"Aryouah Jackin' liar too?" West shouted once the boulder monster was in view.
The thing creaked to life, turning a baleful eye on the demon.
"WHAT"
West launched into a long and sordid tale about the maze imps and their wallet theft ring. When he was finished, he looked up at the creature, an expression of angry disbelief plastered across his face.
Without a word, the rock man moved to one side, letting West through.

West was surprisingly silent as he strolled past the huge, growly beast. As usual, the creature was napping.

"Hey!" West called once he was in the Horse Ghost's vicinity. "I'm takin' one a'these things'n no one ca'stop me!"
The demon let out a startled yelp and the next thing he knew, he was waking up on his back outside of the maze. The horse thing could do that? He supposed he would have to be more careful about not pissing it off in the future.

Riley was high on the fact that she had completed the maze the last time she was at this class. So high, in fact, that she didn't realize she could come and attempt it multiple times.
So she didn't.
Someone would rectify her mistake some other day.

Astra was slightly hesitant to enter the maze. The bloodstains on the walls was not a nice welcome, and she could hear Jack knows what coming from it. But alas, she wanted to get good grades, so she would just have to put up with it.
A few steps in, and she was faced with a monster that was surprisingly smaller then her. And hey, it was injured! Should she help it? Oh well, why the hell not?
"Okay just sit still and - AHHH!" As soon as she had pulled the thorn out of it's foot, the imp had lunged forward and tried to bite her. So she whacked the beast back with her staff and sped on to the next section, leaving the creature with a sore head instead of a sore foot.

As she reached the second part of the maze, Astra paused at the large bolder that was in front of her now and blocking her way. She began to wonder what to do, but the bolder then began to move, and ask her for a story or riddle.
Aha! This wouldn't be so hard! She went with the classic "what starts on four legs, then moves to two, and then to three?" After not being able to guess, the stone then moved out of her way and she moves on.

So far, she had been making good progress, but as soon as she ventured into the third area she heard something in the foliage. Something that sounded big and mean and scary. "Hey..what is" she wounded out loud before a flash of white and red jumped out and caused her to scream, flying as fast as her wings would allow her out of the maze

The first class and already things were looking good! A maze; that was easy enough right?? Running her fingers along the fuzz near her jaw and ear, Natalia took a moment to breathe a sigh--although brave, her gut throbbed a warning she was both very used to feeling and somewhat used to following. Teachers wouldn't put their students in harm’s way, not intentionally right? Right. It had to be.
Taking long strides in entering, the monster prepared herself for the worse, but hoped for the best.
Of course as she paced herself, her body swaying purposefully, a slick grin held strong to her features. It was apparent confidence was not lacking here.

Having walked around in circles, the ghoul began to feel her face heat with frustration. This was not right, she should have reached an ending point by now...at the very least a checkpoint of some sort! The maze led on, twists and turns taking her to dead ends, leading her through arches she vaguely recalled seeing before…round and around she went until finally, several feet away, she could make out an exit.
"HAHA!" Natalia scoffed, mostly at the teacher and her nearly impossible course, but also somewhat in relief. There had never been any doubt in her mind that she would do excellent her first try in any class; she was Natalia after all, brilliant Natalia. But when her head poked out of the opening and her eyes met with the same entrance she had gone in through; the monster stomped her foot and made a series of yapping sounds (a very lemur thing to do) in discontent.
"No, this can not be!..." Throwing her hands into the air, the ghoul stood erect and tried to take the path she had come down from back the other way...but no go, it seemed she would forever wander back to the same spot. It was starting to get late, and although there were no teachers in sight she knew the maze would be closed for th evening very soon. She didn't want to abandon her bed for a useless class such as this, plus her little darling would be waiting at home to greet her with kisses...she was still a winner to him, regardless of this failure.
Using one hand to swing back in the mazes direction, Natalia marched off mumbling something about never trying that again...and then something along the lines of I will best that jack damned maze if it is the last thing I do.
She'd be back. Oh, she'd be back.

Morton was back, even though he didn't really know why. He absolutely hated this place, but that was mostly because the place seemed to hate him right on back, really. Alas, he was pretty determined to make a good impression on his professor, overcome the maze and finally come out victorious.
Today was the day!

Quote: Roll 1- If you roll a 11-100, you pass and can go on to round two. (RP meeting the below obstacle) Upon entering the maze you meet a tiny little imp, seemingly injured and whining at you for help. The imp is green in color and maybe only 2 feet tall. It is thin and looks as if they have a splinter in their foot. (If you roll a 11-100 you can do whatever you like, help or not, and you still pass. If you roll a 1-10... well helping it or not it will turn on you and chase you out of the maze.) Yes. Today was the day. He was going to make it, and nothing would keep him from reaching those bright, purple balls he'd spoked that one day he'd almost gotten to the end. But first things first; he had to get there. And in order to do so... he had to make a choice. Morton's eyes landed on the little imp before he knelt down and helped the creature, taking very little time to do so. He'd been here more than enough times to know how the routine went.

Quote: Roll 2- If you roll a 26-100, you pass and can go on to round three. (RP meeting the below obstacle) Awwh you made it past the little imp with no troubles! You should feel high on life (even if your hearing weird noises all around you that sound like things that want to eat you.) Walking further along something blocks your pathway. It is large and...reminds you oddly of some huge stoney bolder. Only this one moves. It tells you that in order to get past you need to tell it a story or a riddle.. and if it approves it will let you pass. ( if you roll a 26-100 it will like your story and let you pass. If you roll a 1-25 though... well it will not like your story and your stuck in the first part of the maze, only to be chased out by something else. ) Yeah... uhm, apparently today wasn't the day, because it didn't seem to matter what he told the damned, huge bolder. It just wouldn't budge. Morton had, in fact, pondered climbing it, but that had been a futile adventure. So he simply lifted his arms up in the air in defeat before stomping off out of the damned maze. He was going to go find Cora and enjoy some nice, comforting pettings now, thank you very much.

Carry had heard all about this class from other students in the school, so when she popped her head into the classroom, a maze was the last thing she expected. She tapped her heeled foot against the ground and decided to make the best of it. She had to try, right? Besides, if she did really well, then she could sleep better that night, and who didn't want to sleep well? Upon trotting around a corner of the maze, she found an imp laying on the ground, a splinter in its foot. Bending over, she knelt to help it. "Hey, you okay? Let me get that for you." Plucking the splinter out, the imp thanked her and went on his merry way. She decided to follow it further into the maze. Maybe it knew the way to the end?
