She eyed him suspiciously, hoping she could find answers here today. Perhaps not. She wasn't any kind of investigator, but was just curious. No cats, hm? Ah, well. She'd figure it out sooner or later, even if this was an obvious hint.

She watched Alyosha walk back and forth from the kitchen, munching on raw noodles. She grinned. "Could that possibly be healthy?" She asked, of course, guilty herself. She eventually sat down and gave Pueblo's head a few strokes with her hand, feeling the gryphon's fine feathers. "Pueblo's so healthy and happy. I think she's finally starting to fall into a job..." She trailed off, the capricious thought of the gryphon distracting her now.

Fae grinned, enjoying the leasure talk about food. Even though Aly was the 'serious' type (for lack of better words), when he grinned like that, it made everything much more relaxed. "Yeah, I have to admit, whenever I cook ramen, I have to empty the bag of hard noodles." She offered a full smile but then looked back down to Pueblo quickly.

Pueblo looked up to Aly and swished her tail. His voice was friendly, as so was his smile. She bobbed her head even though she hadn't moved on to paper yet. Crawling over to him, she pecked at his finger in a sort of nibble.

Fae's eyebrow furrowed slightly in question. "Yeah...she has. How do you know?" She asked curiously. Not so much eager to know, just wondering how he knew. She normally didn't like to bug people about things they didn't want to say, so she wouldn't press anything on with meaning.

Fae's lips curled softly. She was happy to know that people saw her conissuere side for the arts. It's how she liked to be protrayed as it seemed to rub off on her Aerandir as well.

As Alyosha stood, Fae somewhat frowned as she watched him move. "I understand," she softly said. Her brilliant green eyes frosted behind her glasses looked to his obscure golden ones. Why hadn't she noticed this before? "Goodnight, Aly. It was..nice to see you again." Her chin dipped a little into a small nod. "Don't forget to keep an eye out for that cat," she smirked. As his body dissapeared down the hall, her eyes strained into the dark. It was getting somewhat late, and her attention went back to Pueblo. "Well, it seems like it's been awhile since I've done any research.." she stopped. "And painting," she directed at her gryphon. "I'm sorry, Pueblo. My attentions have been distracted, but now they're back on you." Her hand went to stroke the gryphon's head and grinned when she cooed.

Pueblo's ears fell slightly to make the surface area for her keeper's hand open. She didn't enjoy the thought of her sensative ear being suffocated by a stray finger. The feathers around her neck fluffed as she cooed a little, beady eyes half lidded by the semi-clear membrane. Pueblo's keeper's hand always seemed to have this hypnotic trance over her whenever she found the right spot to rub. Shivering a little after awhile, she realized the day was ending and shook herself awake. "Peep?" She cocked her head to the side as Fae mentioned the word 'paint'. It seemed like a familiar word, yet she didn't know it. The word excited her from whatever reason.

Fae grinned. "Then c'mon, lets go home. I'll show you a few things tomorrow that I think you'll enjoy." Fae didn't know if Pueblo was going to be an artist or not, but she thought it'd be fun to show her little gryphon a passion she loved. Offering to carry the gryphon, Pueblo relunctincly walked into her arms. Until they got outside, Fae noticed how restless the owl/wolf became and let her go to fly around in the night sky. And she flew and swooped and chased little air bugs all the way home.

In front of his door:



He blinked at the cakebox, perring inside to see, to his delight, a wonderful and large cake. He grinned, licking his lips hungrily. He had eaten his fill of salty snacks but he had plenty of room for cake! Picking it up he opened the door to his apartment.

He walked back into the room to see Acia standing there. It had been a while since he had had some time to spend with her and she him, such a difference from when she was a child and contstantly clung to his leg.

She was standing, mouth agape, looking at the wall he had broken through. "Ahh.. I see you saw where I've started.." he grinned walking over to lightly muss her pale hair. "Had breakfast?" he asked her, knowing her had cought her before she got up.

Alyosha nodded and headed towards the kitchen. "Then... you scan outside that hole! I'm planning to knock it completely through once we.. well you, create the extra space on the other side. It'll need support, you see, so I don't want to take out the wall completely yet.."

He walked into the kitchen, placing the cake box down and looked around for food. There hadn't been juice but there was plenty of milk, so he filled a glass. He pulled out a frying pan, stoking the always-burning aga and adding some wood to it the placing the pan on the stove above it. He shut over the heavy cast iron door of the cooker and had a look for some eggs whilst the pan was heating up.

Having found them, he cracked them into the pan, watching as their whites sizzled quickly opaque, their yolks slower to change. He had made some bread a few days previously, it shouldn't be mouldy yet, maybe just a bit dry. He cut a few slices onto a plate and flipped the now cooked eggs onto them. Picking up the plate and glass of milk he walked back through to the main room, watching Acia for a moment as, in concentration, her delicate little face was very serious looking.

He listened intently, he had to otherwise he might not have made out what she was saying through her egg and bread. He thought about the doorway and agreed this would be a better idea than having a fully open plan area, it'd maybe allow him some private space, especially now that Alli was going to be sharing with Acia and not needing this space.

Alyosha took Acias plate from her, heading to the kitchen to wash up whilst she did her thing.

Alyosha walked back through with three large glasses of milk, placing them on the table and then returned to the kitchen to pick up the three large slices of chocolate cake he had cut. He slid down comfortably to the floor, leaning his elbows onto the table and called, loudly, for Alli.

Acia looked exhausted but she'd soon come round, especially is cake was involved.
