Lady Blodwynn The tape measure is awfully tacky in my own humble opinion, but the dice and that charge pack shaped tin more than make up for it.

Lady Blodwynn This just in, the 6th edition rulebook will feature Dark Angels on their cover. I have seen it with my very own eyes. I nearly shat myself. Let's see them make a crappy Dark Angel codex this time, they're on the damn cover! And in the starter! Wait, that means all the noobs are going to play DA now.. STFU and Color Lady Blodwynn This just in, the 6th edition rulebook will feature Dark Angels on their cover. I have seen it with my very own eyes. I nearly shat myself. Let's see them make a crappy Dark Angel codex this time, they're on the damn cover! And in the starter! Wait, that means all the noobs are going to play DA now.. depending on how specialized they´ll make the new DA-codex. <.<
Plus, me thinks they´ll be with just vanilla-marine rules with DA skin. 3nodding

I have seen the Chaos Dread, and been told that it will not be in the Starter Set (...) The Dark Angels are a Terminator Captain, a unit of Deathwing, a unit of Ravenwing and a unit of Marines. @Evok: I've got a feeling we won't be seeing Dark Angels until 2013, despite what WD says.

In other words, it's probably going to be super expensive so we can't save money by purchasing it. : p Depending on how hard Chaos Marines shake up the meta there will be a lot of player's going back to being ebil, so maybe that will help with Codex Creep. I think GW might try to release the codexes very close together somehow. If they could pull that off somehow they know they'd make kingly amounts of dosh all at once. If they're being pricks, it's going to go: Rulebook: Month or two later: Starter Kit, getting noobs to buy old codexes Month or two later: Codex Chaos Month or two later; Codex Dark Angels Resulting in them selling two codexes to all new players! Yaaaay! Here's what I'm curious about though: They're about to release a starter kit with two un-updated armies. Any significant changes to the units in question will give the little rules sheets they hand out in the starter sets wrong. Are they okay with that, or will they have spoilers? Also: Was the WD Dark Angel teaser for the rulebook, or to show that Dark Angel codex is going to be first off the line? Not to mention are the new codexes going to suck. @_@ They're just popping out a new edition, which means these two codexes will yet again be the experiments for the style they want to go in this entire next edition. Last time this happened it did not go well for either army.

Last time this happened it did not go well for either army. Three month interval. This Summer we're also seeing the Hobbit, so expect two months of that crap. September / October is reserved for the 6th edition starter, November / December might see a 40k release or a general wave release. Next big release won't be until February 2013.

I've thought they will start 6th ed with starter sets , not with just rulebook... my memory of the "last time" is a bit hazy how many years it has been?
also, they will possibly release starter set together with at least one codex?
If they gonna waste almost year to get just 2 armies done... ouch!
