Lilith appeared on top of the gates. Speaking into the voice amplifier, she shouted "All hands to full alert! Get those gates closed! By order of Lord Kazekage-sama, we are now at full alert! Everyone Stand by!" Then started looking around and inspecting the walls. Noticing Howaido, she signaled him to come up.

Silas rolled forward as the gates shut behind the crevice. Silas put his hands in the position of either a Genjutsu or one of his clan jutsus!

On the horizon, three tiny creatures appeared. As they approached, the temperature rose one degree, and a tiny trail of crystal approached the gates. The Shakuton user, the Shouton user, and an IBD showed up, all tiny. Each was about two feet tall, and slightly non-imposing.

Backing up so his back was against the gates, Silas started to make hand signs for his Suna Arashi no Shinto (Deadly Sand Storm) Genjutsu. As he waited for the creatures to get closer Silas remained calm and waited until the last moment where he would activate the jutsu!

Howaido had been frowning at how to clean it up when things changed too fast to be stopped,"We are under attack... And its him." His eyes narrowed as he slid on his mask and jumped to the gates, he didnt need to clean up now, the debris would be useful. "Lilith, whats the current situation, aside the fact we are under attack?"

She sighed as the tiny figures approached. When Howaido came up beside her, she said out of the side of her mouth "Mamoru wanted us to go to full alert. Looks like we did so just in time. San's gone off to scout ahead, we're to defend the gate. Hold fire." She shouted that last part, then repeated "HOLD FIRE! Do not attack until they get within 3 meters! You down there, be careful! Do not approach the target, and do not begin actions until they get too close!"

Howaido quirked an eyebrow,"Wait till they get too close, isnt that just like wait till its too late... geez..." He wasnt gonna argue though, charging in was just as dangerous; but who was this lady he hadnt seen her around before the beginning of the attacks he just thought and where was Ganchou anyways? He had been gone since the exams, if he was off and this woman was his replacement, he wasnt verily impressed.

The three strolled closer, and it became evident that they were too small to take seriously. The temperature increased another degree, and the crystal road stopped growing. The tiny IBD almost seemed like a pet.

She smirked slightly. As she'd thought, they were no real threat. "Keep your eyes out for anything else. I'll handle this!" She shouted, then leaped down and used air to cushion the fall. Landing in a dune of sand, she walked a few feet in front of the figures, and with a kunai in hand said "What do you want?"

Is this a joke, are they gonna explode or something, he thought as he sighed,"So what do you think we should do?" He frowned as he pulled out his newly created wind sword which he could easily use to blow them away if they did something funny.

Although the IBDs were small a bead of sweat rolled down Silas' face and he waited for a command of fire and the little pet things would be caught into his jutsu!

Appearing on a ledge, Bast launched a Senbon for the Shouton user's head. The needle pierced it, and the tiny girl disappeared. In her a place, a small pile of sand appeared.
"We demand respect! Kneel, pathetic human!" the tiny IBD shouted, his voice higher than the larger one.
After forming a hand sign, the tiny IBD activated Mugen Sajin Daitoppa, and combined it with a small fire technique of the fire juggler. A small wall of flame, about the size of Ganchou, flew toward the two Suna Shinobi.

"Hah, well alright then." He smirked as he took out his tanto with one hand and sent a massive wave of white chakra to slice apart the fire and wind attack and chop up the little minions back into the sand they were made of.

Sighing, Lilith quickly performed the fireproofing chakra technqiue, and extended it to the Nin with her, panting a bit at the effort. As part of the wave of flames that had been split off passed over them, she began to sweat at the effort of keeping them safe. Once it passed, she took the Kunai in her hand and threw it at the miniature IBD, annoyed. "Leave this place! FIRE!" She screamed, drawing another kunai.

The two tiny creatures dove out of the way, and on the way out, the mini-IBD grabbed the Kunai directed for him. After rolling on the sand, the tiny IBD lifted the Kunai up and held it like a sword. With a long yell, the small IBD rushed after Ganchou, Kunai raised, looking like a crazed Samurai. The fire juggler launched a small sun toward Howaido, aiming for his torso in an attempt to dehydrate him partially.
