And... Mm... for your attributes, why don't you go with something like...
• Learn Taijutsu [2] Posts Faster. (This would be okay because it doesn't increase like your Bukijutsu attribute does.)

He wasraised by the Hatake family, but he kept his last name as Ookami. His dreams are to train to get stronger, return to his home and challange his father to a fight to the death, in hopes he wins. He's not a very talkative person, but not silent all the time.

Personality:
Bound by no other moral code than his own, Kazuma comes off as a very verstile young man. He has a strong belief in his "No Moral" Code of living, which generally means that he'll do anything as long as it benefits him, or just because he can. Even if it means cheating on a test, blackmailing, helping people, community service, it doesn't matter. Usually he comes into conflict with others due to what he is doing, and is willing to stand up for his belief with words, or a few punches.
His demeanor can come off as very composed for a young man as himself. Though do not mistake that for actual signs of maturity. He can be quite oblivious and an arrogant prideful short fuse with people who frequently bother him, and hostile to everyone else (including those who bother him) because he believes that they have a one tracked mind. Whenever he gets mad enough he has a habit of telling them that he will "Bite you to death". That does not mean that he is a bad guy. No, no. Time to time he can show that he is a good man when it comes to it. Though he frequently denies it, just says that he did it because he wanted to, or makes up some half-baked excuse; he does the same for when he commits some evil deed. However, despite all of this he has shown to have a little soft spot for some animals, and some girls to a small extent, but they will still get bopped on the head if they bother him too much
Kazuma will become a hyperactive high risk taker whenever there is something that interests him, or for the sake of being amused. He will stop at nothing to get what he wants, even if it involves taking a few hits; or getting into trouble. Once his mind is set on something the boy will not quit until he obtains it. Same rules apply if there is someone he wants to protect, though so far there is none

Kazuma was born into a family of well respected ninjas. His parents were highly respected ninja and known for their sense of righteous moral. Trying to keep the tradition going they forced their son, Kazuma, to follow that same path. It didn't sound that bad at first, but later on it began to become more and more stress worthy. Every minute of his life they preach at him to keep doing the right thing, which meant no cheating, no stealing, not even sweating the little stuff. All this "Justice" talk was just insane. One day he was taking one of those Academy written test, and it was giving him much difficulty. Kazuma was stressed and exhausted, it wasn't long before he had the perfect opprotunity to cheat by looking at another's test. His parents words of doing the right thing was echoing through out his head, and that is when it fully dawned on him. What was the right thing? Not cheating on a test and failing, that would just make things bad on Kazuma by listening to a long lecture from his teacher and parents. Was it bad to look at his fellow students paper? He had a clear shot without the teacher knowing, and he would pass with a flying A, or a B. It was all just words, right and wrong, good and evil, how can someone know if they are doing one or the other, they were all just opinions, nothing in that was absolute. Knowing this he did what he had to do and cheated, he scored an A; and although this was considered a bad deed, it benefited him. It was then that he decided to throw away this path his parents were putting him on and create a new one, a better one, a path that had no morals in general so that he wouldn't be defined in the categories of good or evil. Finally Kazuma acheived Genin rank through the means of cheating, honesty, blackmailing, and hard work. Now he was partially free from his parents guidance and could start doing his own thing, living by the "No Moral" code.

How are you going to have a strength of ninjutsu, and learn ninjutsu in one less post (which may I add you worded incorrectly) if you're of the taijutsu class? P:
You're only able to learn like 5 additional ninjutsu by the time you're a Sannin. ' ';
