Yamata no Jutsu (Eight Branches Technique)

Description:Yamata no Orochi is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Legendary Sannin member Orochimaru. With the experimentation on his body, Orochimaru was able to temporarily free his soul from the needs of a host. In this form he can use his chakra to generate a gigantic, eight-headed white snake. Due to its large size, the snake can cause massive destruction. Orochimaru himself can appear within the mouth of one of these heads and use his legendary Kusanagi blade to attack.
Requires mastery over Eiseijutsu
how does one officially master Eiseijutsu?

I think all of them are open, since we haven't any with [ Closed ] on their subforums, ix_Death.
Winter, one officially masters Eiseijutsu when their eisei list is full @ Sannin/Kage rank.

Um... technically 'yes', there are some currently, just not mentioned as such. Functionally 'no', as the system is in co-development with another piggybacking system..

You can create your own bukijutsu, but not an entire style.
