My life has been bad my whole life. I grew up in a home full of hate. My father started 'TAKING' me when I was six. He died when I turned ten. By age thirteen I was bruised from head to toe and scared to pieces because my mom would beat me. I was constantly abused and neglected by my addict mother, who turned me to male prostitution in order to help her pay the bills at a young age. Like Van I was constantly made fun of my the other teens in the neighborhood with very few friends. I was always depressed even when I didn't show it and I had very little education. In high school I slept in an abandoned shelter by the lake rather than returning home despite the icy conditions of the approaching winter.Meeting Daeg was a blessing to me. Daeg gave me a home in return for my body and it was so much better than what I had before. I had my own corner of the apartment with a blanket and all of the beef jerky I could eat. I was a junior the year Van came to town and by that time I was already living with a monster. Like a demon I suggested Van come and stay with us ad I'm sure you guys know the rest of that. Once we escaped we sort of went our separate ways but in June I was in a horrible accident including my motorcycle and the back wheels of a transfer truck. Van called me threatening suicide and I hopped on my bike while smashed drunk. I was almost there, I was at a crossroads and a transfer truck pulled through a red light and I couldn't stop. I flew under the truck and my bike flew on top of me. The back wheels of the truck smashed my bike into pieces and my leg did the same. I was dragged fifty feet down the road and broke my wrist and the bones above my eyes. A reconstruction saved my left eye but my right was already blind. I had already lost my leg from the accident and they amputated the remains up to my knee. The accident was also a blessing in some ways because once I was injured Daeg didn't want me anymore and John gave me another chance to walk by paying for a fake leg. He took me in just like he did with Van and even though I can't stand the man at times no one has the right to call him evil or heartless. I am currently living in John's attic and am more than lucky to see my best friend every day.

-walks into this lil page- it seems to me that though dusk has gone through hell and back he has found that john isn't a cruel of a man and if you were to really get to know the man he does truely care about van as much as any one of us. des i know you don't want to believe this and truely i don't know you, but John is very nice at times. And at the moment even if you hate the man he is there helping van through this ordeal....

I know he isn't van. sure there were times i got angry at him,b ut once i actually got to know the guy to some degree my attitude o fhim changed......... john isn't a bad guy so please stop treating him as one
