite the booming population, pollution wasn't an issue. Our nation relied on magic, and weaponry to take care of our business. Technology was hardly used, and it was always something futuristic like... holographic projections rather than a picture on a screen. Each Nation had a specialty, really. Dark magic, average magic, firearms, and so forth. Our nation was in the middle. Bits of technology, a lot of magic, and even more weaponry. But we hated firearms, we loved swords. We weren't peaceful or caustic. We were neutral. We mainly had enemy and that was Tenenbrae, a nation of dark magic. It's a wonder how we kept our citizens when Tenenbrae soldiers did nothing but raid the streets. So... there was never a dull day back home, especially when if you were the one on the front lines."

Claire was thinking of something to say but nonthing really came to mind so she said “Wow, that sounds increadably interesting.” Claire tried to build up the courage to sit up or something but she coulden`t she was just too cold and was figting her jaw from chattering.
